The corners of his lips were curled and his whole body oozed that, ’I am happy,’ kind of vibe as his gaze was fixated on the tablet screen.

Playing on the screen was a livestream he accidentally came across after a certain friend of his posted the link on his moments.

Curious to see what his friend was up to and what kind of beauty would make his friend recommend a streamer to them, he clicked on the link.

And from that moment, which was an hour ago until now, he hadn’t moved from the sofa a bit as he became fully engrossed with what he was seeing.

Although his heart ached to see her working so hard like that, he was happy to see her happy.

He could tell that she was doing everything of her free will and the twinkle in her eyes was enough for him to know that she was enjoying every moment.

And when he thought of the day, he would be seeing her, he was filled with anticipation.

As Kian thought of his twin brother who would only be joining them after the New Year, he was very happy.

If Sullivan wasn’t his brother, he would have killed the other for sleeping with his woman on the first day that they met.

But when he thought of how Sullivan was his brother and also just like him, head over heels with Diamond, he could only tolerate it.

It’s been pretty hectic for him. He had been working non-stop, and all was for them to rest properly once the movie was done shooting.

Sullivan watched as the two actors quickly collected themselves, making them as if they weren’t the same people just acting so emotionally a while ago.7

"We are done with today’s scenes! You may all pack up and do whatever you want!"

The director addressed everyone on the set.

"Aren’t we working tomorrow?" someone curiously asked and Sullivan looked at that person, wondering if she was new or just being willful.

The director looked in the direction of the person that just spoken but unlike what Sullivan expected; the director didn’t get mad but softly responded.

"We will be working tomorrow. We will only rest on the first and continue. So go and get ample rest. We have a lot of things to do!" the director explained.

Sullivan sighed dejectedly. It would have been great if they could rest tomorrow. This way, he would have time to flirt and play with his girl and bother his brother for a while.

Unfortunately for him, there was still no time to rest. Even if they were to rest on New Year, he still wouldn’t be able to be with his loved ones.

How could he be at ease and be happy when it wasn’t looking so well for him like that?

Anyway, life still goes on. So, when the director announced that they could leave, Sullivan didn’t waste his time by staying. It was already around three in the afternoon and getting a good rest would do him good.

He had repeatedly seen that Diamond was online and, as much as he wanted to watch and see her, Sullivan curbed his desire. But now that he was home, he just couldn’t wait to see her.

Moments later, Diamond appeared on the screen and the girl didn’t disappoint.

’I see you nearly every day and yet I just can’t seem to get enough of you!’ he longingly thought as he looked at Diamond, who was all smiles as she was busy cooking fried rice.

Sullivan began to scroll through the comments to see what his dear had been up to, and he was astonished by what Diamond had achieved in several hours.

The girl seemed to be so serious about staying in the kitchen that she had been cooking since morning.

Not only did she serve breakfast to her family and continue cooking, but she also served them with lunch.

And now she was in the middle of preparing the food for the feast. The Christmas Eve’s feast and it seemed that she had prepared several dishes already.

There was the boiled stuffed chicken, which caused a lot of noise among the viewers, but once the chicken was out of the pressure cooker, all the noise quieted down.

She prepared the four salads, which were safely stored in the fridge. Then there were three types of freshly made juice she also prepared for her family.

She roasted a fat duck which was happily waiting to be eaten in the oven, a dark forest, one-tier cake, baked potatoes, creamy samp, the fried rice that was currently cooking and the vegetables that she was in the middle of cutting.

She had prepared so much and knowing that she had worked so hard for her family; he was envious

If he was also there, wouldn’t he be eating what she had cooked?

Who knows if she would be cooking by the time that he and his brother visit her?

Since he couldn’t openly be with Diamond, he decided to support her.
