"There are... however, the ones that would be useful to you in the path that you are walking are all high grade and cost way too much. It is not ideal for you to purchase them at this point" the demon answered.

Yang Chen wasn’t surprised, he knew that the [Shop] had an assortment of items of every kind. There were so many things there that every time he opened the shop, his mind would be boggled just by the sheer number of things listed that did not have an end.

He believed that even if he were to gloss through all the items in the [Shop], it would alone take him more than a year. That was how unbelievably vast the [Shop] was.

No wonder Amon kept calling it an unparalleled treasure... because it was the truth.

Anyways, coming back to the point, Yang Chen now knew that the item in the hand of the Xuan Sect member was unable to break the array.

This meant that they were the only ones with the key. Yun inside the pendant must have also informed the same thing to Tang Xun’er as the girl did not look fazed at all.

A short while later, the inscriptions on the gate lit up and an extremely complex and ancient array appeared in front of them. The large array which bore the images of heavens and demons was evidently the heaven demon array from the ancient times.

The array made a deep resonant noise that reverberated through the air like a mournful cry of hundreds of angels and demons, every time it made a rotation.

After three rotations, the heaven demon array flashed brightly as criss crossing cracks ran through it. The next second it swiftly collapsed causing the gate to swiftly creak open.

Needless to say, such a large commotion naturally attracted the attention of everyone present. The glowing of the inscription on the gates, the emergence of the large array and the deep resonant sound it released, were all captured by them.

"It’s breaking... the array is breaking" Someone roared the words that was in the hearts of everyone present.

In front of their eyes, they could see cracks swiftly appearing in the array which had given them a lot of headache to the point where they even thought about forcing their way in.

Finally, when the cracks expanded to the maximum, the array broke with a loud bang.

This sent forth a flurry of excitement through the crowd and at the same time invoked greed and rush into the people to get hold of the treasure inside the tower.

"How did the array break? Who opened the gate?"

Naturally with the opening of the tower, the question also arrived in everyone’s mind. They had all borne witness to the array breaking; however, none of them had seen who did it.

Whose work was it? Who was adept in inscription here to be able to break the array on the gate?

The crowd looked around in confusion; nonetheless, those intuitive ones and those who still held some doubts in their hearts directed their stares towards the two people who were closest to the gate and hadn’t moved from their spot for a while.

Behind them, the crowd also noticed the change.
