"Are you sure about this?" With a grim expression on her face, the young lady from the military asked once again.

"What do you think? Is this a joke or something like a prank? We are extremely serious here. We are comfortable with the way that we are currently. So, we hope that the military does not interrupt our own policies that we have set up." The young man responded.

"You do know that what you are currently doing is rebellion against the current government, right?" The lady asked with raised brows as she looked at the young man and the group behind him.

"What current government are you talking about? Even the governor of this city has already died, killed by the zombies. I’m pretty sure that he is a zombie right now. So are you trying to tell me that we are supposed to be led by zombies? After all, the governor is part of the current government." The young man stated with a sarcastic tone.

After hearing this, the young lady remained silent. There was nothing that she could say that could refute what this young man has said. It was true that the current government, the one that existed before the apocalypse descended had already been destroyed.

The majority of the military of the country was located in this city. But even they had not been capable of controlling the entire city. So, how was it possible that they were going to be able to take over the entire country that was currently dominated by members of the other races?

Moreover, many people that possess intentions of leading the country had already decided to take this chance to rise. How were they going to agree to hand over the power that they had gotten during the past few months back to the military?

As for the military, there was no way that they were going to be capable of taking over the entire country. Right now, the military did not possess as much strength as it did during the time before the apocalypse descended.

With them losing advantage which was the weapons that they possessed, and being put at the same level as the others, with the equipment of the same level, it was definitely going to be a huge hurdle if the military wanted to take over the entire country.

"Okay then. You better tell your leader that we are going to attack if you are going to continue with this attitude of yours. So, you better watch out. We are going to give you 3 days. After 3 days, if you don’t submit, we are going to use force." The lady stated in a solemn tone.

Immediately after saying that, she turned around, heading towards the vehicles that were parked not far away from where they were.

But as she left, the young man behind her spoke. "You do know that we are not going to do that. So, if you feel like you are going to attack, just go ahead and do that. There’s no need for you to give us an entire 3 days. But you should know the consequences of attacking us. We don’t care about the military because we do believe that there is no military anymore."

The lady paused her movements for a moment, before she continued. But at this time, the expression on her face had turned completely icy. Of course she was infuriated by what the young man had said. It was just that right now, they were in the territory of the other party. So, if they attack, they were the ones that were going to be at a great disadvantage.

It was better for her to retreat right now. Then, during the time that they would launch attacks on this territory, she would take this chance to make sure that this guy paid for his attitude.

The young man watched silently as the military departed. His expression turned extremely cold after they had left. He snorted, "They think that they can take over the entire city simply because they are part of the military?

The government system that existed before has already fallen. In this apocalypse, it is time for a new era. So, they better not think that we are going to give up, easily giving in to their demands. If it is a war that they want, then we are going to give them one."

Immediately after saying those words, he turned around and looked at the group of people that he had come out of the territory together with.

"Let us go back in. But make sure that you tighten the security. Moreover, you have to prepare for a war. The military is not going to give up. With the current leader that they possess, that power hungry mongrel is definitely going to attack. So, be prepared for a bitter war." The young man stated before he headed towards one of the vehicles that they had come out of the territory with.

Although nobody responded, the expressions on their faces was enough to tell that they had taken everything that the young man had said seriously. Just like the young man, they did not want to submit to the military.

Since the military was located in the same city as them, they had already got an information about the military. And to say the truth, they did not like the way that the military handled things.

If they actually possessed enough power, they would have definitely overthrown the military. The territory that they were leading would have already been taken over by Trista territory.

But since they did not possess enough capability of dealing with the military, they could only try to maintain Trista territory. There was no way that they were going to allow the territory fall into the hands of the military.

The vehicles drove back into the territory through the gigantic gate. After entering the gates, the gates were closed, completely preventing all that were outside of the territory from seeing what was inside.

Trista territory was quite big. Although it was located on the outskirts of the city, it had already developed. Since it had already been 5 months ever since the descent of the apocalypse, and 2 months ever since the descent of the third stage of the apocalypse, they had already managed to utilize the resources that had appeared during the third stage of the apocalypse to do a lot more things.

Research had already been carried out, and they had managed to create new things. The walls of the territories in the entire city had already been fortified by the materials that could be found. But of course, the quality of the material acquired depended on the power of the territory.

Currently, inside Trista territory, it was no different from a city. It had already been over 4 months ever since this territory was constructed. So, as expected, the level of development was high.

The territory had already established itself, with a form of currency that had already been developed. Though, they did not use a currency that they had developed themselves, but instead, they utilized the mutation crystals as a form of currency.

During the past 2 months, they had already realized that the mutation crystals could be utilized as a source of energy. And due to that reason, the value of the mutation crystals had already risen.

After entering into the territory, the young man and the group that had gone out of the territory immediately headed towards the center of the territory.

Just as one could expect, those that could be found in the center of the territory were those that held superior positions. The positions were not only due to the power level of the people here, but also the contribution of the people to the territory.

At the very center of Trista territory, there was a big building. The building was pure white in color. It was the tallest building in the entire territory, and other than that, it also possessed the biggest dimensions.

Whoever it was that was looking at this building, looked at it with reverence in their eyes. The reason behind this was due to the fact that this was the main territory building, the building that had been constructed during the time that the territory was being constructed using the territory construction token.

Inside this building, that was where the most powerful existences of the entire territory resided. And it was inside this same building that the leader of the territory also resided.

The moment that the vehicles that had come out of the territory arrived here, they were parked some distance away from the building. Then, the young man alighted from the vehicle, before he headed towards the main territory building.

The others that had accompanied him during the time that he was going out of the territory remained behind. As for the young man, he entered into the building without anyone blocking his way. Instead, all those that looked at him, looked at him with a hint of respect in their eyes.

It was very clear that this young man held an important position within this territory. More than that, he himself was extremely strong, something that gained him the respect that he currently possessed.

The young man did not pay much attention to what others thought about him. Instead, he simply focused on where he was going.

This building possessed an elevator. So, the moment that he arrived, he entered into the elevator, and headed towards the topmost floor of the building.

After arriving there, he entered into a huge open space. This open space possessed several couches. The decorations in this place were exquisite, easily attracting the attention of anybody that entered into this place for the first time. Simply put, this was a place that the people that lived inside the main territory building relaxed.

Currently, inside this place, there was a lady who was seated on a couch. She was having a frown on her face, as if she was deep in thought. She possessed long brown hair that was currently tied into a ponytail behind her, and a little long eyelashes that were currently batting without tightening her eyelids.

The young man stopped a distance away and observed the lady. At the same time, a hint of possessiveness appeared in his eyes as he looked at the lady. But it disappeared after a while.

"Ahem! Alicia, we have already completed dealing with those that had been sent over by the military. But they are going to attack soon." After clearing his throat, the young man finally spoke.
