The resultant clash blasted the air, shaking down the very island itself. The fight between the old man and Soul Spiritual Tree was so fierce that simply standing on the altar proved difficult for many practitioners.

Each of their attacks was imbued with so much battle energy that it made even a battle Grandmaster level practitioner pale. Forget about taking a part in this battle, even the aftershock from their battle could kill most of them.

Nearby, Yang Chen had similar doubts. From the strength the old man displayed, he didn’t seem like a Battle Overlord realm practitioner. However, it was also a fact that strong practitioners above battle overlord cannot enter this realm.

The Spiritual Mist around the Soul Spiritual Tree was dense enough to pierce ones skin, causing his entire body to burn like it was on fire. His skin turned crimson and sweat evaporated from his every pore, making it seem like steam was continuously coming out of his body.

Yang Chen endured on and finally breached the spiritual mist, reaching the tree.

"Quick, there is no time to waste. That old man is coming," Amon cautioned. The old man who was swatted away by the Soul Spiritual Tree earlier was now rushing over here furiously.

"His opponent shall be my demonic puppet" Yang Chen had already recalled the Demonic Puppet and kept it on standby. Now it was time for its debut.

ROARRR... a grating roar echoed out across the island, followed by a crimson object falling from the sky.

BANG... the ground shook and shrapnel shot all around. Inside the crater that had just formed, a figure slowly rose. It was covered in crimson bone armor, had two horns and a hollowed skull face that made it seem like a corpse.

When the practitioners saw the appearance of the new entrant, their faces immediately paled and they couldn’t help but gasp in shock.

"Demonic Puppet!!" Perhaps there was no one in this world who wouldn’t be shocked by the appearance of a Demonic Puppet. After all, it was a cruel and inhumane thing from the ancient time that made all practitioners uncomfortable.

"What is that thing doing here?" The old man questioned, having been forced to a halt by the appearance of the Demonic Puppet. The latter stood between him and the Soul Spiritual Tree, barring him from advancing.

"I don’t know what an abominable thing like you is doing here, but don’t get in my way"

The old man shouted. Battle energy churned and gushed out of his body, turning into powerful battle skills that rammed into the Demonic Puppet, battering and hammering into the ground.

When the silence followed next, everybody took a deep breath at the heart palpitating might of the old man. If earlier they too harboured the thought of becoming the fishermen to fish for opportunity, then now they dispersed all such thoughts.
