Simon was a little surprised after hearing the voice. This was the first time that he was hearing this voice. The surprise came due to the fact that he did not know anybody that was powerful enough to enter a battlefield like the one that he was currently in, that was around.

All the others had already been injured. Additionally, others that had not been injured had decided to leave the territory. So, this unfamiliar voice surprised him. And not only that, even the contents of the words were not what he was expecting to hear.

He strained himself and looked over. He was surprised when he saw that there was a young man that he did not know, looking at him. There was a nonchalant expression on his face, as if he did not care about the zombie that was not far away from where he was.

Focusing on the young man in front of him, Simon tried to look at the information about him. But he was completely flabbergasted when he realized that he could not see any information about him.

It was not as if this was the first time that he had found a person who he could not see information about. He had already met with Nancy before, and he could not see any information about her, other than the name. It was just that for this young man in front of him, he could not see any information about him.

Adam had just arrived at this territory, only to see the leader of the territory being blasted backwards by the punch from the zombie. Having already seen the information about the zombie and this person, he was actually surprised that this person was capable of surviving after such a clash.

Another thing that surprised him was the fact that this person possessed a special profession. And to say the truth, the profession that Simon possessed was definitely better than the one that he himself possessed. Nevertheless, it was not as if Adam felt that he was inferior. Instead, with his physical capabilities already matching his power level, he was definitely stronger than Simon at the same power level.

Adam did not focus much on the guy who was still struggling to get up from the ground. Instead, he looked towards the zombie that was already charging over.

He simply snorted. He was currently at the second level of the gold rank. So, a zombie like this one that was also at the gold rank, especially at the second level, was definitely not something that could match him.

He himself had come over together with another group of people. This was Henry’s plan. Although it was true that he did not care much about the members of the other territories, but that did not mean that he did not care about them completely because they were humans.

The plan that Henry was having at this point was to make sure that Nancy took over the entire city. That way, she would be able to control the entire place, and improve them. In the future, if he came over to take over, he would be capable of taking over the entire city, rather than just taking over a territory, only to later on try to take over the entire city by himself.

As for Adam, he was not the only one who was sent out. Olivia was the one that was in charge of the other territory. As for himself, he had come over together with Diana, Storm, and Julie.

As for Olivia, she had gone over with Lenta, Nancy and her companion beast, together with other members of the territory. As for Henry, he remained behind, continuing with the upgrades.

With the large number of zombies that had been killed, the number of mutation crystals that had been collected had increased drastically. And due to that reason, Henry had found many things that he could upgrade.

Currently, Adam was the one that was in charge of dealing with the zombies outside. He was not the only one considering that even Storm was out here, currently in the middle of the zombies, dismantling them.

As for Diana and the others, they were left to deal with the zombies that were present inside the territory. Those zombies were kind of strange. And although the damage that they were causing had already been reduced, that did not mean that it had already been taken care of.

As for dealing with the zombie that was coming towards him, Adam simply grabbed the battle axe in his hand before he attacked. He looked like he was attacking randomly, but the moment that his battle axe touched the ground, an explosion occurred.

Boom!

The earth pillar that was just rising from the ground was destroyed by the battle ax. There was no resistance at all, as the entire pillar was crushed into pieces.

The zombie together with Simon were both surprised. Still, the zombie did not stop. It just continued moving forward, before it arrived in front of Adam.

At the same time, a gigantic mace materialized in the zombie’s hand. The zombie waved the mace towards Adam, with the intention of crushing him.

Adam did not retreat in the face of that attack. Instead, he stomped heavily onto the ground, before launching himself forward.

The speed at which he moved completely surprised the zombie. It had not expected that Adam was this fast. Nevertheless, it did not stop with its attack, just changing the trajectory of the attack slightly.

Adam on the other hand waved the battle ax in his hand, intending to meet the mace head on. There was no fear or panic on his face. Instead, there was only a contemptuous smile that had curved on the corners of his lips.

Bang!

The two weapons collided in the air, causing a shockwave to be produced. The zombie was forced to retreat several steps backwards while stumbling. As for the mace, it immediately crumbled as it could not withstand the explosive power of the collision.

As for Adam, he remained in the same position, although he felt that his hand was slightly numb.

"Well, I never expected that the strength that you possess is quite high. But that’s not bad." Adam stated slightly. Then in the next moment, he charged forward, deciding not to give the zombie a chance of attacking again.

But the zombie was also in the gold rank. So, it was capable of stabilizing itself before Adam arrived. The moment that it managed to stabilize itself, it stomped onto the ground, launching an attack towards Adam.

Adam on the other hand immediately sensed the danger that was approaching. Without hesitation, he launched himself towards the left. The moment that he left the place that he was standing before, several spikes shot up from the ground.

Adam was not surprised by such an attack. He had already fought another giant zombie. It was just that the zombie that he had fought against did not possess skin. As for this one, it was almost the same size as the one that he had fought before, additionally, the information that was displayed about this zombie was also the same.

Due to that reason, he had already understood the fact that this zombie possessed an element that it could control. So, these attacks that came from the ground were things that Adam was familiar with considering that he had been observing the battle between the zombie and Nancy.

Immediately after dodging the attack, Adam launched an attack of his own. He activated bull rush. The moment that this skill was activated, Adam’s speed was increased by two times. Other than that, there was the damage that was increased by two times as well.

The sound of the wind being blasted towards the side as Adam moved forward could be heard. As for the zombie, it was not that far away from where Adam was. And due to that reason, it was not capable of reacting to the speed that Adam had moved forward with.

Since the zombie could not dodge, it could only try to defend. Still, all the defensive skills that it possessed were things that were going to take time to be able to materialize. So, it only placed its hands in front of itself, trying to block the attack that was launched by Adam.

Bang! Splatter!

Although a few rocks had managed to solidify on the hands of the zombie, they were only capable of blocking the attack for a few seconds. And in the next moment, the blade of the battle axe managed to cut the hand of the zombie.

It did not stop there, but instead, it progressed and made a big wound on the chest of the zombie. The moment that the wound was formed, dark blood began leaking out.

The zombie roared in pain. This was the first time that the zombie was feeling pain. This was the change that had occurred after it had gained skin. Although it was a good thing that it could finally feel things, but still, the pain was definitely not something good to feel.

Adam was also surprised to hear the roar of pain. Still, he did not give the one armed zombie a chance. He simply attacked again, cutting off the head of the zombie.

And just like that, the massive body of the zombie collapsed onto the ground, raising a small cloud of dust.
