Chapter 410: Chapter 409: What to Do About Eating and Bathing_1

"I understand, but you must remain calm right now," Huo Yi repeated endlessly.

The way she acted tugged at his heart.

Did she really care this much for Mo Han?

"Ranran?" A worried voice suddenly sounded from the other end, as soft as a whisper.

Ye Ranran she turned around slowly, like a scene in a movie, remarkable enough to be stored in her memory forever.

In the sunlight, out on the streets, and in front of the café, Jun Mochan stood as tall as a pine tree.

He was quiet, gentle, and persistent.

Seeing Ye Ranran turn to look at him, his brows furrowed, but before he could walk towards her, she ran towards him.

Even if the glass cut her feet or the stones dug into her skin, she didn’t seem to mind.

"Be careful." Seeing her in this state, Mo Han expressed his concern.

Ye Ranran threw herself into his arms, holding on to him for dear life.

The moment she heard he had been in an accident, she felt a rush of fear and worry, willing to follow him to the ends of the earth.

This confirmed it: she loved this man, and she loved him deeply.

Her love was immense.

"I’m thankful you’re okay." As she held Mo Han, Ye Ranran buried her head into his chest, repeating this phrase in low whisper.

Mo Han paused for a moment, but then reacted quickly, tightening his hold on her: "I’m sorry for worrying you."

Upon hearing his tender voice, Ye Ranran’s eyes began to tear up.

"Come on, let’s get you changed." Mo Han lifted her into his arms.

In his momentary absence, she had turned into such a mess—it was truly exasperating.

Ye Ranran clenched her arms tightly around Mo Han’s neck, burying her face in his chest, and breathed in his scent freely.

Her sudden clingy behaviour was unfamiliar to Mo Han, but it also made him feel fulfilling.

A smile spread across his lips: "What’s up?"

"You scared me," Ye Ranran said in a voice full of relief and gratitude.

"Silly," Mo Han drew her closer.

Mo Han lifted Ye Ranran into the car. Only after settling her down did he get a better look at her.

Both her hands and feet were scratched and bleeding from the glass and stones, and his face immediately fell at the sight.

"What happened?"

Ye Ranran lowered her head and remained silent. There was no way she was going to share the foolish things she had done earlier.

Seeing her reluctance to speak, Mo Han did not press on. He bent down, carefully picked out the shards of glass and stones from her.

Ye Ranran flinched from pain, gasping sharply.

"It might hurt a bit, hang in there," Mo Han advised, holding onto her arm, his warmth seeping into her skin, right to her heart.

Her heart was cold, but his touch quickly turned it hot again.

It was a feeling of overwhelming affection – something she hadn’t felt in a long time.

"Okay," Ye Ranran nodded in agreement.

Losing herself in pain, Ye Ranran never called out once even when a shard of glass cut across her palm, passing through.

When the shard was being removed, she bit her lip till it bled, her face was deathly pale, cold sweat poured down her forehead.

Seeing her in distress, Mo Han was heartbroken: "Hang in there. After applying the medicine, your pain will diminish significantly."

"It’s okay, it’s a minor injury," and she shrugged off the pain.

After applying the medication, Mo Han carefully wound a bandage around Ye Ranran’s hand, not stopping until he was satisfied it was secure.

"Mr. Jun, how am I going to use my hand when you’ve wrapped it like this?" Ye Ranran pouted.

He certainly did it on purpose.

"Mrs. Jun, do you still want to use your hand?" He suggested her consider being temporarily disabled for a few days.

"How am I supposed to wash and eat?" Ye Ranran was worried.
