Chapter 331: Chapter 331: Routine and Counter-Routine (3)_1

"Mr. Qin, have you really thought this through?" An’an’s gaze turned icy.

"I’ve thought about it very clearly," Qin Yuzhou answered with certainty.

"Well then, Mr. Qin, don’t blame me for being impolite," An’an said, her tone taking a 180-degree turn.

"What do you want to do?" Qin Yuzhou asked.

An’an flipped through her phone, bringing up an image for Qin Yuzhou to see for himself.

Seeing the image that was playing on An’an’s phone, Qin Yuzhou turned his head to look to his right.

The image displayed on An’an’s phone was of this very direction, and it was live.

An’an had secured herself from being overheard by Qin Yuzhou, yet she was the one spying on and recording him!

"Mr. Qin probably doesn’t know that this restaurant is quite famous in the circle for secret rendezvous; many people come here to date. What Mr. Qin also doesn’t know is that the restaurant’s owner is a friend of mine."

"Is this why you asked me to meet you here?"

"That’s right. Mr. Qin, how many insinuating photos do you think I could have snapped just in the few short minutes of our meeting?" An’an smirked slyly, her smile filled with malice and calculation.

She wouldn’t worry about proving the rumors of her affair with Qin Yuzhou once she released those photos.

Her agenda today had been to persuade Qin Yuzhou to admit to their relationship willingly—that was the first step.

And if Qin Yuzhou did not agree, she had a second plan: to capture relevant evidence, hand it over to the media, and leave Qin Yuzhou with no room for rebuttal.

So the moment Qin Yuzhou stepped into this restaurant, he had completely fallen into her trap.

Compared to her, he was still too green.

At this juncture, Qin Yuzhou, however, became calm.

He stared at the glamorous woman in front of him, and the classic movie line involuntarily surfaced in his mind: The prettier the woman, the less trustworthy she is.

Seeing Qin Yuzhou stay silent, An’an figured he was so taken aback by her arrangement that he was questioning life itself.

An’an spoke earnestly to Qin Yuzhou, "Yuzhou, I know you’re young and stubborn and don’t like to admit defeat, but sometimes in this world, it doesn’t matter if you think you’re innocent. The entertainment industry is even more unreasonable."

Susu sensed the woman’s malice: she slapped her small hand on the table and, with a stern little face, said, "Don’t bully my nephew! I’ll get angry!"

"He’s your nephew?" An’an said with a laugh, "Then the structure of your family is quite peculiar."

"You’re the peculiar one! Our family is the best!"

"Kid, you’re adorable. Spend more time with your uncle who’s not too sharp; this might be one of his few chances to become famous," An’an teased.

"Yeah, I am really adorable. You have pretty good taste," Susu agreed.

Susu only heard the first part of the sentence; she ignored the latter half.

"But you still can’t bully my nephew! If you keep bullying my nephew, I’ll throw you out! And then draw a circle to curse you!" Susu continued to threaten.

"Throw me out? And draw a circle to curse me?" An’an found the idea amusing.

"That’s right! It’s very serious!" Susu warned.

"I can tell," An’an answered with a laugh.

It was serious enough for a little tot to put on a stern face, serious enough to be disliked and remembered by a little tot—indeed, quite serious.
