Chapter 162: Mighty Aura

"Have you found out who was responsible for this?" Henry asked after entering the conference room that was present inside the territory building.

Inside the conference room, there was a group of five people that had already taken their positions around the conference table. As usual, Olivia had taken her place as the second in command of the territory.

As for the rest of the group, they had all arranged themselves proportionally around the rectangular conference table. When they heard Henry’s question, they both tensed up a little.

Olivia looked at Henry who had already taken his seat at the head of the table and said with a grim expression on her face, "It is my fault that I did not take care of the territory during the time that you had passed out. I failed to monitor the subordinates that we had recruited, resulting in one of them going ahead to create a plan that allowed the necromancer to escape."

Henry remained silent as he listened to Olivia. Of course, he could feel that she was sincere about what she was saying. Moreover, it was true that it was her responsibility to take care of the territory and all the people within it during the time that he was absent.

Knowing what Henry was waiting for, Olivia stated, "It was Nelson, the brother to Lucas, the guy that was killed here, claiming that he was the first person to reach the Bronze rank."

Henry’s brows rose a little. He had not expected that this was the guy that was going to do something that placed his life in danger. Additionally, he could now understand the reason why that guy had betrayed them.

Anyway, it was expected that Nelson held a lot of resentment towards Henry and his group. After all, they were involved with the death of his brother, although it was actually his brother who came over to look for trouble.

Had Henry known that there was actually a relationship between Nelson and Lucas, then, he would have definitely not allowed that guy inside. After all, bringing a guy that had resentment towards them inside their territory was no different from keeping a snake that might bite them at any moment.

A good example would it be what Nelson had just done. That was something that would have already caused the death of Henry. And if that happened, nobody in the territory knew what they were supposed to do.

"Where is he?" Henry asked with a cold expression on his face. He never liked the people that played submissive, only to explored in the next moment, causing them a lot of trouble.

Had it not been for the fact that Storm was present in the area where the children were, then, there was no guarantee that the necromancer would have actually used the children as skeleton warriors.

Although Henry was not sure about how the necromancers operated, but still, he knew that they were the complete opposite of life. After all, they possessed the dark element, something that was related to death, something that collided with the light element that was friendly towards life.

Olivia felt a huge amount of guilt overwhelming her when she heard the question that Henry had asked. Through her gritted teeth, she said, "We did not manage to find him. It seems that he escaped during the time that we were still battling the monsters that had surrounded our territory."

Henry was a little displeased by the fact that the guy had caused him to suffer a lot of pain, but he had actually run away. But anyway, that was just for a moment. That feeling of displeasure immediately disappeared in the next moment.

To him, Nelson was just a minor character. So, he was not going to pay much attention to him. But still, if he ever met with him, he was going to make sure that that guy died. There was no way that he was going to let a person who had just orchestrated against him to continue living a good life.

"Leave that aside for now. Currently, I have already made several upgrades on the vehicles. So, it is going to be easier for us to transport both people and other commodities." Henry stated.

The moment that he said those words, the tense atmosphere inside the conference room calmed down a little. Everyone was also surprised that Henry had actually upgraded more vehicles.

Even though Jasmine and Diana might not understand what Henry meant by upgrading the vehicles, it was however different for Sarah, Adam, and Olivia. They knew that the Jeep that was being used by Henry currently was something that he had upgraded from just a normal Jeep.

During the time that they had tried to look for the information about the Jeep, all they saw was a series of question marks. There was not even a single piece of information that was revealed.

This was something that they had realized that was exactly the same if they tried to look at the stats of Henry. It was as if he was hiding his information, something that they did not understand, considering that until now, they did not know about the existence of a skill that was capable of hiding the information about a person from the others.

Of course, they did not know about the ability of Henry to make the monsters’ bodies disappear, and the ability to upgrade vehicles. But still, they could relate the two of them together. Perhaps, the monsters’ bodies were used as energy for the ability to upgrade the vehicles.

Anyway, they appreciated this. They knew that the vehicles that were upgraded were way better than the normal vehicles. Olivia herself had already experienced using the vehicles.

Henry on the other hand took out the scrolls together with the keys of the cars. He then went ahead and handed them over to Olivia, Sarah, and Adam.

"Those are the ones that are going to enable you to drive the vehicles that I have upgraded. Without that, you are only going to know how to utilize the basic functions of the upgraded versions of the vehicles." Henry stated when he looked at the three curious people.

As for Diana and Jasmine, they too looked at what Henry had given to Olivia, Sarah, and Adam with curiosity. Although Diana did not care if she was given, it was however different for Jasmine.

She understood that she still had to do a lot in order to gain something from here. After all, she had just recently joined, and her contributions to the territory were not high enough. So, she was not feeling that bad that she had not been given anything by Henry.

Well, it was not as if she had not received something from Henry. She realized that had it not been for Henry inviting her to his territory, then, they would have been attacked by necromancers who were moving with a large number of skeleton warriors.

At that time, in the face of the necromancers that had already reached the bronze rank, she was of course helpless. She would have definitely been killed, and so would have the remaining members of her family.

More than that, there was also the fact that the equipment that she currently possessed were also given to her by Henry. She had realized that the treatment that she received was way higher as compared to what Arthur and the rest received.

Other than the chance of being helped by the territory, the equipment that she possessed was of a high level, something that had enabled her to survive until now.

She had already experienced the capabilities that the three of them possessed. When it came to combat capabilities, both Adam and Olivia possessed incredible combat strength, easily being capable of dealing with creatures that were a higher level than them.

As for Sarah, although she did not possess that much combat capabilities considering that the light mage profession was not meant for combat, but still, she possessed the same combat power as herself.

One had to know that Sarah was actually an SS grade light mage. For that reason, being capable of possessing combat capabilities of an S grade mage was not that bad. After all, the light was not that good when it came to fighting creatures other than those that were related to darkness.

But still, although Sarah’s combat capabilities were quite low as compared to the two, but, she played yet another important role. She was a healer, capable of healing injuries that would have definitely required high level potions, things that they had yet to drop until now.

But still, if the two of them were compared with each other, it was going to be true that Jasmine possessed a higher level combat capability than Sarah. After all, she possessed the lightning element, an element that was well known for its destructive capabilities.

"Okay. Let us now deal with the items that dropped in the fight against the monsters." Henry stated about 5 minutes later after everyone had managed to get a grasp of what they had received.
