On the other hand, Henry and the others had been traveling for quite a while. They realized that the destruction that had been caused in this city was way above as compared to the one that had occurred in Lockwood City.

Additionally, the number of zombies that could be encountered along their trip was quite high. But still, the levels of the zombies could not be compared to the attack power of the Jeep. So, the Jeep simply took care of them, easily destroying them, clearing the path for the Jeep.

Had it not been for the fact that the Jeep was currently advanced, and there was an improvement in the terrain adaptation, there would have been a lot of difficulty for the Jeep to move.

But after moving for a while, they finally arrived on a clear path. It was clear that this was a path that was used by members of several territories. That was the reason why it had already been cleared of any vehicles that had been left behind by the time that the apocalypse descended.

As for the pits and other cracks on the road, they had already been taken care of, as they had been filled up. That way, it was not going to be impossible for those that were using the road to transport resources to travel.

After reaching this point, the speed at which the Jeep was moving at increased drastically. Henry understood that the longer he took to arrive at the area of the battlefield, the higher the risk of a person that he cared about being injured increased.

Adam on the other hand was kind of fidgeting. He was just thinking of jumping out of the Jeep so that he could rush forward by himself. But he still managed to restrain himself considering that Henry was in the same shoes as him.

Finally, after about 10 minutes, they arrived in an area where a battle was going on. Although they were quite a distance away, they could still see the flickering lights that occurred with several explosions that rose in the air.

When they arrived in this place, they realized that it was a battle between two groups of humans. This immediately made Henry’s group to frown. At a point like this, it was definitely not good for humans to start fighting each other.

That was especially so considering that according to the number of zombies that they had encountered along the way, it implied that the zombie race was present within the city, in large numbers. And with the two territories fighting against each other, that implied that they were reducing their own power. What if the zombies decided to attack?

The Jeep stopped a distance away from the battlefield. From within the screens that were present within the control room, Henry and the others could see that the groups that were fighting against each other were well organized.

On one hand, there was a group of people that wore customized armors with camouflage patterns. As for the other side, although they were not wearing customized armors, but still, all of them possessed armors.

They possessed resolute expressions on their faces as they continuously attacked the group of people that was wearing camouflaged armors.

From the observation that Henry and the group could make, it was clear that it was this group of people that was wearing camouflaged armors that was attacking, while the other group was busy defending.

Behind the defending group, there was a tall wall, and a gate. It was clear that this was a territory, and it was quite advanced considering that the walls looked quite formidable.

"I never expected that there would be foolish people here. Why are they even attacking a territory like this? With this kind of manpower, what right do they have to attack a territory? Isn’t this just suicide?" Adam asked as he looked at the screen in front of him.

Henry and the others did not respond. But still, they possessed similar thoughts. After all, if there was an enemy that belonged to another race, why would members of the same race start fighting against each other? Were they not afraid that the other races would take advantage of them?

Nevertheless, after a while, Henry suddenly frowned. At the same time, he continued observing the images that were being displayed in front of his vision on the screens in front of him.

"The group that is currently defending is definitely not the full power of this territory. Otherwise, I do believe that a territory as big as this one would definitely possess more manpower. Why is it that the number of people that are in charge of defending is so low?" Olivia asked as she squinted her eyes.

That was the same thought that was currently going on in Henry’s mind. He had already realized that there was something wrong here. Normally, if an attack like this was launched to a territory, no matter how small it was, definitely, the manpower that was capable of defending against the other races was supposed to be higher. Otherwise, the territory would have already been destroyed long ago.

Suddenly, Henry got out of the Jeep. The rest of the group followed him. And the moment that they stepped out of the Jeep, Henry looked towards another direction.

At this moment, he suddenly felt that there was killing intent that was coming that particular area. In fact, although the killing intent was kind of restrained, he could feel that the aura that was coming from that direction was definitely quite strong.

"It seems that the main battlefield is located in that direction." Henry stated in a calm voice.

The others nodded. They had also realized that. They could feel that the intensity of the killing intent and the explosions that they could hear coming from that direction was higher as compared to the one that they had been hearing from this place.

The moment that the group alighted from the Jeep, they were immediately spotted by the group that was fighting.

Those that were in charge of defending the territory felt a little uneasy. But still, the uneasiness that they were feeling reduced slightly after realizing that this group of people that had appeared was not wearing the same armor as the group from the military.

As for the group from the military, they thought that this was just another expedition group that belonged to Trista territory, that had been sent out for adventure or collecting resources.

So, they did not pay much attention to them, and simply focused on the group in front of them. They themselves had already realized that they had been sent on a suicide mission. After all, it was going to be difficult for them to be able to deal with a territory, just considering the manpower that they possessed.

But what choice did they have? They belong to the military, and they had to follow every command that was given to them, even if they were commanded to kill themselves.

But of course, this was the apocalypse, and the majority of the people would have already resisted had they been given a command to kill themselves. The only reason why they had accepted the mission was simply because they were promised that their families would be taken care of.

After Adam arrived in front of two people, both fighting against each other with the intention to kill, he looked at them and said, "Can the two of you pause fighting first? I have a few questions that I would like to ask the both of you."

When the two people heard what Adam had said, for a moment, they completely forgot about the fact that they were fighting against each other with the intention to kill, and looked at him as if they were looking at a fool.

Realizing that he had already gained the attention of the two people, Adam did not care about the way that they were looking at him. Instead, he went ahead and asked, "Can you give me detailed information about this city, the territories that are present, and the power distribution of this city? Moreover, you can tell me where the most survivors are currently located at."

The two of them continued looking at Adam, completely dumbfounded. At this moment, they suddenly realized that perhaps this was the first time that Adam had arrived in this city, and that was the reason why he was looking for that information.

But, could there be something wrong with his brain? How could he just walk over to a battlefield and ask those that were fighting for information?

The only reason why they did not attack him right now was simply because they did not possess any information about Adam. They were not sure about his current power level, but they doubted that he was of a low power level considering that he seemed to be coming from out of the city.

Adam got a little impatient after realizing that they were not going to respond to him. So, with a frown etched on his face, he said impatiently, "I don’t have all the time in the world. So, you better tell me what I want to know, or I can go ahead and beat the two of you up."
