The moment that Henry thought about fighting, the goblin in front of him suddenly moved forward. Henry was not able to follow the movements of the goblin, all that he saw was that something had approached him at an incredible speed.

The distance between the two of them was more than 100 m. But, in just about 2 seconds, Henry was greeted by a huge mace that was slamming towards his face.

Of course, Henry was also able to react just as fast. It was just that, his speed was so slow as compared to the mace. His mind had already reacted, but, the speed at which his body was reacting could not catch up.

Knowing that he had no chance at all when fighting against a silver rank apocalyptic creature, Henry decided to put the matter aside for now. Rather than trying to deal with a creature that was way out of his league, he decided to fight against a creature that was at the 9th level of the bronze rank.

Just after he thought of that, he suddenly felt that the danger that was coming from the goblin had drastically reduced. In fact, he did not feel any danger coming from the goblin. Rather, he felt that the goblin was so weak, something that he could handle easily.

To try out what he was feeling, Henry summoned a fireball. This fireball was way bigger than the one that he could summon without using the fusion skill.

The fireball burned with great intensity as it rushed towards the goblin. The goblin on the other hand also reacted, raising its mace in order to strike at the fireball.

Boom!

The moment that the mace and the fireball collided, a huge explosion suddenly occurred. Even Henry himself was forced to take a few steps backwards by the shockwave that was generated.

After a while, everything went back to how it was, the situation calmed down. And, Henry was a little surprised when he found out that the goblin had already been burnt, only bones remaining.

"What kind of situation is this? I am able to instantly kill a level 9 bronze rank apocalyptic creature, but still, I am being instantly killed by a level one silver rank apocalyptic creature. How come I cannot understand this?" Henry could not help but question out loudly.
