SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS -
Chapter 755 - 753: AN UNEXPECTED ENCOUNTER
Chapter 755: Chapter 753: AN UNEXPECTED ENCOUNTER
The next day, Diamond left the manor around ten in the morning. With the robots dealing with the manor issues when she was gone, instructions would be easy to relay. So, she wasn’t worried much about its operations.
The business was already good, with all six villas booked excluding the main villa which was exclusively left for her.
Without much business to do in the capital city, Diamond didn’t plan to go there in the future lest there be something important. Rather, she might go to Srad City and check her house there, or visit the twins and see how her businesses were doing in person.
Diamond arrived at the airport around noon and waited until boarding time.
As she sat there, playing with her phone, Andrea’s anxious voice suddenly sounded in her ears. {Mother, Kian is heading towards your way!} catching her off guard.
"What do you mean by that? Are you telling me that he is here?" she asked, shocked by that unexpected revelation.
It’s been over a month since she last saw Kian. She had never bothered to see the twins ever again after knowing what they were up to.
Of course, now and then she received updates on the twins. That was crucial since the twins wanted to use her and even kill her at some point.
So, she knew that Kian’s group was no longer there and only he existed. The last time she heard about Kian’s news, he was keeping low at his place in Iwarim City. So, what was he doing here?
{Um, it seems that he had been in the city for a few days visiting Sullivan.}
When she heard that, she nodded in understanding, her heart calming down. She couldn’t help but recall that the fairy sister erased the memories of those who knew about the matter. She didn’t have to worry.
However, she was too fast to judge that as moments later, the man who used to give her butterflies and make her heart flutter appeared in the VIP lounge, looking tall and majestic.
She was in a daze as she looked at him and she wasn’t the only one either. Despite wearing a mask to hide his facial features, Kian had this magnetism that just pulled people towards him. She couldn’t help but swallow as she recalled certain memories she couldn’t erase.
Perhaps the gaze was a bit intense, Diamond found herself locking gaze with Kian who looked at her confusingly for a moment before clutching his head as if he was having a migraine attack.
Diamond guiltily looked away, having an idea of what was happening. While the memory was erased, the mind should be trying to alert Kian. Unfortunately, that might be hard to achieve.
It was good that he no longer remembered her. She would now be at peace though she was still disturbed.
Thanks to Kian and Sullivan, she had been acting too cowardly towards the people she liked. If it had been before, she would directly confess and make her feelings known, but now ..... just thinking about it, gave her a headache.
Thankfully, she didn’t need to think much about it, since the boarding announcement was made and Diamond left the lounger under the piercing gaze of Kian.
She was wearing glasses and a mask. There was no way that Kian would know who she was, right?
Unfortunately, she underestimated the mind of a tech genius.
Unaware of the curiosity she had piqued in Kian, Diamond left the capital city and flew to Frin City where she was welcomed by Nancy and Kiara who had been busy with the new projects.
The day was still young and Diamond knew that going home wouldn’t be productive, so she let these two tigresses take her to several sites for an onsite check.
Kiara apart from the legal aspects of her empire was busy with the renovations of the new law firm. The progress of the renovations was visible, and it was certain that before May, the building should be ready for the people to move in.
Renovations at the school were still ongoing, and at the rate that they were moving, Nancy was confident that the school could open for the third term without fail.
When she checked the orphanage, she wasn’t surprised to see some kids there. She even saw the young child whom Nancy talked about the other time, whom they planned to adopt if things went well.
Because they were being strict, the number of children required by the orphanage hadn’t been reached. However, it could be said to be operating already which was a huge relief.
The orphanage was officially named Hope Orphanage. Diamond’s love for hope was something that couldn’t be hidden. She wanted the children to always have hope and work hard towards their dreams with their own hands.
She didn’t forget to stop by the lab to see how things were faring. That was the main project Nancy was currently in charge of. Although she always receives daily reports, checking the site directly gives her more in-depth information.
The lab was still in the research stage. She wanted them to produce beauty creams. Before she gave them the recipe, the system gave her, she wanted to see how far they could go by researching themselves. She was not in any hurry to start selling anything.
She didn’t want to keep useless people whose brains knew nothing about creativity. So, the first month could be considered a test. Starting in May, they would be so busy that they would finally understand why their salaries were that high.
By the time she was done, it was already dark, and the two sent her home before departing.
When she got home, Aunt Janet had already left her some food, so she padded her belly pretty fast before going to Ruby’s bedroom where a few gifts were waiting for her.
Her bedroom was a no-go zone for anyone. When she wasn’t there, the room would be locked. So even Ruby couldn’t enter it even if she wanted.
The little girl sent Diamond a message and told her about how her designer friend had made several clothes and wanted her to check them out. Diamond would always support her sister, so knowing what was going on, she was eager to take a look and see how she could help.
After picking up the few bags, she went to her room, took a shower and spent some time changing into and out of the clothes systematically while taking photos.
After she was done, she sent Ruby a message.
[I love how simple they look. They make me feel comfortable. Tell your friend a good job and if possible, add a few more designs as well.]
After sending that, she didn’t wait for Ruby’s response and retired for the night. She was a bit exhausted and needed some rest.

In the two days which followed, Diamond was the real definition of a busy bee. Because of the trip to Country Y, there was so much that she needed to do.
She interacted with the fans and the twins who were going with her to Country Y and shared the schedule. She had to book the hotels, prepare the local security team to safeguard everyone when there, collect her visa and also keep in touch with the JEWELS in Country Y.
That wasn’t the only thing that she was in charge of. Diamond met with fans who wanted the merch as soon as possible. Although she couldn’t get the merch from Gesalsi since it was going to take a while, the one made locally was ready.
So, she busied herself collecting more of the t-shirts, ordering other things and printing stationery and the like.
On the eve before departure, she decided to have a chat with the fans. Because she was busy, she didn’t have a chance to do a single broadcast or upload any video. She didn’t have that time.
So that night, after dinner, she sat in the living room and started the broadcast which was quickly spotted by several fans who rushed into the broadcast and started clamoring like a spoiled kid.
Diamond loves her fans a lot and seeing them reciprocate that love without expecting gifts or money from her made her feel as if she was on cloud nine and all the effort put into the fandom was worth it.
"Hello, everyone!" she cheerfully greeted the thousands of people watching her from all over the globe and through different platforms.
"It’s good to see you once again. I believe that you all know what is happening. Do you mind reminding me for a bit?" she asked playfully as she looked at the busy barrage.
[We are going to Country Y!]
[Tomorrow is D-Day.]
[What’s going on?]
Diamond ignored the ignorant comments and beamed at the majority who understood the assignment.
"Indeed, we are going to Country Y tomorrow. We should arrive by the 15th and all this is possible because of you," she smilingly said as she read the comments. Upon seeing other people’s confusion, she understood that these people were either new or didn’t know exactly what was going on and she didn’t mind spreading the gospel.
"For those who are a bit confused, let me briefly explain a few things. All those who follow me, are JEWELS and as fans, they have the privilege of joining a fan café app which allows them to interact freely without fearing that other people would take their content out of context. That app is called GEM.
On the GEM app, we have a function called fund-me which is used to raise funds. Anyone interested can donate from as little as A$1 and there is no maximum. This money will not be eaten or spent by yours truly. But every month, all the GEM app users would participate in a poll voting where they would pick the country of their choice that they want to donate to.
In that country, they would vote for the place or organization that they feel deserves the donation and that donation would be made under the name of JEWELS as well as the group of fans in that particular country.
This is something new and starting this month. Country Y was the lucky winner, and I, along with a few of the JEWELs will be heading to that country tomorrow.
Others might be wondering if we have the same thing going on other platforms and I can confidently say yes. All the money raised through the several platforms shall be used for charity purposes and aiding JEWELS who are in need. You can go back and check the broadcast I did during the marathon training for more details."
