The next lady to speak was named Julia Ennet, and she was around forty-eight years old. This lady was quite unique in her own way and her industry was one which Diamond loved the most.

Julia was a restaurant owner, owning four restaurants in the whole of Athary, and they were all quite famous. Although Diamond had never visited the restaurants, from what Andrea told her, she could imagine how well Julia’s life was.

Julia wasn’t just a successful restaurant owner but a famous and renowned chef who shot to fame through a cooking competition, which was held when she was barely seventeen.

Coming from a rich background, Julia, all that she wanted was to cook and not follow the path of an heiress as determined for her.

At the age of seventeen, she joined MasterChef Athary, one of the major gourmets shows to be ever produced in the world.

It was the first time such a competition came to Athary, and fortunately, after persuading her family and placing some bets, gambling with her family, she managed to join the competition.

In that competition, Julia shoots to fame after leaving the show in fourth place. She lost by a small margin after she lost time after having cut her finger during the competition.

She was the only youngest competitor who reached that far, and that made her go viral.

Julia didn’t give up on her career. She didn’t want to give up or use her family’s resources. Since she didn’t win and enter the top three as agreed on in the bet, Julia for the next five years had to follow her parents’ will until one day she was called back to attend a special edition of MasterChef Athary.

The production team called back contestants whom they felt deserved a second chance, and she was one of those people.

It was during this competition that her name became very famous after landing number two. Although she didn’t go home with the prize, she still managed to go home with some capital, which she then used to start her food business.

From there, at the age of twenty-three until now, Julia had done nothing but wonder. Her restaurant was accepted warmly and was always full.

She had written several best-selling books on several topics about food.

Summarizing what she was saying in her message, Diamond caught that one shouldn’t give up on following one’s dream.

They might not be achieved today, but what about tomorrow?

Diamond for once knew to stop herself from being too much. Although she grimaced at the small amount of food that was on her plate, at times showing manners in public was the only way to go.

She wasn’t eating in her livestream or with her loved ones. The best she could do was curb her cravings and just eat, for appearance’s sake.

Moreover, she didn’t want these ladies to gossip about her behind her back just because she couldn’t control her mouth and stomach.

After eating a small portion of the food, a while later, she felt grateful that she had made that choice earlier. Who would have foreseen that the food would taste so horrible like that?

However, looking at the others eating with relish, she couldn’t help but wonder. Could it be that her own plate was the one with the unpalatable food? Otherwise, why were others eating with gusto?

Unable to find an answer, Diamond forced the food down her throat. After all, she did not love wasting food, no matter how bad it was.

After eating the not-so-delicious food, Vivian dragged Diamond and the other two, who introduced her to their small circle of friends.

While talking with a certain group, someone suddenly called Diamond’s name with familiarity, which made her wonder who that person could be. After all, the only people she knew at the banquet were a few.

However, when she saw not just one but three faces she recognized, her brows rose as a strange smile appeared on her face.

"I thought I saw wrong, but it’s really you!" a lady dressed in a pink gown exclaimed, a glint of happiness flashing in her eyes as she approached Diamond.

Diamond felt her gears working overtime as she looked at the person she hadn’t seen in ages and felt suspicious. After all, what was there to be excited about? Especially when this person brought with her two people, she recently became enemies with.

"P, it’s been a while. How have you been?" she asked, her eyes narrowing into slits, and the corner of her mouth rising into a playful smirk, making Vivian, who was looking worriedly at Diamond, shudder with fear.

’This doesn’t look pretty good!’ Vivian lamented as she looked at Diamond and then the two ladies currently glaring viciously at Diamond as if she had stolen their precious treasures or something.

Just what kind of trouble magnet was Diamond?
