Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s mana was almost comparable to that of the Ming River, both being strong contenders amongst the Quasi-Saints, but after all, with the Ming River wielding a Primordial Magical Treasure, it was difficult for Ksitigarbha to win; however, his mount, Di Ting, was also extraordinary, and combined, they were enough to contend with the Ming River, ranking as top formidable beings between heaven and earth!

In ancient times, when the heavens and earth were freshly opened and the Heavenly Dao was clear, true Qi was abundant, and even chaotic treasures frequently fell from Chaos into the Heavenly Dao World, whoever obtained them would naturally make rapid advancements in cultivation! "So, it is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva!"

"Boundless longevity and blessedness, this one has seen Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva," they said.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was famously recognized, and when the ancient sages saw him, they couldn’t help but rise and pay their respects; Ksitigarbha naturally smiled, clasped his hands together, and finished returning the salutations one by one.

"Our Buddhist sect comes from another world. In the past, Guiding Taoist and Daoist Zhunti were instructed in their dreams by the heavens to receive the supreme Buddhist Law, after which they founded Buddhism and Daoism, transforming into the Guiding Buddha. Later, it became Amitabha Buddha, whereas Daoist Zhunti became Zhunti Bodhisattva before transforming into Zhun Ti Buddha Ancestor. However, these two saints were extraordinarily brilliant and rejected all forms of indoctrination, choosing instead to spread mercy and compassion, leading to the great prosperity of our Buddhist sect. Now, Tathagata controls Mount Meru, propagates indoctrinating teachings, plunging the Buddhist sect into a dire state! We must cleanse this malignancy!" stated Siddhartha with righteous indignation.

Although the Buddhist Law was introduced from another world as the heavens’ layout to dilute the mystic sect’s destiny, The Two Saints of the West refined it into the purest principles, enabling people to comprehend the Great Emptiness and allowing many to achieve Buddhahood on the spot, hence establishing the golden age of Buddhism.

"The Way of the Dao is innocent; those who manipulate it for evil deeds are to blame. Buddhism is compassionate, while Tathagata is cruel and cunning, deserving to be eliminated, Buddhism is innocent," Chi Jiangzi declared.

The attendees were all capable beings from the ancient past with far-sighted vision, certainly not of petty caliber, and could naturally discern the crux of the matter, not blaming the Buddhist sect for it. Furthermore, at such a critical juncture, internal strife would only lead to self-destruction!

Then came another, Zhen Yuanzi himself.

Zhen Yuanzi said, "Boundless longevity and blessedness, I am Zhen Yuanzi of the Shangqing Lineage, greeting all Daoist friends and the Buddha Ancestor!"

"That’s simple, those of us from ancient times cultivate by lighting up our life stars, corresponding to the stars in the sky! We can gather to form the Great Formation of the Heavens, utilizing the power of the stars to counter the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pilgrimage Formation. There are also genuine Buddhas of the Spirit Mountain here who can form the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pilgrimage Formation as well," said Zhen Yuanzi.

"There’s no need... My master had established a formation, which I am sure you all are aware of," Zhen Yuanzi said gravely.

"Could it be... the Ten Thousand Immortals Great Formation?" Chi Songzi hesitantly asked.

Zhen Yuanzi nodded and said, "Correct! It is the Ten Thousand Immortals Great Formation! This formation is not weaker than the Immortal-Slaying Sword Formation. With so many Mixed Yuan Golden Immortal experts here, forming the Ten Thousand Immortals Great Formation will certainly be more formidable than the formation of the Sect of Interception from back then! Siddhartha Gautama Buddha nodded and said, "Excellent! Ten thousand immortals against ten thousand Buddhas! Truly a fortunate omen! I had foreseen that Emperor Huizong of Song would honor our Buddhist sect’s Buddha Ancestor with the title of Greatly Enlightened Golden Immortal, and it seems there is indeed a cause and effect in the unseen, so today we shall also join this Ten Thousand Immortals Great Formation."

The Ten Thousand Immortals Great Formation of the past was extremely difficult to break, with Jie Sect disciples inconsistent and even including betrayers. But now, these are all strong Mixed Yuan Golden Immortals, many creators and some Quasi-Saints, and Siddhartha Gautama Buddha is a Semi-Saint himself.
