"That is the cost of using the Rule War Spears... Each Guardian of the world has a limited number of times they can wield the spears in their lifetime. Exceeding it, the body will decay and crumble. My body... has reached its limits. Lei Leian, you... are my successor."

The last words of the White-Robed Woman made Lei Leian widen her eyes in disbelief, exclaiming, "How could this be...
