Yang Chen nodded his head. Although he was slightly disappointed that he couldn’t fly, it didn’t last for long. Soon after, he focused on what he had achieved.

A breakthrough was a reason for celebration as such, he quickly got into cooking some meat for himself.

Inside the cave hidden by the waterfall, a campfire could be seen burning brightly. Multiple skewers were floating over the fire, roasting the meat skewered on them.

As the colour of the meat slowly turned brown over time, a delicious aroma wafted through the air filling every corner of the Cave. Yang Chen who was seated next to the campfire, willed it with his mind and the skewer was immediately pulled towards him.

The next moment, he opened his mouth wide and took a good chunk of it into his mouth.

"Good stuff" Thanks to all the ingredients he bought from the cloud city before heading out, he did not have to eat bland food.

"Sniff... Sniff... I believe I can enhance its taste even better if I cook it like this way" Immediately soul energy flooded out of his soul realm and caged some of the fire from the campfire before tossing it inside the meat.

Thanks to his ingenuity in cooking, the meat became extremely tender from the inside and released an even more delicious aroma.

Camping inside the territory of so many high level demonic beasts was no doubt a foolish move. If they catch the scent with their extraordinary senses they would no doubt become aware of his presence and immediately rush to kill him.
