Chapter 178: From an Ant to a Chicken

"I have finally found you! You will have to pay for the losses that you made me suffer!" At this moment, a heavy and eerie voice reached the ears of everyone within the Domination Star territory.

In the next moment that this voice sounded, the large number of monsters that had been continuously attacking the barrier despite their deaths suddenly stopped. Then, they began retreating, finally allowing some light to shine on the domination star territory.

Then in the next moment, a huge black figure suddenly appeared within the water. Since the water was currently murky, and the light was not bright enough, Henry and his group could not see this figure clearly.

But, from the shape of the figure, they realized that it was humanoid, but they did not know what race it belonged to. It was quite a strange shape, and even the size itself was humongous.

Still, since they could not recognize the other party, who could it be addressing? After all, it had just stated that it had found the person that it was looking for. So, who in the Domination Star territory had done something to provoke this creature?

Just as Henry and his group were confused about the figure that had appeared, the figure finally arrived in front of the barrier.

Since Henry and his group were close to the barrier, they could finally make out the appearance of the figure, though not that much.

From what they could see, what had appeared was a humanoid creature possessing a big mouth, long hands that stretched to the knee, having sharp nails. Additionally, the creature was not wearing any clothes, and its body was made of muscles and tendons that were exposed, with no skin covering it.

As for its nose, it was quite big as compared to a normal human, and, it had huge eye-sockets that were currently fully occupied by red eyes that shone brightly in this dim place.

Currently, the creature was staring directly at the group. Of course, it mainly focused on Henry, Adam, Diana, and more so Olivia. The hatred within the eyes could not be seen clearly due to the poor lighting conditions, but still, the group could detect the killing intent that was being released by this creature.

"What about this, why don’t you remove this barrier, so that we can fight once again? You know, the last time that we fought, you got an advantage over me. You had already become awakened, but for me, I was just a small human." The creature stated in a heavy voice.

Henry and the group could not understand what this creature was trying to talk about. Could it be that this creature had mistaken them for someone else? After all, in their memories, they could not remember encountering this creature.

And since this creature was capable of moving inside the water, that was even more unlikely. After all, even during the time that they were in the sea, they did not encounter that many creatures that attacked them.

Moreover, this creature was claiming that during the time that they had met, it was not awakened yet. But now, not only had it come over for a revenge, but, it seemed that this creature had come over with the intention of proving to them that it was strong.

Not willing to continue making assumptions of the creature’s identity, Henry focused on it and finally, information appearing in front of him.

Henry was left speechless after seeing the information of the creature in front of him. He was wondering who it was, and finally, he had gotten a clue about who it was. Chris Phillips, this was actually the name of the owner of the facility where they were locked before.

But, Henry could not imagine that this could be Chris Phillips, the real owner of the facility on the island. After all, Olivia had tortured him so badly, that she even went ahead and peeled off his skin, leaving him behind to die.

Another thing that surprised him was that, this creature was actually from a race that he had never heard of. Abomination mutant? What was that? As for the number of skills, it could be said that this creature possessed many incredible skills.

Henry felt that even the black tiger was definitely not capable of dealing with this creature if they were put in the same level. After all, although the tiger possessed several good skills, they were completely useless when it came to fight using personal strength.

You will have to experience the same thing that I did." Chris stated as he looked at Olivia with hatred and anger nearly bursting out of his eyes.

Jasmine and the others who did not know about what had happened looked at Olivia with surprise in their eyes. As long as they had seen and known Olivia, they knew that she was not a person who just went ahead and tortured a person.

She was cruel indeed. But, that only applied to the enemies of hers. As for the rest of the people, as long as they did not provoke her, she was just going to ignore them as if they were air.

But now, from the statement of this creature, it was clear that it had been tortured by Olivia. And, the resentment had already reached a level that he wanted to tear Olivia apart.

Henry on the other hand looked at the creature calmly. But still, there was anger within him. After all, this Chris was the reason why he had wasted 10 years of his life working, rather than enjoying himself.

He was a smart scientist before the Apocalypse, so, his mind was quite sharp. He had realized that the barrier that was preventing him from entering the territory was not simple. Otherwise, that large number of monsters would have definitely been capable of breaking down the barrier, before allowing him to deal with Henry and his group.

But so far, as long as any monster tried to attack the barrier, they were blasted into a bloody mist. Although he himself had gotten stronger, he felt that there was danger coming from this barrier. So, he was not ready to risk anything. He had to take his revenge first.

That was the reason why he had asked Henry and his group to take away the barrier. That way, he would be able to easily access the territory, then, he would be able to deal with Henry and his group without much of hassle. But, it looked like it was going to be a difficult task for him to be able to enter.

"I see. You turned from being an ant, then went ahead and became a chicken. So, after becoming a chicken, you think that you are strong? With your current capabilities, all that I need to do is to strangle you, and you will be dead." Adam stated as he looked at Chris.

Just like Henry and Olivia, he was also angry about Chris. While Olivia was mainly angry due to what the group of investors had done to the group that she had gathered, Adam on the other hand was furious at the fact that he was prevented from enjoying his life for 10 years.

He was a person from a good family. For that reason, even if he decided not to work, he was definitely going to enjoy everything. But, he was only capable of coming from that facility when the Apocalypse descended.

It was also during this time that the previous wealth was completely useless, and now, all that mattered was strength.
