Chapter 390: Chapter 290: No Need to Do It Yourself

Sean finished writing the characters and left them there.

Mr. Clark glanced at the characters Sean wrote, but didn’t pay much attention.

After all, Sean was called over to look mainly to get out of his surrounded predicament. Mr. Clark really didn’t think Sean could actually write those rusty characters.

However, the characters did look quite familiar.

Just now, the Old Master also came forward to see what Sean had written, and then shook his head:

"What is this? It looks like a ghost drawing."

Since the Old Master didn’t give face, Sean didn’t care. In this era, respecting the old and loving the young is a virtue. The Old Master was almost ageless, so Sean didn’t dare to confront him. If anything went wrong, there would be no reason left.

Sean didn’t stay long, mainly to see the results of the year. The experts saw his face and got to know him, and they stopped trying to pull him away.

Seeing that they were still busy studying, Sean quietly left, greeted Joseph Davis and Little Li, and then took Elijah and the other two out of the museum and checked into a Five-Star Hotel.

In the suite room, Sean called the three of them together and asked:

"I plan to find the mastermind and get revenge. Any suggestions?"

Elijah thought for a while and said:

"I guess it’s most likely the accomplices of the two Jewish guys. We just don’t have their information, so we can’t find their hideout. It’s doable, but very difficult."

Sean had the same idea.

Those who could find someone to assassinate his family members must be accomplices of Heine and the others.

The opponent must have no evidence, but for such things, suspicion is enough.

Sean was just suspicious, so he was convinced it was them, and naturally, he wanted to retaliate.

Otherwise, living in fear every day, how could one live a normal life?

He was fine because he had three bodyguards with him.

Not for his family. He could hire similar people, but they would never agree.

So the best way was to solve the problem at its source.

Douglas suddenly said:

"Boss, if you don’t mind spending money, this problem is easy to solve."

"What?" Sean didn’t expect him to come up with this and immediately asked, "What’s your idea?"

Douglas laughed:

"They can issue a Dark Flower, and you can too, boss! Just state their characteristics and put up a Dark Flower on the dark web, and spend ten to twenty million dollars. Maybe you can bring down their whole organization!"

Sean’s eyes lit up: this idea was not bad!

Although, it certainly wasn’t as simple as that, but if they followed this path, he was sure they could succeed.

"It’s just that this idea requires specific information about the other party." Lincoln added, "Otherwise, if someone just kills a random person claiming to be from the other party’s organization, it’ll be more troublesome."

Elijah nodded and said:

"Yes, we need reliable intelligence sources."

Their three gazes all fell on Sean. They didn’t have any specific intelligence sources, so it was up to Sean.

Sean pondered for a moment and thought of a person.

Robert.

Of all the people he knew, only this mysterious guy might be able to help him in this regard.

Of course, under the premise of having money.

Sean looked at the time, and it was still evening in New York, so the timing was off.

He patiently waited until 9 pm, then immediately made a phone call to Robert.

"Sean, I’m really surprised to receive your call! I thought you would never have any more cooperation opportunities with me."

Robert’s words were a bit sour, but Sean could understand.

He had made a big splash in the treasure hunt. He didn’t forget Old John either, always bringing him some gifts whenever he returned from his treasure hunts.

Old John didn’t care about the money itself, but he attached great importance to these thoughts.

But Robert was different. He was a friend and trading partner that Sean had known since he started from humble beginnings.

In theory, Robert should be Sean’s most reliable collaborator.

But not now.

Mainly because Sean’s positioning of Robert was like a private detective combined with an assassin.

He wasn’t needed for treasure hunts!

No, now he was needed.

"Robert, I’ve always considered you my friend." Sean said sincerely, "Now I need your help. This is a big deal!"

"Big deal? How big?" Robert suddenly got excited.

Even the landlord’s family was running out of food. He had many people to support and places to spend money, otherwise, he would have earned tens of thousands of dollars from Sean earlier.

So when he heard Sean mention a big deal, he didn’t complain and got even more excited.

"One hundred million US dollars!" Sean said fiercely, daring to touch his family, he would root them out!

"What?" Robert was taken aback, "That big? What kind of business is it?"

His excitement grew, thinking that if he could succeed, wouldn’t his organization suddenly rise?

"Someone has targeted my family, opened a Dark Flower, and sent an assassin to my house! I want to find out their information, and then spend 100 million US dollars to uproot their organization!"

"You have to have some basic information, right?" Robert was no longer excited but instead planned to take the 100 million dollars for himself!

There were quite a few people in his organization who could carry out actions, so it was just a matter of going abroad!

Sean briefly told Robert about Heine, David, and their doings.

Robert hesitated a bit.
