Chapter 238: Chapter 236: FRIN SOCIAL CLUBS 4

"Do you mind if I go home and sleep on it? LEGANTE’ sounds very interesting but without all the information on the table, I am afraid I can’t rush to give you an answer!" taking into consideration what Andrea had warned her earlier, Diamond could only say that to Raize.

Raize heaved a sigh of relief upon hearing that. At least it wasn’t a straight rejection like what happened with the Gardenia club.

"Okay, you can take your time. If you don’t mind, how about we exchange contact details?" Raize suggested with a smile on her face, full of hope that good news might visit her anytime soon.

"Sure. I can do that!" adding one more person to her contact list wasn’t a bad thing after all.

"Thanks," Raize smilingly said, all gloominess nowhere to be found.

The two exchanged and saved each other’s numbers before Diamond decided to know more about Raize.

Selena didn’t talk much about her sister, but now that the other was in front of her, she was curious.

"So, Raize, what do you do for a living? As far as I am concerned, Selena is an author. Are you also in the same industry?"

"Haha, as if I could understand what to think and write like that girl. I don’t have such creativity as Lena to put thoughts into life, but I do own a small business, if I might say."

"Oh! What kind of business?" Diamond became interested upon hearing that.

Raize, seeing Diamond’s eyes lighting up like that, she knew that they were finally talking about something that Diamond was interested in.

And since Diamond was willing to listen to her, why not go ahead and satisfy her curiosity?

"I ..."

Listening to others talking about their careers was literally a wonderful thing. It wasn’t every day that she got to hear such great endeavors, after all.

Raize owned an interior designing business, a property management business and a traveling agency business.

When Diamond heard about those three, she couldn’t help but gawk at Raize, wondering where the word small was being used when Raize claimed that she was a small business owner.

Looking at Raize, who took a double major and majored in business management and design at school, Diamond was filled with envy.

She wasn’t a studious person and struggled so much just to get a degree and yet other people were so courageous to do double majors at once. Just how intelligent was she?

She listened with envy as Raize talked about her business, but after setting aside their differences in studies, Diamond found herself liking Raize a lot.

Her businesses were so good, only if she didn’t have Andrea, she would have found her services quite helpful.

But talking about property management, with where she was going, she had an inkling that she might be using Raize services any time soon.

So, she made sure to commit to memory of what Raize could do so that in the future she would use her services.

Diamond didn’t forget to check Raize’s Quetube channel, which was where she posted most of the videos taken during travels or the places which her agency was in charge of.

She was going to check it out later.

After discussing Raize’s business, it was a must for Diamond to reciprocate, so she shared the businesses that Selena at least knew, which were the farm and the charity foundation.

"Oh, my goodness! You own the DIAMOND OF HOPE Foundation?" Raize exclaimed in surprise when she heard that.

She couldn’t believe that she was actually sitting with the owner of the famous foundation which had caused waves last year.

No wonder why her little sister was talking about how Diamond could be the richest person she had ever seen. With so much money to splurge, no wonder why she wasn’t interested in small clubs like Gardenia.

She was already loaded, so when would she have time to play?

"Haha, is it that great? I am just doing some small deeds every day. You know karma!" she shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly as if it was nothing, but the smug and proud smile on her face said it all.

Raize didn’t mind her expression at all, as she was simply in awe of Diamond’s deeds.

"You are truly one of a kind. I am not flattering you or anything, but you deserve all the praise. To think that in nine months, you guys won three awards. When had other charities seen something like that?"

Talking about her charity, Diamond couldn’t be any prouder. In nine months, her foundation managed to do a lot of things many big and older charities failed to do.

In less than a year, her foundation spent around thirty million, including salaries and everything, and that wasn’t something that any Tom or Dick could do.

She had money and a lot of it to spare, but what about them?

"Honestly, my company once donated to your foundation around October, if I am not mistaken. I was amazed by how transparent you guys are. And now that I see you, I am even more convinced. But Diamond, can you tell me how you do it? It’s not easy to run such a big charity spending so much like that?" Raize asked curiously and worriedly as she pondered how she could manage.

With the way the foundation was spending like a prodigal son, Raize was now worried that her little sister’s big sister from another mother might go broke and that would break Lena’s heart.

When Diamond heard that, she had a feeling that she would get such a question. In fact, it wasn’t only Raize who was curious, but a lot of people as well.

Where were they getting the money and who owned the charity organization and all that?

"Hehe, actually you can say it’s a secret and yet at the same time, it isn’t." She grinned as she thought of the method, she had been using all these months. "Let’s just say that my stock broker is very good at his job. All I did was invest some of the capital I injected in the foundation and that money had been multiplying on its own until now."

That was actually the truth. After all, ever since she got Andrea, Andrea had been trading for her until this very date, so money wasn’t an issue for her.

"Sssss ...." she hissed with shock, surprised by how one could make so much money like that by just trading. "You aren’t pulling my leg?"

"Hehe, why should I play with you? Are you interested?" Diamond asked amusingly, throwing a bet.

How was she supposed to promote her trading company without someone to act as a mouthpiece?
