Upon hearing that, Diamond, who had her eyes closed, snapped them open, as she clenched her teeth, seething with anger and shame at being in such a situation.

’Fine, you win! I will eat the pills and make sure that I get clever and quick-witted.’

[That will be appreciated. And stop being lazy and procrastinating. And always remember the main reason why you were given such a blessing in the first place!] The system acting like the elder it was, advised before reminding Diamond and once it was done, it vanished once again.

Digesting what the system had told her, Diamond sighed helplessly.

How could she forget about it? Wasn’t she dealing with that issue every single day though it wasn’t her doing it in person?

Since she had been reminded, did that mean that she should actively participate as well?

Maybe that was the case. She would think more about it and see what else she can do as herself and not the charity foundation.

With that decision made, she recalled the advice the system gave her. Stop being lazy and procrastinating.

She had been improving lately. She participated in business operations, as long as it was something that required her attention, she did everything wholeheartedly.

She even worked in the Golden Space at least four to five times every week. The only thing she had been too lazy about recently was concocting pills. She hadn’t tried alchemy again since she failed that other time.

But now that she has a cauldron, it seems that she would be required to work extra hard.

Rather than delaying the official openings of her other companies, opening them once a chance has presented itself would be helpful as well.

Since she had already made plans, then she might as well forge ahead with them. Instead of using the excuse of having Nancy only by her side to help her with work, she might as well hire more assistants and give them more work to do.

They would all be working for her, so why worry about not having enough workforce?

With all thoughts carefully analyzed and sorted, Diamond closed her eyes once again with satisfaction.

Sometimes, a bit of scolding and push was needed to work efficiently and see things from a broader perspective.

And now, all that remained was to follow the plan and hope for a good outcome.

When they arrived at the Cherry Court, it wasn’t surprising to find Janet already done cooking supper.

So, all the girls needed to do since they were starving was to wash their hands and sit at the dining table for a hearty meal.

As they were busy during the day, they skipped lunch. On their way back home, they ate some snacks, but it wasn’t enough to fill their grumbling stomachs.

So, having a hot meal after such a long day, everyone ate heartily and Janet, seeing the girls like that, wore a smile on her face, very happy seeing that.

After all, knowing and seeing that the people you had worked tirelessly to appreciate your hard work, the satisfaction was simply too addictive.

After the meal, the three, who were tired, bided Janet goodnight before going to their separate rooms.

The first thing that Diamond did when she entered her room was to find her overalls before disappearing into the Golden Space.

Inside the space, she saw the piece of land she had been working hard on previously and the crops seemed to have matured.

So, she was faced with another round of harvesting.

Feeling a bit competitive and wanting to prove to the system that she wasn’t lazy, Diamond outdone herself in the space.

She harvested everything, sorted everything in the unending baskets, which continued to appear in the barn and planted a new batch of crops and vegetables.

Looking at the mountains of crops she could never finish, her temples started throbbing.

’What am I going to do with all this?’ she couldn’t help but wonder.

Unfortunately, her head wasn’t thinking too straight, so she quickly set the worry aside to ponder over it later when she was done with her work.

She drank the spiritual water, and all the fatigue was gone instantly. Feeling refreshed once again, Diamond practised all of her martial arts until her body was numb.

Noticing that she couldn’t do anything further, she dragged her recovering body to the tub, which had water filled in it already. She got rid of the dirty overalls before climbing into the tub, where she soaked herself for a while.

Unknowingly, she drifts off to sleep like the last time. Her face looked relaxed, with no tension visible on her face, and another strange phenomenon seemed to be happening around her once again.

Small white particles could be seen emerging from everywhere in the space. All of them were rushing in one direction, the place where Diamond was currently sleeping peacefully without any worry in the world.

The small white particles, after reaching her, danced around her like invisible small fairies before hurrying into her body, getting easily absorbed in her body.

More and more of the particles sped to her and her body seemed to be like an endless devourer, and it continued to absorb more and more of these white particles.

After a long time, the white particles were no more and peace returned to the space.

An hour or so later, Diamond was roused from her sleep after her bladder started complaining.

Faced with such a situation, even if she didn’t want to wake up, she was forced to wake up in the end.

Diamond groggily opened her eyes with a yawn as she stretched her arms while lying in the tub.

When all the sleepiness had vanished, she looked around to check where she was and saw that she was in the tub and in the place; she wasn’t surprised anymore.

The last time she slept peacefully inside and apart from her body getting some embarrassing changes and more impurities cleared out, there didn’t seem to be anything dangerous happening to her.

But still, it didn’t hurt to be thorough.
