Chapter 119: Elemental Hall

The moment the foot of the leading person landed onto the ground inside the cave, suddenly, the entire cave lit up. At the same time, the three were completely astonished by what they saw.

Inside the cave, it was as if they had entered another world. Inside here, they had come to realize that, it was as if they had entered a magnificent palace. The shiny walls, the tiled floor, and various other luxurious adornments gave this place a luxurious vibe.

The clear light that did not have any source illuminated the entire place, not allowing even the shadow of themselves to be seen. It was as if they were being illuminated from both sides, and even the faintest shadow that was supposed to be there was actually eliminated by the light.

While they were outside, Olivia and the group had thought that, perhaps, this place was just an old cave. After all, even the entrance of this place was not sealed. But, surprisingly, the moment that they stepped in here, they realized that there was not even a single speck of dust in this place. It was as if there was something that blocked the entrance, preventing the dust from coming in.

Moreover, the moment that they stepped inside here, they realized that, behind them, there was a door, but they could not see what was outside. The door was completely dark, preventing them from seeing anything, just like how it was at the entrance of the cave, where they could not see the inside.

After calming down, Olivia and the two finally looked around them cautiously. Even though it was true that this place was extremely beautiful, but still, this was a dungeon at the end of the day. So, they had to make sure that there was no danger here.

After about 5 minutes of observation, they realized that there was nothing that was happening. Additionally, there was not even a single movement, indicating that, at least for now, there was not any other being other than they themselves.

It was also at this moment that they finally realized that, the feeling of attraction had actually intensified a little. Even though it was not by a large margin that they could realize immediately, but, they still were capable of noticing that, it had increased.

Slowly, they began taking steady steps forward. And as they moved, they realized that the feeling of attraction was only intensifying.

Normally, by feeling that there was something that was going to be of much importance to them being present here, they were supposed to be happy about it. However, they felt even more cautious as they approached. The reason behind this was that, they knew that this was a dungeon, and, opportunities and danger coexisted.

Finally, Olivia and the rest covered the distance of the large majestic Hall that they had appeared inside. Even though they found it strange, but still, considering the size of the mountain that the cave was located at, they thought that this hall could actually fit there.

In front of them, there was a strange altar that had been set up. This altar was blue in color. It was not that big, but, it was about half a meter tall, and was in circular shape with a diameter of about 1m.

The three of them had realized that the source of the attraction that they were feeling was actually coming from this altar. Even though they found it quite strange that they were being attracted by the altar, they still approached it, though cautiously.

Just as they were about 2 m away from the altar, the altar suddenly lit up with blue, silver and white lights. The lights were kind of intense, that they forced Olivia and the rest to close their eyes.

Even though their eyes were closed, their vigilance was raised to the limit. At the same time, they began retreating, because they were not sure about the reason for the strange movements of the altar.

The moment that the distance between them and the altar increased to more than two meters, the lights that were shining on the altar suddenly dimmed down before they disappeared completely.

Olivia found this situation strange. She was not alone, but they had all realized that, as long as they approached the altar, it was going to light up.

And just to confirm the theory, Olivia took a step forward, and the moment that the foot crossed the two meters distance between her and the altar, a blue light suddenly shone. It was completely different from the time that it had shined with three lights.

And after she retreated, she realized that the blue light that was shining suddenly dimmed down and disappeared as well.

It was also at this moment that Olivia suddenly realized something. "It seems that the light that is erupting from the altar is related to the elements that we possess." Olivia stated as she looked at the altar in front of them.

So far, they had not encountered any type of danger. So, even though it was true that they were still cautious, still, the rate of the consciousness that they were having as they entered had reduced as compared to now.

"Let me test this thing. If there is any danger, you can handle it. Additionally, even if I end up dying, at least, I do believe that the two of you will be able to get out of here because you possess much more potential as compared to me." Jasmine said as she looked at the altar.

Even though it was true that they had confirmed that the lights that were being emitted by the altar were related to the elements that they possessed, however, they did not know if this was a good thing or not.

So, for now, they had to do some confirmation about the matter. And, Jasmine thought that she was the best for these. After all, Sarah possessed an SS grade profession, while Olivia possessed an SSS grade in the least. And if there was actually a profession grade that was higher than that, then, there was a possibility that she really possessed it.

At the end of the day, it was very rare to find out that, a person that was a mage, had incredible close combat capabilities as well. At the same time, they had also realized that, Olivia was stronger than any mage that they had encountered so far.

"Forget about it. I will do it." Olivia stated as she approached the altar slowly. Although she felt that what Jasmine had said was true, but still, she was not willing to let anybody take the risk. Currently, she was the one that was holding the most superior position amongst the three.

So, she was considered to be responsible for them. Additionally, she possessed the teleportation skill, perhaps, if there was any danger, she might just as well teleport from there, unlike Jasmine who would be forced to rely on her own speed in order to get out of there.

Jasmine was just about to say something in objection, when suddenly, Sarah grabbed her shoulders and shook her head at her. It was not just a matter of the fact that Olivia had already decided on the matter, but also, it was true that Olivia possessed incredible capabilities.

So, if there was anybody that had the highest chance of survival, then, that would be Olivia. Looking at Sarah’s expression, Jasmine finally calmed it down, and decided to wait. In case there was anything that went wrong, she was ready to make a move.

After Olivia approached the altar, a blue light suddenly shot out of it. Just like before, the intensity of the light increased as she approached, and finally, when she reached about half a meter closer to the altar, the blue light that was shooting out of the altar suddenly reached its peak.

Olivia was of course forced to close her eyes, and by the time that she opened them, she realized that she had actually been teleported into another space. And in front of her, was a lady that was having blue hair, just like herself, looking at her with a smile.

The lady was currently wearing a pure white dress, and added to her beautiful appearance, she looked just like a pure angel. But still, even though she was smiling at her, Olivia could detect that, the lady in front of her was actually cold. It was as if she was forcing herself to smile.

"Who are you, and where is this place?" Olivia asked cautiously. At the same time, she was just about to retrieve the sword that she possessed, when she said in realized that, it was as if it had suddenly disappeared without her notice.

This completely stunned her. She had not realized how she had been transported here, and neither did she realize how the sword that she was holding in her hand had suddenly disappeared.

"Do not be worried. You can be assured that in this place, you are safe." The lady in front of her spoke in a cold and alluring tone.

It was also at this moment that Olivia suddenly realized that, the lady in front of her was not giving her any dangerous vibe. There was no any killing intent around her, or at least, she could not detect any.

"What is this place?" Olivia asked once again.

"I guess I should say that you are really lucky to be able to come here. At the end of the day, this place is for those that are fated alone. This is the Elemental hall!" The lady said with a proud voice. And consciously or not, she raised her chin in the air, just showing how proud she was of the Elemental hall.
