Chapter 134: Chapter 134: Is My Person Asking for First Subscription Mwah (5)

Aunt Lee couldn’t finish saying "young master," when suddenly she cried out in pain, and the fruit basket fell to the ground.

Mia Ginger was stunned; she had already squatted down, holding her arm.

"Aunt Lee!"

She called urgently and lifted her eyes to see a small boy playing with a slingshot a little way off.

The boy didn’t look especially young, around eight or nine years old.

He was wearing a color-blocked short sleeve on top and loose denim shorts on the bottom, and despite having injured someone, he showed no sign of panic or guilt. When he saw her looking, he even proudly swung the slingshot in his hand with arrogance and provocation.

Mia was indignant, and when she lowered her gaze, she saw blood seeping between Aunt Lee’s fingers as she clutched her arm.

"You’re bleeding!"

"It’s okay, it’s okay." Aunt Lee grabbed Mia’s arm and exhaled, "I’m fine; Bryan is used to being mischievous."

"Bryan?" Mia looked at her hesitantly, "Marianne Jackson’s little brother?"

"Exactly," Aunt Lee bent down to lift the fallen fruit basket and sighed, muttering, "He’s been pampered by the Second Madam since he was a child, used to being arrogant.

"Discipline?" Mia scoffed in disbelief, "Disciplined into this kind of behavior, huh?"

"He’s just a child; too much scolding can have a reverse effect."

"Let me take it." Mia picked up the fruit basket from her hand, her gaze falling on the crushed grapes inside. She pressed her lips and walked out.

Bryan Jackson didn’t dodge or evade, still standing in place as if he was waiting on purpose.

As she approached with a cold face, he toyed with the slingshot and said arrogantly, "You’re Mia Ginger?"

"So," Mia raised an eyebrow at him, "was your earlier shot aimed at me?"

"I missed earlier, so it doesn’t count," Bryan said as he bent down to pick up a stone, stretching it towards her, squinting and saying, "Now try my skill again!"

With his words scarcely spoken, the stone flew straight out.

Accompanied by Aunt Lee’s scream.

It hit the nearby grape leaves with a "pop," piercing through and falling to the ground.

Mia stood up straight again.

Her gaze fixedly on him, emanating cold, fierce intent.

"You actually dare to dodge?!" Bryan shouted in rage, clutching the slingshot, just about to bend down to pick up a stone, when suddenly a bunch of grapes smashed into his face.

The grapes were ripe just right, the purplish-red skin bursting open instantly, mixed with juice and pulp, leaving a mess on his face.

Bryan was completely stunned.

He was the youngest in the Jackson family; not even Lydia, let alone Zane, usually lavished affection on him.

Lydia taught him from a young age, and he was observant enough to curry favor with the elder, never in his life had he been treated this way!

Who does Mia Ginger think she is?

To dare hit him!

Bryan was utterly furious, directly throwing the slingshot, and charged at Mia trying to kick her.

Mia was faster, directly stepping on him and knocking him to the ground.

Despite the ten-year age difference between them, Bryan was a boy and couldn’t match Mia in physical strength, unexpectedly ending up face down on the ground, cursing as he tried to rise.

Aunt Lee was dumbfounded, momentarily unable to react.

"You dare step on me, what kind of thing are you...ah!"

Before Bryan finished his sentence, he let out another sharp cry.

Mia stepped on his waist, playing with the slingshot she’d picked up earlier, and bent down to pick up two stones.

"What are you doing?" Bryan was immobilized, utterly alarmed.
