Chapter 659: Chapter 344 Really Came First Arrival in Dimension World_2

The surface of the platinum-colored armor seemed to be forged from the purest gold of the Star River, but large patches of rust spread unrestrained across its surface.

Mechanical giant legs stomped the void with explosive booms, and with a twist of its trunk, it tore open a space channel.

"Come back!"

All of this happened in the blink of an eye, and the vast mental waves reverberated, seeming increasingly furious.

"Talos is still alive..." The platinum giant elephant glanced back, "It seems he’s returned, lucky I acted before he completely corrupted me."

As the towering golden energy surged forward, the platinum giant elephant had already dashed into the rift.

"Talos!" Mental waves swept through like a space storm.

Soon, large amounts of golden energy gathered, gradually solidifying into substance, stacking up to form a humanoid shape, and eventually transforming into something resembling human skin—with facial features, limbs, and finally becoming a complete human.

His expression was hardened, his gaze fervent. He knelt halfway to the ground, placing both hands on his chest, and reverently exclaimed, "Father..."

"Talos has returned, back to the Dimension World. Find him. I can sense he is still weak now. Find him, kill him, and bring back his heart."

"The Blood of the World will guide your way."

In the void, threads of blood converged and gradually condensed into a translucent blood-colored crystal.

He raised his head, his expression fervent and devout as he accepted the crystal, "Yes, Father. I will bring back his heart and report to you."

...

Boom!

Above the crimson magma, light pillars erupted, and scattered across the surface were various life forms covered in flowing magma—humanoid, beast-like, grotesque shapes of all kinds.

At this moment, these magma creatures seemed extremely violent, raising waves of fire, all facing in one direction.

That was a gray-brown spaceship, visibly worn and battered. It swayed unsteadily, leaning on its side, pursued by a large group of magma creatures.

Inside the spaceship’s cockpit, sounds were chaotic. Three life forms, pale-faced, were engaged in panicked discussions. On the left side was a dwarf with a face full of white beard:

"How is this happening? The Federation said this Dimension World is in a period of peace; the life forms here weren’t supposed to attack people. Why has the Magma King suddenly become so violent?"

"How should I know? Just dodge!" On the right side, a massively built troll with skin covered in raised patterns suddenly pushed the control lever.

The spaceship abruptly spun, narrowly avoiding a massive magma ball.

Behind them, a magma creature towering over a kilometer was relentlessly pursuing them, with its lower half submerged fully in magma. Its speed was astonishingly fast, flames sweeping across the sky.

"Raff, head to the location where the black fissure appeared—that’s our only hope for survival," said a woman with deep blue skin and a high ponytail hastily.

The troll quickly pulled up the control lever.

As soon as the words left her mouth, a streak of red arc suddenly sliced through the heavens.

Bang!

The gigantic magma creature let out an enraged roar, its head exploding into arcs of electricity, its body swaying back and stepping back two steps.

"Lauren...look!" exclaimed the dwarf in the spaceship, grabbing the blue-skinned woman.

There was no need for him to say it—everyone else saw it. A figure was hovering in front of the Magma King, golden hair floating, hands encased in menacing black mechanical arms.

Suddenly, the golden-haired man vanished, appearing instantaneously before the Magma King, both fists unleashing immense force.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Punch after punch, precise and ruthless.

"An A-level life form!" The three were silent, then gasped in shock, their throats tightening.

"So that’s why the black fissure brought down an A-level life form..." Raff finally understood.

"That’s an anomaly when the dimensional barrier is breached—it’s equivalent to the Dimension World being invaded, which is why this group of magma creatures has become so violent..." Lauren frowned tightly, being a dimensional studies expert.

This Dimension World was only rated as A-level, but it was due to the life forms inhabiting it, not due to the Dimension World’s intrinsic properties.

Its dimensional barrier’s strength was not something that ordinary A-level life forms could damage.

"The mechanical arms he’s wielding appear to be an A-level weapon—they haven’t shown any red discoloration even in such extreme heat..." noted the white-bearded dwarf, acting as a weapons expert.

"Wait for the right moment to leave..." Lauren decisively commanded, "Activate the Dimension Transition Engine."

"Uh...leave now?" Raff hesitated, "Shouldn’t we wait for that A-level life form?"

"Wait for him? Are you sure he’ll spare us or be friendly?" Lauren’s expression was cold, not bothering with the others as she strode toward the cockpit.

"We’re being hunted either way, and it’s because of him."

"I can guarantee that he won’t kill you." A sudden voice came from behind.

"You guarantee..." Lauren didn’t bother turning her head, sneered once—but her body suddenly froze, her skin crawling all over. This wasn’t one of her companions speaking.

She slowly turned around, her pupils contracting sharply.

Somehow, a human figure had appeared in the cockpit, his brown pupils calm like a stagnant lake, quietly observing them.

Behind him followed an unassuming blue mechanical body. Raff and the white-bearded dwarf stood aside, their expressions filled with alarm and vigilance.

"Who...are you?" Lauren’s voice was wary.

"You may call me Li Ming..." Li Ming said gently, "Apologies for causing you to be pursued—it was never our intention."

"I can assure you that you’ll be safe. Just a little patience for my friend."

Lauren’s face tightened as she mocked herself, "Do we even have the option to say no?"

Li Ming simply smiled and didn’t respond. Thunder had already walked toward the cockpit, pulling out a data cable from his palm and plugging it into the interface.

Very quickly, the lights across the spaceship flickered on and off, then gradually stabilized.

"Master, Vermilion Bird awaits your command." A familiar voice resonated from the broadcast system. Thunder’s storage unit carried a subsystem of Vermilion Bird, capable of handling quite a few tasks.

Lauren clenched her teeth, her tone somber, "You..."

"Merely a precaution, don’t worry." Li Ming interrupted leisurely, casually placing three firearms on the table.

Folded Space—Lauren was astonished internally.

"Super-compressed electromagnetic energy—the middle hand cannon is a B-level weapon, the other two are C-level weapons." The white-bearded dwarf gulped, being able to evaluate them. He and Lauren were both C-level life forms, while Raff was a B-level life form.

Evidently, the firearms were allocated appropriately—this individual was truly wealthy.

The three exchanged glances in silence. Strength aside, the stranger was willing to offer credible equipment to appease them; resisting further would be excessively impolite.

Outside the spaceship, Robbin was still battling the Magma King, seemingly locked in a stalemate.

"So slow..." Li Ming frowned slightly.

"Sir, the Magma King is the primary life form of this Dimension World—it can continuously repair itself using its home turf." The white-bearded dwarf hesitated before explaining carefully.

Lauren supplemented, "Ordinary A-level life forms have a hard time killing it. Just holding it off for a moment until the Dimensional Travel Engine activates should suffice for your friend’s safe return to the ship."

Li Ming nodded and stated, "Go help him."

Thunder gave a nod and leapt out of the cabin door, though he did not immediately join the battlefield.

The three were momentarily puzzled—soon after, the spaceship shook abruptly, inexplicably retreating several meters.

Before they could figure out the cause, they saw on the screen a blazing blue light beam erupting from the ship’s rooftop, piercing straight through the Magma King’s skull. A dazzling blue sphere burst forth and gradually swallowed the enormous creature whole.

Without additional reinforcements needed, Thunder’s own combat strength was sufficient to slay the Magma King.

The three’s throats tightened as they cautiously glanced at Li Ming, whose expression remained calm.

Thunder finally retreated from above, diving into the remains of the Magma King to search for something.

Robbin had already returned, stepping into the cabin while muttering, "Ugh, these elemental lifeforms are just impossible to kill."

He removed his gloves, casually storing them in Folded Space, stretched out his body, and surveyed the surroundings before brushing his hair back and introducing himself, "Call me the Star Thief—feel free to call me Monster Thief."

Lauren and the others exchanged strange looks but quickly collected themselves, introducing themselves in turn.

Thunder had already returned, holding several immaculate crimson crystals in his hands.
