She Asks for a Divorce Again -
Chapter 279: Dispute
Chapter 279: Chapter 279: Dispute
Shen Heyu let out a groan from her mouth, sounding incredibly hot and provocative, like a newborn cub scratching someone’s heart with its tiny paws.
It was itchingly unbearable.
"I feel really uncomfortable..." Shen Heyu struggled, trying to break free from Pei Yansi’s restraint, especially his hands that held her wrists with incredible strength. She simply couldn’t struggle free.
Pei Yansi looked at the driver in front, who had rushed when he came, and this car had no partition.
He furrowed his brows tightly and sat next to Shen Heyu, saying to her, "Let’s talk when we get back, just bear with it a bit."
After speaking, he watched the vehicles behind through the rearview mirror, noticing that Zhao Jing and others had all boarded their cars, and that Shen Jiangli hadn’t followed, before telling the driver to start the car.
This time, regardless of the outcome, none of them had won. Because he failed to keep an eye on Heyu, and Shen Jiangli’s plan hadn’t succeeded.
What was important was that afterwards, he would make Shen Jiangli pay the price tenfold, a hundredfold. Since Shen Jiangli dared to target Shen Heyu and covet his woman, Pei Yansi could not possibly let this go no matter what.
Even if Shen Jiangli had stooped so low as to do such despicable things to Shen Heyu.
The more Pei Yansi thought about it, the angrier he got, looking at the woman beside him, her face flushed with desire, making him even more upset.
This woman was just so disobedient; if she had been more compliant and not gone to see Han Manyin, none of this would have happened.
However, when he met Shen Heyu’s dewy eyes, all of Pei Yansi’s anger vanished, and even his temper dissipated instantly.
Facing her like this, he simply couldn’t get angry, nor did he have the heart to be angry with her.
Over an hour later, the car finally stopped beneath Shen Heyu’s apartment building.
Shen Heyu was unbearably agitated, almost climbing onto Pei Yansi like a lizard, wrapping herself around him.
Of course, Pei Yansi wouldn’t refuse her; her closeness was hard for him, and he suddenly felt somewhat sordid about himself.
To feel desire towards her like this.
But on second thought, she was his wife, wasn’t that quite normal? He carried her out of the car, using his suit jacket to cover her face and her disheveled clothes from anyone’s sight, before entering the elevator.
Their odd posture drew quite a few curious gazes along the way, but Pei Yansi seemed to notice no one, oblivious to all.
Yet, Shen Heyu in his arms, unable to bear it, occasionally let out low moans, attracting meaningful looks from passersby.
Once back home, it was lunchtime; their daughter had already eaten and was napping in her room.
Pei Yansi was determined, this time to truly punish Shen Heyu. Hence, he carried her into their master bedroom, carefully locking the door to ensure their daughter wouldn’t accidentally come in.
He placed Shen Heyu on the bed and hurriedly began to undress her.
At this point, she couldn’t care less about anything, offering no resistance, instead responding to him.
Pei Yansi found her initiative extremely gratifying, although it wasn’t her intention, but he was still pleased.
Soon, the room filled with the sounds of a man’s heavy breathing and a woman’s sobs.
...
After it was over, Shen Heyu was completely drained of strength, merely at the mercy of Pei Yansi’s manipulation.
It was evening already, winter with no sunlight, and unbeknownst when, it had started snowing outside. Amidst the flurry of snowflakes, Pei Yansi finally let go of Shen Heyu, holding her in his arms, and breathed heavily into her ear:
"Do you realize your mistake now?"
He wanted her to admit her wrongs. After all, he had risked himself for her, putting himself directly in danger.
If he hadn’t arrived in time, he really didn’t want to think about what could have happened next.
The wound on his shoulder still hurt; it had only been treated simply, and the gauze wrapped around it was soaked red with blood seeping through.
He lay beside Shen Heyu, panting heavily, his strength drained—not from exhaustion, but from the pain in his shoulder. If he hadn’t been injured, he would definitely have continued to rigorously test her.
Shen Heyu, within his arms, said weakly, "I’m not wrong..."
She wouldn’t bow her head to him.
She believed she hadn’t done anything wrong; even if there was a mistake, it was Shen Jiangli’s fault. She had just trusted the wrong person.
Pei Yansi, of course, knew that he couldn’t place the blame on Shen Heyu, the victim. However, her refusal to listen to him and her insistence on meeting Han Manyin were mistakes in his eyes.
He lowered his head and kissed the corner of Shen Heyu’s lips, saying, "I told you not to go, but you still went. Not listening to me, not behaving. Is that not wrong?"
Shen Heyu bit her lip and didn’t speak.
She knew that even though what she did wasn’t fundamentally wrong—as she had no absolute obligation to obey Pei Yansi—it was indeed terrifying to think what might have happened if he hadn’t arrived in time.
Her silence was, to Pei Yansi, an admission of guilt in its own way. But her personality prohibited her from bowing down to him.
Pei Yansi sighed internally, reached out gently to stroke Shen Heyu’s hair, and tenderly said, "Will you be a bit more obedient from now on, okay?"
His tone was almost pleading.
He was genuinely worried that if Shen Heyu disobeyed again and faced such situations, what would happen if he wasn’t able to rescue her.
Considering how Shen Jiangli had behaved today, he wouldn’t let things go easily. Such incidents were bound to happen again.
Shen Heyu didn’t respond, but she snuggled deeper into his embrace.
This actually served as her response through action.
Pei Yansi felt warmth in his heart; he patted her shoulder, comforting her, "I’ll be here for you in the future. I won’t leave you so easily."
Shen Heyu, hearing his tender words, felt her heart stir.
She knew that no matter what, she had to thank him this time. Moreover, he had gotten injured because of her.
She then took the initiative to show her concern, asking, "Does it still hurt?"
Her hand gently touched Pei Yansi’s shoulder, feeling his body heat through the bandaged wound.
"It doesn’t hurt," Pei Yansi said, holding Shen Heyu tight. His wound split open slightly, oozing some blood, yet he seemed not to feel the pain.
Shen Heyu felt a mix of awe and fear.
She quickly said, "You shouldn’t move anymore."
Pei Yansi nodded. Touched by Shen Heyu’s gentle manner, his body responded. He lowered his head with a deep, wolfish gaze and asked, "Does it still hurt?"
While speaking, his hands started to wander restlessly. Despite their recent intimacy, Shen Heyu’s soft demeanor was stirring him up like a young boy.
Shen Heyu, who had taken the medicine given by Shen Jiangli, was no longer in discomfort. She simply shook her head earnestly.
