Chapter 366: Irreversible Transformation

"It is just a little sacrifice. I should be able to recover after about 2 months. At that time, this entire city should be under my control." Jason said to himself before he arrived next to Alicia who was unconscious on the altar.

Then without hesitation, he grabbed Alicia’s chin. The moment that Jason grabbed Alicia’s chin, Alicia who was unconscious suddenly frowned. There was a hint of resistance on her face, but she did not wake up.

Jason simply sneered when he saw that expression on her face. His eyes suddenly began glowing red. And as the light intensified, the blood from his wounds suddenly turned red from black.

Then in the next moment, he dropped blood that was coming from the wounds that he had suffered into Alicia’s open mouth.

The moment that the blood entered into Alicia’s mouth, there was a sizzling sound in the air as if there was something that was burning.

Alicia’s expression suddenly stiffened. Then she suddenly opened her eyes that had already began turning red. Several veins had already appeared on her skin, and it look like there was something that was crawling beneath her skin.

Alicia’s expression shifted the moment that she saw Jason looking at her. She hurriedly got up. Then when she realized that she was on top of an altar, she could not help but be dumbfounded.

Deciding not to focus on the matter of being in the presence of the zombie, she immediately began mobilizing the energy in her body in order to attack Jason. But it was at that moment that she was horrified when she realized that she could not control the energy that was in her body.

Although the energy was present in her body, it had actually become completely foreign to her. It was as if it was there, but it was not hers to control.

It was also at this moment that she suddenly began realizing what was happening. It seemed that Jason had done something to her, and that was the reason why she was not capable of mobilizing the energy in her body.

Looking around, she realized that in this entire floor of the building, there was nothing other than the altar. The altar was weird, and it seemed that it was made out of several bones. Of course, the bones were simply human skulls.

Everything in this building was completely red. Although she possessed red eyes, that did not mean that she actually liked being surrounded by red. The atmosphere inside this place was extremely stifling, and she could feel that the killing intent in the air was definitely a top notch higher as compared to the one that Jason was emitting during the time that she was fighting against him.

Jason observed everything calmly. There was no panic on his face the moment that Alicia woke up. And when she tried to attack him, he simply looked at her with a simple smile on his face.

It was clear that he had already expected that Alicia was not going to be capable of attacking him at all. In short, at this moment, Alicia had completely lost her combat capability. She could not defend herself, and she was actually no different from a normal person.

"You don’t have to struggle that much. I have already given you a chance. It is all up to you to accept it. If you accept it, you are going to be more powerful. But if you try to resist it, the power that you are going to process is going to decrease." Jason stated as he looked at Alicia.

"The process that I have initiated is irreversible. No matter what, there is no way that it can be changed, or stopped. So, accept your fate." Jason continued.

Alicia on the other hand suddenly felt that the energy in her body was suddenly becoming violent. This was something that was happening for the first time considering that ever since that time that she had awakened, she had gotten control over the energy in her body.

But right now, the energy was running rampant in her body, and she could not do anything about it. It was as if this energy was suddenly injected into her body, and she was helpless to do anything against it.

At this moment, Alicia’s red eyes suddenly turned bloody red. There was no hint of white within her eyes, as everything had turned blood red, as if her eyes were currently bleeding.

At the same time, Alicia suddenly felt that her body temperature was increasing. The rate at which the temperature was increasing was so fast that in one moment, she felt like she was sweating a little, but in the next moment, she felt like she was burning in fire.

And hearing what Jason was saying, Alicia immediately understood what was going on. It seemed that there was something that Jason was planning to do with her, but it was definitely not something good for her.

Even though she felt like she could not control the energy in her body, Alicia was not willing to give in to fate. So, using the strength that she was still capable of controlling, she rushed towards Jason, having the intention of strangling him to death.

But just as she approached him, Jason suddenly activated his skill, blasting Alicia backwards. It was just that this time, the blast was not made of wind blades, but instead, it was just the air that pushed her backwards.

Jason on the other hand suddenly dropped on the ground. He had been trying to hold on, trying to make sure that everything went right. But right now, he had completely lost all the energy in his body, and he required at least an entire day in order to be able to start walking again.
