Ruby, seeing that her sister was promoting her beauty products, simply smiled subtly, wondering if there wasn’t any second her sister wasn’t thinking about making money.

But seeing her very approachable and discussing with a smile, she felt very happy.

No matter what, her sister wasn’t just a normal vase but a hard-working individual who didn’t put on airs, the way those rich kids were always doing.

Waking with a few classmates while listening to Diamond’s brag, her phone suddenly dinged.

Curious about who would be texting her, she fished her phone from her bag to check.

[CLARISSA: Hey girl! Are you still at school?]

Seeing that it was from Clarissa, Ruby smiled as she pictured the wonderful young lady who was brutally honest and didn’t fear the strong.

[Um. We are still at school. Are you done, your side?] she couldn’t help but ask curiously.

After all, the two of them were having different courses.

[CLARISSA: Almost. Your sister isn’t picking up her phone, so just tell her not to leave before I see her.]

[Okay, I will tell her. She is a bit occupied at the moment,] Ruby responded as she looked at the group that had increased with her sister being at the center of it all.

[CLARISSA: Okay. I will be there in a bit.]

The two didn’t text for long before the chat ended.

At the back, Diamond was all smiles as she continued to market her products to the ladies.

"You don’t have to worry about much, ladies. I will never do such things as scamming beautiful ladies like you!" as she waved her hand nonchalantly, Diamond assured the ladies.

"Hehe, we believe you. Just don’t forget what you promised!"

"I won’t forget. Trust me."

"So, apart from that, are there any other things that you sell?" the ladies couldn’t help but be curious.

Upon hearing that, how could Diamond let these ladies down?

So, without further ado, Diamond began to promote her farm, especially since that was the only business at the moment which was selling tangible products.

And with the websites and social media pages available to provide some real proof to the ladies, her marketing went pretty well.

And seeing all that, Diamond couldn’t help but be happier.

An hour later, Diamond, Ruby, Garnet and Clarissa were standing in the university’s stadium talking and laughing.

The last thing for Ruby to do on the first day of school was to join a club and all club representatives had set tables in the stadium and currently, the majority of freshmen were choosing which clubs they wanted to join.

Standing close to one table were the four girls, or rather three, since Ruby was standing in the queue to register.

"Dee, after this, what are your plans?" Clarissa asked curiously as she looked at the pretty dressed Diamond who was smiling and kept on waving to the excited fans once in a while.

Diamond shifted her focus back to Clarissa when she heard the question. She scratched the tip of her nose as she pondered a bit before responding, "I didn’t have much planned for today. Do you want something?"

When Clarissa heard that, she smiled with relief before answering, "It’s my aunt. She was wondering if you still have more cream with you?"

How could she not have anything with her?

"It isn’t much, but it’s there. When does she want it?" Diamond didn’t delay to answer but hurriedly did so.

Remembering Madam Sawyer, the lady with an expensive taste, her eyes brightened as another business opportunity seemed to be opening to her without doing much.

"When you are free. But it’s preferable if it is this week."

"I will contact her then. I need to deliver an order tomorrow. So, I might as well do them all together," Diamond responded without much thought.

"I will inform her then so that she will be aware."

"Um. I will be grateful."

An hour later, Ruby skipped happily towards her sister with a slip of paper she had received from the club she had picked and finished registering.

"Is it done?" Diamond asked as soon as she spotted Ruby.

Ruby flashed a smile at Diamond before stopping a short distance from her.

"Um. I am done. We can now go!"

Diamond looked at Ruby with raised brows before asking, "So, there are no classes today?"

"Um. We will be starting tomorrow, so it won’t make sense if I stay behind. I would rather go home and tidy the place!" as Ruby recalled what she had heard from the seniors, she decided to be not too enthusiastic.

Diamond looked at her sister for a bit before responding, "Okay, then. If that’s what you want, then we will do so. But I am afraid that I won’t be going back to the apartment with you."

When Ruby heard that, she looked at her sister with a baffled expression and asked curiously, "sister, do you have something on?"

Diamond chuckled softly seeing her sister’s exaggerated expression, "I have an order which I need to sort out. And since you are settled already, I no longer have to worry about you," and said softly and in a reassuring tone.

Hearing that, Ruby sighed with relief. For a moment there, she thought that there was something dubious going on, but now that she was hearing her sister’s reason; she understood that it was something that she couldn’t stop.

"Okay. I guess I will take care of everything myself then!" she said reassuringly, with a smile on her face.

Diamond ruffled Ruby’s hair, making the little girl pout sulkily, making Diamond chuckle heartily, enjoying bullying her sister a bit.

Grumble. Grumble.

"Let’s leave. I am starving!" Diamond said as she felt her stomach complaining.

It’s been hours since she last ate and now it was coming to bite her. Why make herself suffer when she could just leave and deal with the problem?

"Um. Let’s leave!" Ruby agreed with her sister as she rubbed her stomach as well.

With the two sisters agreeing with each other, the rest didn’t have a choice but to follow.

Just like that, Ruby’s first day at school ended pretty well, but the chaos online was something that none of the Perry sisters were anticipating.
