Chapter 168: Why Don’t You Scram?

"Why are you talking so big? If you think you have the capabilities, why don’t you come out of that barrier and face me?" Sebastian, who already knew that he was not capable of breaking the barrier, tried goading Henry to come over. Although he could not see through Henry’s stats, he assumed that this was just a method that Henry had utilized to block people from viewing his information.

Henry on the other hand was not one to be provoked using such simple tricks. Instead, he looked at Sebastian and said, "If that is all that brought you here, then you can get out of here. I don’t think that is anything that we can discuss."

Immediately after saying that, Henry turned around and left. He was not willing to continue arguing with this guy. It was not as if this guy had come over with ill intentions. Rather, he had come over because he thought that the territory was actually oppressing other humans.

Of course, although Henry could not accept useless people into his territory, that did not imply that he was going to kill them. Rather, he was going to ignore them as long as they did not provoke him.

He currently knew that the most important resource in the Apocalypse was the humans. At the same time, the most dangerous enemy in the apocalypse would definitely be humans as well.

Nevertheless, although currently, the territory was having some people that he had not recruited, but still, they were related to the people that he had recruited into the territory. So, although they might be considered a little useless, however, he could not chase them away because their family members were working part of the territory.

Anyway, it was not as if Henry was going to assign a person with great combat capabilities to take care of the children. That was misusing the ability that they possessed.

When Sebastian saw that Henry was leaving, he could not help but be dumbfounded. He had already been used to easily provoking others into fighting him, because he himself was also easy to provoke.

But now, looking at Henry who was retreating, it was clear that he did not care about what he had just said. Still, even though Henry did not care, Sebastian did.

"If you cannot come out of the barrier, then why don’t you drop this barrier so that I can come in? I want to see if you really have the capabilities of doing what you like!" Sebastian shouted towards Henry who was going back to what he was intending to do previously.

Of course, Henry ignored him once again. Anyway, there was nothing else that was left to do. This group of people would definitely get tired and leave in the end. So, he wanted to begin upgrading the buildings in the area using the system’s upgrade function.

Sebastian was irritated when he realized that Henry was just continuously ignoring him. In the end, it turned out that he was shouting, but the other party was not taking him seriously at all.

This immediately convinced Sebastian that perhaps there was a secret that Henry and his group were keeping inside this barrier. Additionally, perhaps whatever information he had been informed about was true.

Otherwise, if it was true that there was nothing wrong that Henry and his group were doing, then why would they not allow him to enter? Or could they perhaps be afraid that he was going to steal from them?

This surprised Sebastian, informing him that the barrier in front of him was not something that he could destroy, even if he utilized the skill that he possessed. That implied that, he was not going to be able to enter the territory, unless the group inside the territory allowed him in.

Of course, what Sebastian did not know was that, the territory barrier was at the same level as Henry. Since Henry was currently at the 6th level of Bronze rank in the warlock profession, the defenses of the barrier had also been improved to the sixth level of the Bronze rank.

So, it did not matter if Sebastian attacked using all his strength, but no matter what, he was not going to be capable of breaching the barrier.

Sebastian was just about to continue with knocking on the barrier, trying to irritate Henry so that he could come back, when suddenly, another guy approached.

Sebastian’s eyes narrowed as he looked at the young man that was approaching. This guy, unlike Henry who possessed an athletic figure, this guy on the other hand was quite muscular for his age.

Although he was not at the same level as Sebastian, but still, for the people of his age group, he was definitely more bulky. And just like Henry, this guy was wearing an armor that tightly fitted his body.

He was carrying a double-bladed battle axe that was currently on his right shoulder. When he arrived in front of the barrier, he looked at Sebastian and said, "My brother just said that you have to get lost. What is it? Are you trying to look for trouble here?!"

Unlike Henry who was calm, Adam on the other hand was quite aggressive. He was not a person who treated those that came over to cause trouble easily. But still, he also knew his limits. Since this guy had not attacked, and neither could Adam detect any killing intent coming from him, Adam was not going to attack to kill at all.

Sebastian’s eyes squinted as he looked at Adam. To say the least, he was obviously dissatisfied at that a young man was able to talk to him so rudely. But, he understood that in the apocalypse, there was no longer something about respecting others because of their age.

Rather, in the apocalypse, everything depended on the strength that a person wielded. If one was stronger, then, that person had a say on who he was going to respect, and who he was not going to do so.

Sebastian was left speechless for a moment after seeing the information panel that appeared in front of him. He could not believe what he was seeing. First thing first, he could not see the name of the young man in front of him.

Then, another thing that stunned him was the fact that the young man in front of him was actually at the same level as him. He was at the third level of the Bronze rank, and more than that, he was also holding a profession that was SS grade.

That was the same grade of profession as the one that he held. So far, not to mention anyone with the same grade of profession as him, he had not even found one of them that possessed an A grade profession.

But right now, he could not see through the leader of the territory, and, the one that came over was already at the same level as him.
