Yang Chen stood his ground with his back straight and spear in his hand. Instead of being concerned, he had that ’I can do better’ attitude plastered all over his face. No matter how you look at him, he didn’t seem worried at all.

That said, it was not like everyone was calm. Yun on Yang Chen’s side was going crazy over the fact that the Ocean Splitting Sect had joined the conflict. If it could, it would be jumping around in anxiousness right now.

"Xun’er, get out of here right now. Forget about this stupid inheritance, granda fox promises you that even without their lousy inheritance, I can make you the pinnacle expert of the Divine Realm," the demonic spirit insisted.

Tang Xun’er glanced at Yang Chen. Seeing that the latter stood unafraid and without any intention to back away, she made up her mind.

Yun growled. He seemed to be really serious about it. The pedant glowed with a black and golden light.

"Relax, I got this" Just when the demonic spirit was about to do something, Yang Chen extended his hand and spoke with a relaxed smile.

"Even if they join hands with another One Star Battle Overlord realm practitioner, they are still not my match".

"No matter what tricks you use, today will still be the day you die brat!!" the green robed elder added in hatred. His galls seemed to have become bigger now that he had another supporter.

On the other hand, the Glowing Palm Sect elder was still quite pessimistic. The young man’s lack of apprehension concerned him very much. That said, there was no backing down now. The two other elders had already attacked; as such, he had no choice but to join hands with them.

"Go and regret in hell brat!!" the green robed elder cursed.

Attacks came crashing down, the three of them did not hold back an ounce of their strength and used their most powerful skill from the get go.

Facing them, Yang Chen looked up and quietly kept his spear. From his posture, it didn’t look like he had any intentions of resisting.

"Is he giving up?" Many practitioners had the same thought. However, to their shock and utter disbelief, the young man slowly raised his hands and clenched in the direction of the skills.

At that very instant, a ripple visible to the naked eye passed through the air, and it seemed like the very space froze for a second.

The three skills that were falling down on the ground like meteorites, stopped in mid air and in front of the horror and despair of the three elders, exploded into countless energy particles.

BOOOM... a deafening shockwave spread through the basin. Everyone hurriedly put out their defence; those weaker were directly sent flying with the storm. As for the parties involved, the young man still stood in his place, not even the edges of his clothes was touched.

Needless to say, the girl behind him was completely unscathed, too. That said, the same couldn’t be said for the three battle overlord realm experts on the other side. All three of them threw up blood and were forced to taste the dust.

Elder Chang from the Ocean Splitting sect was relatively better than the other two. However, he looked very pale and miserable. His eyes that was on the young man shook violently.

Yang Chen clenched his hand. The soul energy that was like a calm lake until now, suddenly boiled over as they hurriedly agglomerated to form a vague huge hand.

The huge hand was translucent and packed to the brim with soul energy. At Yang Chen’s will, it locked onto his opponent and came charging at them with a devastating force.

Air spiralled around the huge hand, forming a vaccum. Facing it, the three elders hurriedly raise their defence. All of their battle energy was channelled into their battle cloak and defensive artefact.

However, all of their resistance amounted to nothing this time. As if their defences were made of glass, it collapsed at the moment of impact, unable to provide any protection.

BANG... Three bodies like rag dolls, rolled in the dirt, bloodied and mangled. What’s more, even after a while, they showed no signs of getting up.

An eerie silence descended onto the basin. The one who lost in that collision wasn’t the young man but the three elders.

Who were these people? They were the respected elders of major sects who practised superior battle skills and had access to resources ordinary practitioners would never even dream of.
