Chapter 137: Already Reserved

"Shut up! Stop talking as if you can actually beat me." Olivia responded with a snort. She was not afraid of Adam, so, even if Adam wanted to fight against her, she would not be afraid.

It was just that, although It was true that Adam was strong, but as compared to her, he was weak. She possessed a special profession that was ranked SSS grade. As for Adam, he was an SS grade profession holder.

"Let me out of here if you want to know if I can beat you or not! Are you being a coward right now? If you have so much confidence in yourself, then let me out of here!" Adam shouted as the rage in his heart increased.

Olivia on the other hand did not even bother to explain what had happened. She was a proud woman, so, there was no way that she was going to explain anything.

Anyway, it was not as if she had done anything wrong. Although the results that she was dreading did not happen, she had just taken the precautions. As for Adam, she was going to wait for him until he calmed down and looked at the situation after they arrived at the territory.

"Let me out of here right now!" Adam shouted once again. But no matter how hard he tried pushing open the doors of the compartment, it could not open.

Well, this was to be expected considering that, the Jeep defense system had been upgraded and was capable of blocking attack of a level 5 bronze rank apocalyptic creature. So, despite the fact that Adam was currently at the second level of the Bronze rank, he was not capable of doing any damage to the Jeep.

In the end, a red aura recently began leaking out of his body. At the same time, his eyes turned blood red. It was obvious that currently, Adam had been completely infuriated.

He did not know the condition that his brother Henry was in, and currently, he had been locked inside the compartment of the Jeep. He currently believed that Olivia had decided to betray Henry and even took away the Jeep that Henry had struggled to upgrade.

So now, the only thing that Adam desired the most was to definitely kill Olivia. The relationship between the two of them was not that good despite the fact that they were not fighting against each other. But, they never interacted that much.

The reason for Adam not liking Olivia was simple. He did not like to see her closer to Henry. He believed that, Henry had been reserved for his sister. Despite the fact that he did not know about his sister’s current condition, he trusted that she was okay.

"Calm down already Adam! Are you trying to break the car now?" Sarah shouted anxiously. She could feel the immense killing intent that was building up within Adam.

"Calm down? It seems that you two are in cahoots. Anyway, what was I supposed to expect considering that the two of you are good friends? I never expected that you too are going to betray Henry despite the fact that he took you in during the time that you were desperate. Had it not been for him, you would have already died by now!" Adam responded angrily.

The anger within his heart was going higher the more he talked. He felt that rather than talking, it would be better if he could vent his anger on them using his fists.

"What betrayal are you talking about? Henry is currently inside here. But he is unconscious. He was injured in the fight." Sarah responded. Of course she felt completely uncomfortable when Adam stated that she was a traitor.

She was not a person that knew how to repay good by betrayal. Since Henry and Adam had saved her, then, she had decided in her heart that she would repay them proportionally. It was just that she did not find any other means that she could use to repay them.

Anyway, despite the fact that she had found Henry unconscious and bleeding, she did not believe that he was going to die. After all, with his current power level, his vitality was also high.

It was just that, with the continuous bleeding, he was bound to suffer some consequences if she did not heal him. If he did not get something that was going to get him back onto his feet, he was going to take a long time to be able to recover.

"Henry is here? Why is he not talking? Oh you said that he is unconscious?! What happened to him? You have to tell me right now, otherwise, I will never forgive you!" Adam shouted incoherently. He did not know what he was supposed to say.

Nevertheless, the berserker mode that was just about to take over was completely suppressed. He was anxious to know what had really happened to Henry.

"He is currently okay. Anyway, he is unconscious and it doesn’t seem like he is going to wake up anytime soon. So, just wait until we get back to the territory. After that, you can check up on him." Sarah responded. And after that, she kept quiet.

As for Jasmine, she had been remaining silent all this while. She did not know what she was supposed to say. Anyway, it was not like she was familiar with Adam. Although she was familiar with Sarah and Olivia as they had been together inside the dungeon, but Adam, it was a completely different case.

Although he was amongst the first people that he had met from the territory, they had not interacted that much. Still, she was quite afraid of him considering that he was a man of short temper.

Adam forced himself to calm down. Anyway, it was better that he had heard that they had gone to look for Henry after knocking him out. It seemed that he had mistook the intentions.

But anyway, he was no longer going to trust them like he had before. There was no way that he was going to trust his back to them. After all, Olivia had knocked him out when he least expected.

Since Olivia was not as proficient as Henry in driving the Jeep, it took them about an hour for them to be able to arrive at the territory. There, they found that there was a group of people that was waiting outside the invisible barrier that surrounded the territory.

It seemed that they wanted to get in, but they were not allowed. Anyway, before they left, they had given the command that nobody was allowed to come in unless Henry was back.

Additionally, only Henry had the authority to allow people to enter and leave. So, those that were inside could not allow those that were outside of the territory to enter.

The large group of people that was gathering outside the territory was surprised when they saw that the Jeep was approaching. Had it been just a normal car, they would have ignored it. But, it was completely different considering that the jeep that was approaching them was looking so majestic and futuristic.

"Could it be the military that is coming? If it is the military, then we are completely saved!"

"That’s right! If it is the military, then we will not have to risk our lives to kill zombies. This way, we can leave safely under the protection of the soldiers."

"Damn that group that is hiding behind this barrier. No matter how much we try convincing them to allow us in, they say that they cannot. They are obviously not willing to let us in."

"Anyway, I am going to watch a good show. After all, if this is the military, then, they are going to take over this base that this group has made."

"Are you guys stupid? Don’t start pretending as if you don’t know how military vehicles look like in our country."

The crowd began talking amongst themselves. All of them were looking forward to what was going to happen next.

Previously, they had decided that they were going to hunt for zombies. In this way, they were going to choose a non-combat profession. After that, they were going to join the territory as they would no longer be considered useless.

But to their shock and despair, they did not find even a single zombie in the city. Other than the other groups that had found their own bases, they did not find a single creature that they could kill so that they could choose their own professions.

Of course, there was a group of people that had decided to join the other bases. But, those that were having their children inside this territory were unwilling. There was no way that they were going to join another base if they were not assured that they were going to meet their children.

Of course, there were some of them that had decided that they were going to join the territory simply because they thought that the people of this territory were way better than the others. After all, this territory had taken in the children even though they were considered useless.

Moreover, the governor was also inside of this territory. Since they knew that the governor was only able to come in because of his daughter, they knew that he had not decided to abandon them. Rather, he did not have a choice because he was not the leader of the territory.

Of course, the group had also gone towards the west of the city. But, the moment that they arrived there, they realized that other than the devastation that had occurred there for no reason, there was not even a single soul that could be seen.

(This was the time that everyone had entered the dungeon. At that time, there was nobody in the Western part of the city.)

After the Jeep arrived, the crowd made way for them. Then, just as they were expecting that the Jeep was going to stop after reaching the invisible barrier, they were surprised when they realized that the Jeep went through the barrier. It was as if the barrier did not exist.

Some of them decided to use this chance to enter the territory. But, the moment that they arrived in front of the barrier, thinking that they were going to go through it like the Jeep, they rushed forward but hit an invisible wall and fell onto the ground.
