Since it was quite difficult to make, it was the best quality pills that one could find in the market. Most of the Alchemists of this world are only able to refine a pill of Spiritual grade at best.

However, there was still a category that is above it and that was the Heaven Grade. A pill of such grade, can be said to have achieved perfection. It is the peak and dream of all alchemists to refine a pill of such grade in their lifetime.
