Chapter 325: Almost Out of Control

"They are not dead? Then where are they? I’m going to get them right now!" Sarah stated as she looked at Beatrice with her reddened eyes.

"That is the reason why I want you to wait until Olivia comes back. She is going to tell you everything about what happened to your family. In fact, there is a great possibility that they are alive right now." Beatrice responded with a helpless expression on her face.

"Are you trying to tell me that my family is not present within Lockwood city?" Sarah asked once again. She was not understanding what was going on anymore.

According to what she understood, there was definitely no reason for her family to decide to leave Lockwood city. This was their home after all. So, why would they decide to leave Lockwood city, and go to another place?

Could it be that they had already thought that she had died after disappearing for several months? Could it be that they had lost hope that she was going to come back home?

Or could it be that there was a person that was trying to cause her family problems, and that was the reason why they had decided to leave Lockwood city?

But that was an extremely dangerous thing to do. Although she had not experienced The trip from Crystal city to Lockwood city, she understood that it was definitely not simple.

With the presence of the members of the other races in the world, it was extremely dangerous to be able to transverse the world right now, especially moving between cities.

At this point, she had already began giving out information that she was supposed to wait until Olivia arrived. But at this point, with the way that Sarah was behaving, it was definitely impossible for her to be able to keep this information from her.

Sarah’s emotions became turbulent. For a moment, the light element that was flickering on her body threatened to explode. Luckily, Sarah was able to regain her composure slightly on time, preventing the explosion from occurring.

But at this point, there was complete anger in her eyes. She had not been told about the reason why her family had decided to leave the city. But still, there was definitely a reason behind it.

And, whoever it was that was the reason behind her family deciding to leave this place, that was the person that Sarah was intending to target.

"Who was it that made my family leave this place? I want to know right now! Additionally, I want to know where it is that they went to. I’m going to look for them right now." Sarah asked in a determined voice.

At this point, even without her realizing it, the white color of her hair had intensified a little. This was something that was observed by Beatrice. But, he did not say anything about it.

Although she was surprised, she understood that this was the apocalypse, and many things were going to happen. All that she hoped for was that the changes that Sarah was experiencing were not going to be detrimental to her.

"That is the information that I don’t possess. I think if you ask Olivia about it, she’s going to tell you about it." At this moment, Beatrice decided to shift the blame to Olivia.

She understood one thing. With the way that Sarah was currently, if she was told where exactly her family was, she was going to go there, not considering the dangers that were along the way.

But that was definitely not something that Beatrice was willing to see. So, she could only decide to lie to Sarah, to make sure that Olivia was the one that dealt with this matter.

If Sarah decided to leave this place right now, that implied that Beatrice would not be capable of stopping her. Additionally, there was extreme danger in trying to stop Sarah from doing what she wanted. If Sarah impulsively attacked, then, Beatrice would definitely be killed. She loved herself so much, so, why would she want to die just like that?

Sarah took a deep breath as she looked at Beatrice. Even she herself had already realized that she was losing control over her emotions. And, at this point, she could already tell that Beatrice was lying to her.

But thinking about her current condition, she understood that Beatrice was doing this on purpose. Nevertheless, she was not impressed by the fact that she was not being informed about the information that she wanted.

Still, considering the relationship that existed between the two of them, Sarah did not want to force Beatrice to do anything. Since Beatrice had decided that she was not going to tell her the information that she was asking for, Sarah decided not to push any further.

"Okay then. I guess I will go out and look for the information. I do believe that there are definitely other people out there that possess information, other than Olivia." Sarah stated with a trembling voice. In the next moment, she rose up from the seat, before she exited the living room, exiting the building as a whole.

Beatrice wanted to stop Sarah from doing anything reckless. But, she could not do it. At this moment, it was good enough that Sarah was only going out to ask for information, and not to cause a commotion by leaving the territory and the city as a whole, to look for her family.

A little while later after Sarah had left, it was took out a communication device. This was one that was given to her by Vincent. She immediately contacted him and informed him about everything that had happened.

Of course Vincent was also surprised by the fact that Sarah had woken up. And, his expression became solemn the moment that he realized that Sarah was asking for information about her family.

Vincent did not have a method that he could utilize in order to contact Olivia who was already far away from the territory. Although they were currently in the same city, but with the size of the city increasing during the second stage of the apocalypse, this territory was not close to where Olivia had gone to.

So, in order to be able to reach Olivia, Vincent decided to talk to Henry. He was the only one in the entire group who had remained in this territory. As for the others, they had already gone out to deal with the two territories.

If possible, perhaps Henry was going to be capable of stopping Sarah from doing anything stupid. So, as they waited for Olivia, it was going to be better if Henry was going to be capable of restraining Sarah.

It was not that difficult to be able to contact Henry considering that he was still within the territory. So, Vincent simply made a call through the communication device that was present within the territory, before he connected with Henry.

Henry on the other hand after receiving the information, he could not help but be slightly surprised. To say the truth, until now, he was not sure about the information about Sarah’s parents.

Olivia was the one who was in charge of dealing with the matters concerning Sarah. So, initially, although Henry did not understand why there was nobody from Sarah’s family that came to see her, he did not ask much about it.

In case there was something that required him to act, he was sure that Olivia was going to ask him about it. So, he did not say anything all this while, thinking that there was definitely a reason why Sarah’s family did not go to see her.

But now, he understood. Vincent had already told him everything about what happened to Sarah’s family. And, as one of the people who was far away from his family for over 10 years right now, he could tell the feeling of losing a family.

Although he himself had not lost his family, that did not imply that he did not miss them. It had been 10 years after all. Additionally, everything happened so abruptly, and he was not prepared at all, especially so since he was extremely young back then.

Without hesitation, he immediately decided to go and look for Sarah. Currently, he had just finished making the purchases. So, it does not going to be interrupting him from doing anything anyway.

At the same time as he began moving from where he was, his residence, he contacted Sarah through the walkie-talkie. But Sarah did not respond at all.

Henry had already expected something like this. Sarah was a smart person. So, when she realized that he was the one that was calling, that implied that he had already gotten the information about what happened.

Since Sarah was currently determined to find information about her family, why would she allow Henry to know where she currently was, just to prevent her from doing what she wanted?
