"We never skimp on the quality of our jewelry, so we can’t really offer discounts," the salesgirl explained, looking a little troubled. "Oh, if you are a professionist and have a 3rd rank or higher professionist certificate, we can give you a 10% discount. This is our way of showing respect to the Temple."

Long Kongkong’s eyes lit up. "So I can get a discount if I have a relationship with the Temple? What if I have a higher rank? Would I get a bigger discount?"

The salesgirl smiled. "That would depend on just how high rank you are." As she looked at him as if he were still a child, she believed it to be unlikely that he could have a high rank. Seeing the shining Space Ring on his hand, the salesgirl was stunned, her smile transforming.
