"I don’t have a lot to say about myself since my kind of business isn’t something extraordinary like yours," Diamond chucklingly said as she took out her phone from her small bag.

At that moment, Agatha’s eyes were filled with anticipation that Diamond couldn’t let down. So, she continued to share.

"I do own two farms, plant a lot of things there which I sell at the farms and at the designated shops for those who can’t go there," and the first order of business was to reveal the main business that everyone who knows her knows about.

When Agatha heard that, she sized Diamond in wonder. Amazed by what she was hearing. How could such a beauty be in the farming business?

"You are really into farming? What made you do that?" she was curious about her choice.

Diamond chuckled as she recalled how she even started that line of business. It all started because the system rewarded her with a farm. Being given an asset she couldn’t sell and something that could bring her money in the long run, why would she refuse?

So, she started the farming business and hired people knowledgeable about the matter. The business boomed and still was.

However, being Diamond, how could she tell that to others?

There were many good reasons why she continued and persevered with the farm until now. So that was the answer that she gave Agatha.

"Food is our fuel and I am someone who loves food a lot. By having my own farm, I believed that I would never be short of food again. However, the farm was large and I couldn’t produce for personal reasons, so I ended up producing for sale.

Besides, if you take a look at it. There is a lot of money in this kind of business as long as you manage it well. Seeing people having enough delicious food to eat, makes me happy. So why not?"

Agatha was very taken aback by that response, to be honest. She didn’t expect that Diamond would respond that way. She was quite touched.

"And I bet that the business is doing well right now?"

"Very. I love it."

"So, is that the only thing you do?"

"Nope. I am a lady of all trades. I do investments, and stock trading through reliable agencies, and most importantly, you can call me an influencer or internet celebrity. I am pretty popular online with over fifty million fans, globally wise ..." She expanded a bit more regarding that part of her career.

When Agatha heard that, she looked at Diamond with twinkling eyes. She had never thought that she would come across a famous person who brazenly moved around without people guarding her like that.

Now she was starting to understand why she was sent to probe into Diamond. She was a person of many talents. She became very interested in the other sincerely.

Seeing Agatha’s interest, Diamond shared her social media account handles with her and the other followed right away.

"I will definitely check you out. If I was a social media lover, I might have known that you are that popular. Too bad I haven’t been socializing that much in the past few years," Agatha regretfully said, thinking about how exciting her life had been to the extent that going online to chat became a luxury that she couldn’t afford.

She was going to check everything about Diamond once they part. That way, she would know which topics to chat with her. She wasn’t going to let her mistress down with the mission.

The two ladies chatted cheerfully and Diamond shared the difficulties of being famous with Agatha while laughing it off. The two of them truly had a lot of fun and through that, they became pretty much close, they could be considered friends.

While they chatted, the sun was also setting, forcing the two to return to the hotel to prepare for dinner.

"Do you want to join me for dinner?" Diamond asked anticipatingly as she looked at Agatha.

It was boring and unsettling to dine alone. She wanted company and through food, people tend to become closer.

Agatha didn’t have any reasons to object, so she readily agreed and the two made an appointment. Being women, how could they go and dine without freshening up?

So, the two parted ways and returned to their rooms.

When Agatha got to her suite, she took out her phone and browsed through her contacts until she saw the contact saved as 3 before dialing it.

Moments later, the call was answered and a familiar male voice, which sounded pleasing to the ears, answered, [this better be good!] unfortunately, he was too rigid when talking to other females.

"I had contact with the target and was with her for over an hour. We shall be dining together in a while."

[That’s good progress. Remember to be cautious and don’t let her get any suspicious!]

"Don’t worry, I know what to do."

[um, keep up the good work.] After saying that, the call was hung up and Agatha clicked her tongue as she looked at the screen while hearing the doot, doot, sound coming from the phone.

"He really knows how to keep the calls short and concise!" she shook her head as she pictured that person in her mind briefly before shaking that thought away.

’I will be damned!’ she shivered as she thought about the mistress.

Some people were better not be thought about at all.

After getting rid of such thoughts, she started searching for any information related to Diamond and when it popped up on the screen, she exclaimed.

"We have such a person in this country?! Damn, she is bold!" she couldn’t help but applaud Diamond for her boldness and character.

While others were busy pretending to be who they weren’t, there she was, busy and even provoking the media friends. Even her mistress was polite to those people, and yet Diamond dared to threaten them.

Except for a few people who weren’t reconciled, Agatha didn’t find any negative news about Diamond and it made her wonder just how many tricks she has to make these media friends back away like that?

However, the more she read about Diamond’s feat in just four months she became popular, the more shocked she became and got even a bit scared.

However, when she thought about how she hadn’t lied to Diamond yet, her heart settled down. Her mission didn’t involve doing anything evil. Just getting close to Diamond. That’s all.

There shouldn’t be any harm in doing so, right?

Unfortunately, there was no answer to that question yet, as that would have to wait until the day the truth came to the surface.

Meanwhile, on Diamond’s side, she was busy looking for another outfit to wear to dinner.

While she was doing so, she was on a call with Gael.

[What do you want me to bring to you when I come?]

"Oh~ you finally confirmed your trip?" Diamond excitedly asked a she thought about what Gael once told her some time ago.

[Um and I will be staying for just two weeks like I previously said.]

"Two weeks its still better than nothing. Anyway, you bring me whatever you think its good. I prefer surprises. So, surprise me!" she teasingly said, thinking about how she once received that puzzle picture frame which was still hanging beautifully on her walls.

[You said it!]

"Um, bring it on!"

[Then you must accept whatever I bring you!] Gael anxiously said which made her lips curled upwards wondering what plots he was coming with but whatever they are, she didn’t mind them at all.

"When have I ever rejected?" she teasingly asked and Gael chuckled on the other side.

[Okay. I won’t let you down!]

"I will be waiting. Don’t worry. Anyway, how is work?"

[It’s still fine. Still working on this project. Once it’s done, I will be able to move back home!]

"We are all waiting for you. Just do it well and don’t let them have anything to say about you!"

[Don’t worry. I have always been serious when it comes to work.]

Diamond nodded when she heard that. She knew Gael at least well when it came to that. He doesn’t let anything interfere with his work. Something that she applauds him greatly for.

Talking about work, she couldn’t help but recall the conversation she had with Agatha earlier.

"Gael, have you ever thought about creating an esports team since you are already involved in games?" she asked curiously, trying to gauge his response.

[Oh! I never thought about it but I think that I can look into it.] his response was quite surprising though. It made Diamond’s brows rise.

"You can’t possibly be talking about this just because I asked, right?" she asked teasingly, hoping that wasn’t the case.

[Not really. Consider it half-half. But the esports industry is making waves. The company I work for has two games which are part of the esports game base.]

When she heard that, she couldn’t help but stop what she was doing, digesting what had been said.

"You are tripping!"

[Nope, I am being serious. Anyway, if it’s feasible, I can give it a try but if not, I will stick to games. After all, starting a team requires a lot of effort and resources.]

"Indeed. Let us not be hasty."

[I won’t, trust me!]

Diamond’s lips curled upwards when she heard that and responded, "I will have to continue keeping an eye on you to see that," in a teasing tone.

The two chatted merrily for a while and Diamond found the outfit, which she thought was suitable. With time nearing, she reluctantly ended the call with Gael before going to the bathroom to have another shower.

She has a belly to feed.
