Jason had been observing everything from the side. He had not expected that Alicia was going to resort to such a thing. He could not understand just what was wrong with humanity. Was it really worth it for them to die, rather than becoming zombies?

To him, that was definitely not the best decision. Although it was true that they would no longer be capable of controlling their own bodies, but still, at least they would die knowing that their bodies were being used in the right way, ensuring that the zombie race managed to reach supremacy.

At the end of the day, what was the use of dying? Dying for the human race? The weak human race? Although it was true that human race really possessed a great potential for improvement, and as long as they were given enough chances, they would be able to reach the top, but that was something that was going to take a lot of time.

During the battle for domination, time was the thing that was completely limited. Only those that were fast enough, were the ones that were going to be capable of eliminating their own enemies before the enemies became stronger than they themselves.

Jason suddenly coughed out thick black blood. It was due to the backlash of the failure of the technique that he had activated. That technique was not recorded in the information that was displayed in front of the human eyes.

That was just like any other skill that humans possessed, like driving and cooking. Although they would not be displayed in the personal information of skills, but they were actually present nevertheless.

The technique that Jason had utilize that was something that was related to the zombie race. And of course, only those that possess the highest positions within the zombie race possessed the chance of utilizing this technique, to create their own zombies.

Those zombies would be under their full control. That way, they would be able to create a group of elite zombies that they would be leading. But of course, there was a limit to the number of times that the technique could be utilized. Otherwise, the zombie race would have definitely become invincible.

For Jason, he only possessed a limit of two. That was because of his current power level being in the diamond rank. Of course, only those zombies that had reached the gold rank possessed the opportunity of utilizing that technique, with permission of course.

The backlash that Jason had suffered at this time was not simple. The combat power that he previously possessed completely diminished due to the backlash.

At this point, Jason was barely hanging on to his life. It was a sure bet that even a rank O mutant warrior or apocalyptic creature would definitely be capable of killing him.

"F*ck!" Jason cursed angrily. It was true that he had already read about there being a backlash as long as the technique failed. But according to the same records, there was a very low possibility of the failure of the technique.

And according to the information, for the past 1000 years over, there was no failure at all. Jason was among those people that was converted into a zombie within the past 1000 years. Of course, the consciousness that was currently controlling Jason’s body was definitely not the real Jason.

Jason tried to feel his body, but he realized that he could no longer move his body at all. Additionally, it seemed that the injuries that he had suffered had completely worsened.

Jason tried to communicate with the gold rank zombies that he had allowed entry into this part of the territory to come over and help him up. But it was then that he realized that he was no longer capable of doing anything like that. It was as if due to the backlash that he had suffered, he was no longer capable of activating any skill that he possessed.

Additionally, Jason also realized that he was going to take a longer time in order to be able to recover to his peak condition. This time, he had really suffered a lot.

And due to that reason, Jason swore in his heart that if he managed to survive this time, he was definitely going to make sure that the humans in this city paid, especially those brats that had injured him, destroying his plan.

Jason had just finished swearing in his heart when suddenly, his expression shifted. That was due to the notification that he had received about the barrier that was surrounding this part of the territory being breached.

The barrier that existed was invisible. Due to that, there was nobody that was going to be capable of knowing that there was actually a barrier there, unless a person possessed advanced information.

But other than the zombies that he had ordered to guard outside of the barrier, there was definitely no any other person that knew about the existence of that barrier. Until now, there was no human that had managed to reach this part of the zombie territory, and managed to go back alive.

"It seems that things are going to get difficult this time." Jason stated in a low voice. Then, he tried as much as possible to summon the zombies under his control, but just like before, there was nothing that came about.

Nevertheless, Jason did not give up. He just continued trying to activate the skill that was related to the zombies that he was controlling. He had to make sure that the zombies were informed. Otherwise, he was sure that as long as Henry and the others arrived here, he would definitely be dead.

But unlucky for him, there was no response from the other end. It was not due to the zombies not responding, but instead, it was due to the fact that he had actually lost control over the zombies outside.

Henry and his group had finally arrived on the left hand side of the zombie territory. They had already managed to go past many zombies. Of course they tried as much as possible to utilize high areas, to avoid the low level zombies that had already congregated in large numbers below the buildings.

But of course it was impossible for them to be able to get past all those zombies that numbered in millions without being noticed. But nevertheless, their reaction was quite quick, eliminating all the zombies that had managed to spot them as soon as they did.

And as the zombies dropped on the ground due to the attack, the other zombies in the surrounding areas were also alarmed. So, they began making a commotion, trying to find the source of the attack. But by the time that they realized that some of the zombies had been killed, Henry and the others had already departed from the place where they had been before.

Finally, Henry and the others reached the place where there was a group of zombies that was forming a circle. In between that circle, there was a group of buildings. Those buildings had already been destroyed due to the descent of the apocalypse.

But nevertheless, comparing those buildings with those that were out of that circle, the difference could be seen as those that were present within the circle suffered minimal damage.

Henry’s eyes squinted as he looked at the red building that was at the very center of the circle. At this point, he realized why this place was actually called the zombie territory. It was due to the fact that the zombies had actually managed to build a territory of their own.

Of course this was not the first time that Henry and the others had encountered a territory that belonged to the members of the other races. According to what they knew, the buildings that belonged to members of the other races were completely different from those that were owned by the human race.

Of course buildings of the same race possessed the same outlay. That was except for the human race. The structure of the main territory buildings that were constructed by the human race were completely random, but nonetheless, they were never possessing the same appearance as those of the different races.

The killing intent in the air was kind of stifling. Of course as one could expect, it was incomparable to the one that they had experienced during the descent of the third stage of the apocalypse, where those giant zombies began attacking territories within Lockwood City.

At this point, even without being told anything, Henry and the others immediately realized that if Alicia was kept in this place, she was definitely placed within that building. It was just that there was no way that they were going to be able to enter into that building without alarming Jason.

Since this was a territory, Henry and the others understood that there had to be a territory barrier that existed in this place. And each time the territory barrier was attacked, the leader of the territory would be informed of the attack. Additionally, there was also the alarm system present within the main territory building.

Henry took a deep breath as he looked at the main territory building in the distance. At this point, thinking of the fact that he was here to rescue Alicia, he no longer cared about the matter of alarming Jason.

Instead, he looked at those that had come over together with him and said, "You guys stay behind. You will be in charge of clearing a path for us. I will go in and bring out Alicia as fast as possible."

Immediately after saying those words, Henry took out a walkie-talkie and communicated with Adam. After coming to a concession, he finally rushed towards the main territory building without considering the matter of hiding.
