Chapter 32: Chapter 32 - Don’t kill her babe

As soon as we entered the dungeons, the familiar smell of blood, silver, and wolfsbane invaded my nose. I looked at aadhya, who had blank expressions on her face, but the fury in her eyes was hard to ignore. I can’t even blame her for getting mad or feeling hatred toward Amara... {If I had been in her place, then I would surely have become insane from anger by now.}

"Don’t kill her, babe," I tried to ease the tension.

"You can’t use mate bond to lessen my fury," she said and looked at me.

I rubbed the back of my neck in nervousness... {don’t act nervous in front of her} ... "Well, dad used to use this technique on mom, and it always worked on her," I explained to her, and she took a deep calming breath.

"We don’t have the same relationship as theirs," she pointed out, and it actually hurts.

"A guy can try," I muttered, but she heard it clearly.

"Listen, Ryan; I don’t want to act bitchy with you, but..." I put my hand on her mouth before she completed her sentence... {maybe my touch would calm her a little}

"I understand, Aadhya... I just don’t want you to kill her," I said softly, but the fury in her eyes was still intact "at least not now," I added and removed my hand from her mouth... {well, I actually liked her touch, next time try shutting her mouth with a kiss just like humans do in movies...}

"I am not planning to kill her. I just wanted to give her a teeny tiny visit," she told me innocently and gave me a wicked smile "let’s go," she said a little enthusiastically... {I even like her in her wicked mode}... ’Shut the fuck up, king’... I scolded king, and we went towards the third level of the dungeons.

Dungeons of the crescent moon are made of five levels, and the level of the dungeons increases with the cruelty of crime... {It reminded me that we need to shift Amara to a higher level} ... I nodded and continued walking towards the third level. When we reached there, my warrior named ’Noah,’ the head officer of the third level came towards us.

"The prisoner you asked for is in chamber five, alpha," he told us, and we entered the level three dungeons and went for chamber five.

As soon as we reached in front of chamber five, we saw Amara sitting in the corner with her hands and legs tied with silver cuffs. I can see the burn wounds on her wrists and legs, but she is sitting there calmly... {I can smell wolfsbane here. She will not be able to transform and hurt Aadhya in any way} ... I silently agreed with the king and looked at Aadhya, who still had that sinister smile on her face.

"Can I spend a little alone time with granny here, alpha?" she asked me while blinking her eyelids innocently... {she is looking adorable yet sexy}

"Are you sure?" I asked her, and she nodded confidently "fine, I will be waiting for you outside," I told her, and she again nodded. I extended the chamber’s key towards her and started walking out.

I heard Aadhya’s voice singing this song, and this instantly made me laugh. When I came outside, Noah stood up from his chair. I knew that he was looking at me as if I had grown two heads because I laugh very little, but I can’t help when she is singing the "BABY LOONEY TUNES" title track when she is going to torture a prisoner. After I got composed, I took a deep breath.

"Alpha, do you want me to turn on the camera to see what is happening in the chamber?" he asked me, and I shook my head negatively.

"No need, Noah, but I want you to inform Jerry (level four officer) about the new prisoner shifting to level four from level three," I told him, and he nodded, and his eyes became foggy as he mind linked jerry.

"All done, alpha, is the prisoner that is in chamber five the one?" he asked me, and I nodded.

After an hour, she came out, I was expecting her to be covered in blood like that, but I was not expecting the broken look on her face. I took her bloodied hands in mine. "Does she need immediate medical attention?" I asked her, and she shook her head negatively.

"She will survive. You just need to clean her wounds by tomorrow morning," she replied blankly.

"Transfer her to level four by today itself and send someone to clean her wounds tomorrow morning," I told Noah and walked out of the dungeons. She followed me without saying anything. We walked towards the car, and I opened the door for her.

"I don’t want to ruin your car. I am all bloodied," she said to me grumpily and huffed in annoyance "anyway, I wanted to spend some time alone. You should go, Ryan".

"I don’t think king will mind giving you a ride," I told her, and she took a deep breath.

"You are not planning to listen to me, are you?" she asked me, and I smiled at her "fine, just don’t rip your clothes this time" I rolled my eyes and told her to wait for a minute.

I went behind a tree, took off my clothes, and gave control to king. He stretched his legs and took the clothes I had just removed in his mouth. He walked toward her; she gave a soft smile to him and scratched the back of his ear.

"How are you doing, king?" she asked him softly and patted his head, instantly making him happy. He wagged his tail, and Aadhya took my clothes from his mouth. He leaned on the ground a little so that Aadhya could climb him easily "sorry dude, but your fur is going to be stained by blood," she said and climbed on him, then she encircled her arms around his neck, and king ran towards the house through the woods.

After five minutes, we reached near the house, but we were still in the woods. Aadhya got down from him and extended the clothes towards the king. He took them and finally gave me control back after going behind the bushes. I quickly got dressed up and walked toward Aadhya, who was now sitting on the ground with a tired expression on her face.

"Why did you torture her when you know it would hurt you?" I asked her and sat beside her.

"She had the same face and voice as gramma Ryan. What do you think? How would have I felt when I constantly saw gramma’s face in pain when I was torturing her?" she asked me, and this actually made sense.

"Next time, you should remember Shira’s burnt face. You should remember what Amara has done with your family, not just with your family. I think she has destroyed and killed more than one family" I tried to persuade her to think like this.

"Is this your way to justify the cruelty you do with the prisoners?" she asked me hopefully.

"You can say that. I was only sixteen when I was given the crown, you can’t expect a sixteen-year-old boy to suddenly become cruel, but I knew that the prisoners that are in dungeons are not saints. If I had not become the way I am today, then they would not have been afraid of me... and my dear little girl... you can’t rule a whole fucking kingdom if bad people are not afraid of you," I told her, and she narrowed her eyes at me.

"So, you have the audacity to call me a ’little girl now," she asked while glaring at me, but she instead looked cuter than intimidating.

"Oh, come on, an hour ago you were singing baby looney tunes title track in dungeons" as soon as I said that she hid her face in her palms and groaned.

"You are not supposed to hear that, Ryan," she said while getting irritated.

"It’s not the first time" As soon as I said this, she gasped, and I continued, "I have heard you singing the title track of scooby doo, Phineas and Ferb, and yeah, how can I forget that... ’Make way for Noddy, Noddy! He toots his horn to say, beep, beep’... " suddenly she slapped her hand on my mouth and let’s accept, that was no less than a slap... {It is actually stinging}

"When in this hell you heard me singing all these songs?" she asked while glaring at me, and I winked at her as her hand was still on my mouth. I removed her hand and smirked, which caused her to glare harder at me. Finally, after a few seconds, she groaned and looked at me innocently.

"You are not going to tell all these things to anyone," she stopped and blinked her eyes innocently, "are you?".... {how can anyone say no to this adorable face} ...

"Fine, just don’t give me these expressions next time," I warned her, and king groaned at me... keep your shit together, king. You are acting like you are smitten by her... {but that’s the truth, dude, just look at her cute pout} ...

"Which expression, Ryan?" she asked and again blinked her eyes innocently.

"You are such a baby," I told her and got up from my place. She also mirrored my moves while chuckling.

"Fine, I will not give you my heart-melting puppy dog eyes, but you will not call me baby, little girl, or the other similar words like that," she said to me, but I ignored her and walked inside my house "oh come on, don’t run away. It can’t be this hard" she soon came behind me while shouting.

I turned towards her and was about to say something when I heard a gasp. I turned and found Shira standing there and looking at us wide-eyed. "What the hell were you guys at?" she shouted at both of us, which surprised me. When none of us answered for a few minutes, she pressed the bridge of her nose and took a few deep breaths.

"I want both of you to get cleaned and come in front of me within fifteen minutes," she said and looked at the wall clock "your time starts now" I opened my mouth to argue with her, but before that, Aadhya took my hand in hers and dragged me upstairs with her.

"Where is your room? Tell me fast," she asked me in urgency, so I took her to my room. As soon as we reached there, she hurriedly removed her shoes. "Where is the bathroom?" I pointed toward the bathroom, and she ran inside without asking or explaining anything. I heard the sound of a shower within seconds, and after five minutes, she shouted for me.

"Ryan, can you pass me some clean clothes?" I was still processing what was happening when she added, "and yes, grab a pair for you too" I was still confused, but I did what she said. I knocked on the bathroom door, and she extended her hand. I gave her clothes and waited for her to come out. As soon as she came out, she looked at the clock and cursed some extremely beautiful words.

She didn’t allow me to ask her anything or even adore her petite figure, which was covered in my large clothes, and pushed me into the bathroom and closed the door. "You have five minutes to take a quick but clean bath, please don’t get late" I heard her voice, and without wasting a single second, I did what she said... {and you were telling me that I am smitten by her.}
