Chapter 645: 643, message

"Damn it! See if you don’t get mad when someone cracks open your head," Liang Qianjun roared furiously. When had he, the tyrant of Teng City, ever suffered like this?

The ancient medicine practitioner trembled with fear and quickly agreed, "Yes, yes... Young Master Liang is right..." In Teng City, anyone could be offended except for Liang Qianjun, otherwise death would not come peacefully.

A henchman hurried in, "Young Master! We have news, they’re currently staying at the Welcome Friends Hostel in Yunbei City."

Liang Qianjun burst into happy laughter upon hearing this, shoving away the Old Ancient Doctor who was bandaging his wound, "Go, make a call to Master Zhao, I need to speak to him."

"Yes!" The henchman responded and quickly went to pick up the phone.

Once the call connected, the henchman spoke, "I’m an underling of Young Master Liang from Teng City, our Young Master needs to speak with your Master Zhao, please let Master Zhao take the call."

After the other party responded, the henchman respectfully handed the phone to Liang Qianjun, "Young Master!"

Taking the phone, Liang Qianjun put it to his ear and, hearing Zhao Jing’s voice on the other end, smiled and said, "Big Brother Zhao, this is Liang Qianjun, I need a little help from Big Brother." In Teng City, he was king, but in Yunbei City, he still had to ask Zhao Jing for help.

"Hahaha... Brother Liang, just say what you need," Zhao Jing laughed. Their forces were all interlinked, and they never knew when they might need each other’s help.

"Today, while I was collecting stall fees on the streets, some chick hit me in the head. They’re now hiding in Yunbei City at... which hostel?" Liang Qianjun asked his subordinate.

"Welcome Friends Hostel," the henchman quickly said.

"Right, hiding at the Welcome Friends Hostel. I’d like to ask Big Brother to send someone to block them off so they can’t run away. I’m on my way now with my men," Liang Qianjun said with a vicious smile on his face. With the news of those women, the wound on his head didn’t seem to hurt as much as it did earlier.

"No problem! I’ll send people right away. Don’t worry, Brother Liang, I’ll take care of this for you," Zhao Jing readily agreed.

"I appreciate it, Big Brother Zhao. I’ll throw a banquet for Big Brother Zhao another day." After exchanging a few pleasantries with Zhao Jing, Liang Qianjun hung up, sneering sinisterly, "Damn broads! Let’s see where you can hide now. Let’s go to Yunbei City."

"Young Master! The wound on your forehead isn’t taken care of yet," the ancient medicine practitioner stepped forward to remind him.

"Get lost!" Liang Qianjun shoved the ancient medicine practitioner aside and walked outside. Right now, he was so eager to get to Yunbei City, he could hardly think of tending to any wounds.

When Luo Shu returned to the hostel, she saw about a dozen burly men surrounding the place. However, they were only encircling it, with no intention of action, it seemed they were waiting for someone to arrive.

The corner of her mouth curved up in a disdainful smirk. That Liang Qianjun actually had some clout, to have found them so quickly.

Pushing the window she had deliberately left ajar upon leaving, Luo Shu entered the room and swept a glance with her Divine Sense over Zhang Qi and the others, noting they were sleeping soundly. She then headed outside. This issue wouldn’t allow her any peace until it was settled.

The middle-aged female attendant, seeing Luo Shu come downstairs, flashed a look of surprise and said after a moment’s thought, "Miss, it’s not safe outside, better not go out." She had sensed danger for these young women when those men came to inquire about them. But she couldn’t help them much. A warning was the most she could offer; she couldn’t afford to offend those people!

Luo Shu smiled and nodded to the middle-aged attendant, "I know!"

"You know?!" The attendant looked at Luo Shu in amazement. She knew and still wanted to go out?

As Luo Shu stepped out of the hostel, she glanced indifferently at the crowd and said, "I’m giving you a chance to leave."

The crowd was momentarily taken aback and then burst into laughter upon recovering.

"Are you out of your mind? Do you know what we’re here for?"

"Giving us a chance? Who do you think you are?"

"Let me tell you, we’re underlings of Master Zhao, do you know who Master Zhao is? He’s the boss around here. If he wants you dead, you have no chance of living."

Luo Shu curled her lips into a cold smile, "Then there’s no chance left for you."

The crowd was about to laugh again when suddenly, they heard rustling sounds. Looking toward the source, their faces turned pale with fear as they saw countless venomous snakes approaching, the sight causing a chill to run down their spines.

"Snakes!"

"Why are there so many snakes?"

"Run!" The crowd panicked and scattered in all directions.

But there were too many snakes, and they had nowhere to run.

"For the love of god, spare us, we’re leaving now."

"Pardon us, just let one off like a fart and forget about it," someone immediately begged for mercy.

Luo Shu’s cold smile lingered as she walked into the night. The snakes were just an illusion, these men might not die, but going mad was definitely a possibility. Because next, they would be faced with a far more terrifying Illusion Realm.

"Help! Snakes!"

"So many ghosts... I can’t take this... I want to go home... Mom, save me..."

When the middle-aged attendant heard the commotion outside, she stealthily peeked out and saw a dozen or so hulking men who had looked so formidable moments ago, now crying and jumping around outside like lunatics, clutching their heads and running around. It was downright creepy. Had they encountered some unclean presence? Oh, how scary!

Seven or eight vehicles raced towards Yunbei City, filled with formidable intent.

Liang Qianjun sat back with his leg cocked up, savoring a cigar. Just thinking about catching those little ladies who annoyed him soon had him feeling relaxed and content.

"Screech!" A sudden harsh braking sound echoed.

Caught off guard, Liang Qianjun toppled forward, reopening the scab on his wound and causing it to bleed profusely. Barely managing to climb back up, he cursed at the driver, "How the hell are you driving? Are you looking to die?"

The henchman trembled and pointed ahead, "Young... Young Master... there’s a ghost ahead..." He had seen it very clearly, it looked like someone had fallen from the sky.
