Chapter 300: Two hundred ninety-nine, Jinchen University

Four people got into the car, Yang Mujing still somewhat excited, "Luo Shu, you’re really smart! How did you come up with such a great idea?" Originally, when he knew that Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo were a couple, he felt that Luo Shu was somewhat unworthy of Lu Hanmo.

In his heart, Lu Hanmo was like a god. He thought that no girl in this world could match up to him. But after witnessing Luo Shu’s intelligence, he started to change his mind.

"Thanks for the compliment!" Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo exchanged a smile. The restaurant industry of the latter world had almost reached a peak, and it merely took a bit of inspiration to come up with ideas.

Yun Han looked at Luo Shu with a trace of inquiry in his eyes. He was somewhat surprised when Luo Shu put forth her idea.

"Then you could also think of a way for me to make money," Yang Mujing said to Luo Shu with a face full of expectation. The Yang family was no longer giving him living expenses, so he had to find a way to be self-sufficient.

"If you don’t find it beneath you, you could help me manage the restaurant," Luo Shu said with a smile. When she decided to take over the restaurant, she had this in mind.

Yang Mujing thought for a moment and nodded with a smile, "That’s fine." He majored in economics and management, so naturally, managing a restaurant wouldn’t be a problem.

"Then your salary will start the same as Fu Zhen’s, and it will be raised if you do well," Luo Shu decided with a smile. She believed that with his ability, it wouldn’t take long for him to create a world of his own.

In his previous life, he had established his own electronics company in the ’90s. In just three years, his company had become one of the top 500 enterprises in the world.

"Okay!" Yang Mujing agreed with a smile.

Lu Hanmo looked at Luo Shu with some surprise. He always felt that she was exceptionally good to Yang Mujing, but he could tell that this kind of goodness wasn’t love, it was kinship. Could it be that Yang Mujing was related to Shushu in her previous life?

Seeing that Lu Hanmo was looking at her, Luo Shu gave him a slight smile. I’ll tell you when we get back.

Lu Hanmo nodded with a smile, his gaze shifting forward. Now that he had Divine Sense, even if he drove without looking at the road, there wouldn’t be any problems.

After dinner, Luo Shu still gave Yun Han a cup of Spiritual Spring Water, just like the previous two nights, "Yun Han, do you remember a lot of things from the past now?" Since he knew about the Bell-Cauldron Script, he should also remember other things, right?

"I remember most of it," Yun Han nodded and chuckled inwardly. When he spoke of the Bell-Cauldron Script today, he knew he had given himself away. It truly felt like lifting a rock only to drop it on one’s own foot.

"It seems that the Spiritual Spring Water is still somewhat helpful to you," Luo Shu said with a smile. Seeing Yun Han’s condition improving day by day, she was very happy in her heart.

"Yeah!" Yun Han nodded. Could he deny it? The changes in him over the last two days were so obvious that denial would be pointless.

Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo returned to their room and entered the space to cultivate once again.

Just like yesterday, Lu Hanmo set up a Spirit Gathering Array again. Though the array consumed a lot of Spirit Stones, its aid to cultivation was indeed significant.

"Yang Mujing is my uncle from my previous life, my mother’s biological brother," Luo Shu mentioned to Lu Hanmo, thinking of the past.

Lu Hanmo was slightly surprised, "No wonder you took over that restaurant for him." With Shushu’s current wealth, she naturally wouldn’t care much for a small restaurant.

"My mother has run away from home now, and the Yang family will definitely blame my uncle for this. It’s certain they’ve cut off his living expenses," Luo Shu said. She had seen a moment of struggle when her uncle took out money to pay earlier, which showed that he didn’t have much money left.

"Then do you know where your mother is right now?" Lu Hanmo asked. He was just wondering why Shushu’s house was so close to her previous life uncle’s house. Now he knew, the house must have been specially bought by Luo Qianyu to pursue Shushu’s mother.

Luo Shu shook her head. If only she knew.

Lu Hanmo smiled and tousled Luo Shu’s hair, "Let’s cultivate."

"Yes!" Luo Shu nodded and closed her eyes.

The night passed swiftly, and as the dawn’s sunlight emerged from Yunhai, signalling the start of a new day.

Luo Shu, Lu Hanmo, Yun Han, and the extremely admiring Yang Mujing, rode together in Lu Hanmo’s car towards Jinchen University.

Jinchen University and Zhongqing University are two completely different styles; it is mainly based on gardens.

It is a famous Imperial Garden that has maintained its basic layout and charm for hundreds of years.

The campus is picturesque, with the grandeur of the Imperial Gardens and the beautiful scenery of riverside mountains.

Pavilions, terraces, and towers are surrounded by mountains and water, lakes are connected, with banks and islets interspersed, providing pleasant views. Ancient trees touch the sky within the campus, green trees provide shade, and the garden is evergreen all year round with birds singing and the fragrance of flowers, offering changing views with every step.

As they walked, Luo Shu and the others appreciated the scenery within the campus, quickly reaching the Medical Department.

As school was about to start, students carrying luggage could be seen everywhere in the campus. In this era, it’s rare to see parents accompanying their children, only occasionally one could spot a parent who came together.

Such an uncommon sight as Luo Shu and her party, all of whom were exceptionally good-looking, naturally became the center of attention.

However, people of this era are more reserved, especially those genius students who prefer to spend their days with books. Most of the time, they think more than they discuss. So along the way, there weren’t many people staring at Luo Shu and her group or discussing them.

"Shushu, the dormitory area is just ahead, shall we go take a look?" Lu Hanmo asked. He found the two extras tagging along quite displeasing. He had managed to get two days off with difficulty, hoping to spend time with Shushu alone, yet it turned into a group of four.

"Let’s wait until we move in to check it out. I’ll go register first, and you guys wait for me in that pavilion," Luo Shu pointed to a pavilion in the middle of the lake. Having them follow her around was too conspicuous. Once they entered the academic area, there would be even more students, and she didn’t want to become a focal point before even starting school.

Lu Hanmo looked at Luo Shu somewhat dejectedly, then turned and walked towards the Lake Heart Pavilion. He was reluctant, but he knew if he didn’t go, the other two would follow.
