Liu Chunhua didn’t mind and chuckled, "After the renovation’s finished, could I take those unused wood planks? My bed broke, and I could take them home for Old Wu to nail down."

"Ma’am, you’re welcome to take those wood planks, but you’ll have to pay us. These materials are ours," Wang Jinhui said, seeing that Luo Shu was getting impatient and quickly speaking up. He really disliked these kinds of women who were always looking for a freebie.

"This renovation really makes a difference, so beautiful!" Zhang Xiaoling said, full of envy. If only she had enough money, she would have her house properly renovated too.

"I’ve asked them, and they have agreed to help with your house’s renovation. You can take two masters over first and tell them how you want it done," Luo Shu told Zhang Xiaoling.

"Three yuan!" one of the renovation masters said. The chairman had already told them to just make a token gesture.

"Nowadays, home renovation jobs are hard to come by, so a lower price might help us get more business," said one of them with a laugh.

Zhang Xiaoling nodded in understanding, "Well then, I’ll be troubling you!" For now, just give the walls a fresh coat of paint. When she has more money later on, she’ll ask Luo Shu to recommend this renovation team for her.
