"If it’s like that, then I will go with you." after sorting out her emotions, Diamond agreed to Samantha’s request before continuing, "But first let me make a call."

Samantha heaved with relief upon seeing Diamond agreeing. "Sure, please go ahead!"

Diamond smiled politely at Samantha before taking her phone out of the clutch. She wanted to call Sullivan. As her bag was at his place, she couldn’t just go to someone’s house without giving the other a heads-up.

Besides, he was supposed to come and pick her up. So, it was just right for her to call him and tell him that he didn’t have to come and pick her up, since she might as well go with Samantha.

She shortly found his number and dialed it. the earbud was in her ear already, so she didn’t need to stress herself much.

The phone rang for the first time in a long time before it hung automatically.

’He must be busy!’ she thought as she tried for the second time again.

This time, after a few rings, the phone was answered, making her heave a sigh of relief.

"Dear, how are you?"

[Oh, Diamond ... what’s up? Are you done, already?]

Diamond, who was expecting to hear those sweet endearments of his, was startled for a second. Why was she being called by her full name suddenly when he had always called her either babes, dear or D?

However, she didn’t let that thought wander for as long as she answered. She was being watched, after all.

After the call ended; Diamond remained silent for a while. She could tell that there was something that just didn’t sound right and yet she couldn’t pinpoint what exactly.

"Was that your boyfriend?" Samantha’s question came, bringing Diamond out of her thoughts.

Hearing her words, Diamond smiled shyly as she looked at the other. "Hehe, yes," she responded truthfully, beaming like a teenager in love.

Samantha nodded her head smilingly, admiring how nice it was to be young. "You must love him?"

"A lot. He means a lot to me!" as well as Kian, though she didn’t say that aloud.

However, she had realized with time that she sincerely loved those brothers, so acknowledging this fact wasn’t a lie, right?

Samantha beamed upon hearing that.

"I am glad that it’s like that. And I hope that he shares the same sentiments as you as well!" Samantha added.

What would hurt the most in relationships is loving a person who didn’t love you back. That would be horrible, and she didn’t want to see Diamond being hurt because of a man.

Fortunately, Diamond’s response made her feel at ease.

"Don’t worry. He loves me. This one I can testify to it!"

"That’s good then!"

How could he not love her? She was confident about this more than anything else.

"We don’t have to go. He has something on, so he will be bringing my things here. So, I will just give you what you need!"

Upon hearing that, Samantha’s brows rose inquisitively and asked, "Is he perhaps going on a trip?"

The two ladies then changed the topic and began to talk about other things that interested them.

During the conversation, Samantha brought up Diamond’s career, and she was happy to share that with Samantha. She found the older lady very pleasing to the eye, so she shared with her as much as she could while hiding what should be hidden.

The more Samantha listened, the more she found Diamond pleasing to the eyes.

Who would have guessed such a delicate girl was into farming? And to make matters interesting, her farm business was striving so much with good reviews flying left and right like that.

It was nice to see how hard-working she was.

And when she learnt about the e-celeb thing, Samantha was even in awe.

She decided to look deeper into Diamond later. She didn’t want to miss such a good seed.

There seemed to be more to her than what met the eye.

Time trickled by quickly and after an hour, Diamond received a call from Sullivan, who informed her that he was outside.

Hearing that, her eyes brightened up, and she couldn’t wait to meet her beloved.

"Big sister. Wait for me, I will be back in a jiffy!" Diamond said happily to Samantha before leaving the suite speedily.

Samantha looking at the blur, shook her head helplessly before picking up her phone and dialed a string of numbers by heart.

After a few rings, the call was answered and Samantha gave a few instructions to the other person before hanging up with a mysterious smile on her face.
