When Diamond came to be, she found Andrea driving the car and nearly thirty minutes had passed since her spirit went into the Golden Space.

{Mother, you are back?}

Diamond smiled apologetically as she placed her hands on the steering wheel.

"Um, I am back. Sorry for worrying you!"

{It’s okay. I should have been mindful. The news was unexpected.}

"Indeed, it was. I just didn’t think that he would make such a move. When is he planning to leave?}

{The flight is for 5 pm today.}

"He is truly shameless!"

Upon hearing that, a smile blossomed on Diamond’s face.

Andrea felt relieved seeing that his mother was all smiles. At least his actions had made her happy.

The two were having a good time, and she was quite surprised to hear that her mother was quite talented in the counseling department.

She didn’t know if her mother would continue to be interested in this or had something else on her mind, but seeing her interested in something, she felt that it was a good start.

And it made her happy.

On their way home, the three of them chatted. Which was more of Diamond asking the parents’ questions and them answering.

"Did you find spending time at the foundation nice today?"

"It was great, very new, and we learnt a lot."

"That’s wonderful if you had a great time. I have been meaning to ask you something. When all the drama with Kian is done, do you want to return to Taco, or do you want to live here?" a question that had been eating her for a while, and she asked it out.

Before, she didn’t want to deal with Kian seriously, which was why Taco became a dangerous place for them to be.

However, if Kian’s memory were to be erased, it meant that he wouldn’t know a single thing about her parents.

As for the people who were watching her parents, they were too busy defending themselves. And without any incentives, they won’t bother with her parents anymore.

With the problem solved, Diamond knows that her parents would have nothing to fear if they returned to Taco right now. Even if she doesn’t want to admit it, her parents’ life was in that town.

They have friends, connections and a lot thee than in Frin.

She wanted them to be happy and not constrain them in place just because of her selfishness.

If they decide to stay in Frin, she wanted it to be of their own choice and not a force matter. That was the major reason why she asked and at the same time revealed the fact that Kian’s issue can be solved.

"We can still return there?" her mother asked, surprisingly.

She wasn’t expecting such a possibility at all, especially with how hurriedly they left the town before.

Hearing her mother’s excitement as she asked this question, Diamond knew instantly that her mother’s passion was still in Taco. She felt saddened for a moment.

"Yes, you can return, but you will have to wait until I return from the vacation. Around that time, all the issues should be settled."

"That’s good news." her mother couldn’t hide her joy as she said that.

Even her father showed a reaction as well.

"If it’s possible, we still want to return to Taco. We have lived most of our lives there, and we have businesses there. So, returning would be good. We can still come back here for a visit!" after a thought, her mother responded.

Diamond nodded her head, accepting this reason. What else could she do when she had stated her feelings in the open like that?

"What your mother says is true. We can still visit each other. We don’t want to restrain you because of our presence."

The two started stating reasons left and right, leaving no room for Diamond to interject.

In the end, she was convinced. She didn’t dare deny her parents the right to return to the town that she loved the most.

Maybe in the future, when she builds a large house on a mountain or in a valley somewhere, she will drag them to live with her.

One day, when she settles down with her men and kids, she wants everyone to live in one place.

Having her parents and little sister there with her as well was another dream of hers.

For now, she would let them live their lives. And in the future, by force, she was going to let everyone live together.

It’s been ages since they lived like that.

Maybe because of knowing that they would be returning to Taco next month, her parents were in a better mood and this mood lasted all the way until they were back home.

At the house, Diamond took out the passport she had collected earlier and showed it to everyone.

Janet, seeing the happy commotion over a passport, couldn’t help but wonder if she was in the wrong house.

For a passport which costs A$170 to get when it is a standard one, the kind that comes out after two weeks, A$300 for the one that comes out after a week and A$700 for the fast one which comes out after three days.

So how could the family be so excited over a passport that didn’t cost as much as a single meal they ate in a day?

She just didn’t understand it at all.

Unknown to her, it was Diamond’s first time getting a passport and her first overseas trip.

Even her parents surpassed her in leaving the country when she was that loaded.
