Hello everyone!!

("Mom!!")

("....!!")

(Mom!)

(Are you okay?!)

(Does it hurt...?)

"Ah, yes, I'm better now, don't worry, everything's fine, everything's fine."

(Are you sure...?)

(... Mom)

(.......)

What am I doing now?

That's an excellent question, dear reader!

And the answer to that question is.... I'm comforting the straw dolls, Silver, and Goldie, of course!

Why am I doing this and why is this happening?

Well, to answer that, I'll remind you that I had some kind of astral journey (maybe) where I faced the possibility of returning to the hell that was being in the "abyss" once more, something I'll NEVER DO AGAIN!

How bad can it be there?

HORRIBLE!!

Or rather, had I never explained what it felt like to be there?

.... I guess I'll have to explain it, right?

Haa... Well, so be it, although personally, I'd prefer to forget everything and quietly eat my emergency ice cream... But considering I'm giving it to a somewhat agitated Echidna, who's calmly eating it there, I guess I have no other choice, especially seeing how the city looked when I woke up.

"How did it look?"

Ahaha.... It's better not to know... Seriously, for everyone's mental well-being, it's better to look away from what happened, please (escapism).

Ahem, but let's get back to the topic I really want to forget and sadly can't!

Stop dragging this out?

How dare you say I'm dragging it out! That's defamation!!

.... Ugh... Alright, alright... I admit I was prolonging it, so don't look at me like that, I'll start explaining, okay?

Let's see... Where do I begin...? Oh, I got it! I'll start with the sensation and how it felt.

First, imagine your entire existence being stripped from its casing in a place where there's no weight, no touch, or any kind of sensation, yet somehow, you still retain your perception of the environment, which in turn is a void similar to the very absence of everything.

Although logically you shouldn't be able to see without eyes, or hear without ears, or even feel without touch, somehow you are still capable of doing so. Perhaps the closest explanation would be to be a consciousness, omniscient and omnipresent within that space where you were unable to do anything.

Being a consciousness, I was incapable of moving, speaking, or even performing any action other than thinking, stranded in the depth of non-existence where there were no reference points, no up or down, no left or right, where infinity stretched in all directions, being a vastness that cannot be crossed or manipulated, forced to be an impotent observer of absolute nothingness where an instant could last an eternity or an eternity could vanish in a mere blink that, ironically, I was incapable of giving....

Haaaa.... Uuuff.... I'm sorry, I'm getting depressed, but basically what I mean is that in that place, time, space, and even reality itself seemed to lack any meaning.

"Nothing changed, nothing began, nothing ended, and everything remained the same in what felt like a cursed eternity!"

<"Breathe slowly, you're hyperventilating!">

("Calm down.")

(".....")

(It's over...)

(It's okay.)

(Happy place!)

"... Inhale... Exhale... Uuf... I'm sorry about that... And thank you."

Ahem... I apologize for that interruption, but let's continue!

Since I don't want to dwell on the traumas, I'd prefer to change the subject. In fact, you all want to change the subject too, right?! (escapism)

Perfect!!

Then let's immediately move on to the topic of how I discovered how to complete this plot to escape!

You see, it turns out that that strange vision I suffered recently, or rather, what I considered recent by my standards, although in reality it seemed like 2 weeks had passed during which I was unconscious, holding the doll I had finished sewing the whole time... You know, just ignore that last part, please, because ever since I had that dream, strangely, the "feminine" impulses I was experiencing mysteriously disappeared, although at the same time my body started moving as if it had a will of its own sometimes, which is why I can't let go of this doll even if I want to!

Doesn't that mean this body has a soul?

Well, the truth is, I started wondering that when I first arrived in this world, knowing that this body seemed to have a life of its own before I got here; however, Echidna said that was impossible, as she hadn't sensed any extra presence or soul since I arrived, so trusting Echidna, I assumed it might just be an empty shell for the reader, which in this case was me.

.... But given the current situation, I'm not so sure anymore, which frankly is a little scary.

Is it not possible that Echidna was wrong?

To answer that, I must ask you one thing: if before you stood an existence that has lived for eons, with knowledge of all kinds of supernatural subjects like the soul, and who has helped you countless times to avoid death, would you distrust them?

Because I wouldn't!!

After all, I completely trust Echidna to the point of betting my life—I'm her "companion" for a reason!

"Are you blushing...?"

<".... It's nothing.">

.... Well, setting aside Echidna's rarely shown shy reaction to get back to the point.

After deciding that I had to get out of this world as soon as possible and guided by the vision I saw as my only clue, I went to search in the same place where my medallion basically reacted, emitting what, according to Echidna and the others, was a ray of light. I was able to find a skin suit on the floor exactly like the one in my vision...

Honestly, all this just makes me suspect more and more what this medallion does or why it reacted that way, but having no clues and literally being unable to take it off when I transform into a magical girl, I decided to do the most logical thing:

"Interrogate the damn Bear Fairy about this!"

After all, if anyone knows or can at least give some clue related to magical girls, it must be the Bear Fairy or well, any fairy in general (I hope).

But let's get back to the topic once more!

If there's one thing I learned last time in a literary world, it's that the answer to completing the plot can be totally different from what I initially thought or what it seemed at first.

But considering that last time I was still able to complete the plot by awakening Lethe, breaking her curse in a different way than required, it means I can make "arrangements" as long as they lead to completing the plot!

So with that logic, I tried to return the "princess" to her original state, which... sadly didn't work... Why?!

I didn't really understand it at first, but after asking Echidna, she revealed that it was now more like an artifact, just an empty shell that needs a user...

Maybe I should give it to someone worthy of ruling?

".... Mmm... I really don't know... What should I do?"

<"You've already completed the plot, you know?">

"Huh...?"

But while I was wondering what to do, Echidna came out to give extremely important information, late again, which at this point no longer surprises me... Did you think I'd say that?!

"EXPLAIN, PLEASE..."

<"First put down the frying pan (Antonio) before explaining...">

Repressing my frustration, I decided to put Antonio down for now and listen, discovering that at some point, while everything was being destroyed by the "hysterical" attack suffered by Echidna, Silver, Goldie, and the other straw dolls, the plot was completed, allowing me to leave at any moment, but since Echidna was worried about my unconscious situation, she decided to keep us here using her power.

.... Okay, that explains why she ate so many liters of my precious emergency ice cream without leaving anything.

Oh, and in case you're wondering how Echidna and the others calmed down if they were so angry they lost their minds, I'll tell you that it was again the medallion's fault, which seems to have released a kind of song when I started to wake up.

..... I increasingly wonder what the hell this thing does the more I learn about what it caused.

So, knowing everything that happened and the potential blame that would fall on me if I stayed, I decided to leave everything in the hands of my loyal "commanders" for the reconstruction and care of the "princess's" skin suit, leaving them to lead wisely... Although in the process, they asked why I wasn't governing, to which I had to give a convincing answer (excuse) saying how I would lose my abilities to be reborn as someone completely different or something like that, so I would have to start from scratch. So I couldn't govern!

I ended up saying an elaborate "see you later" while Echidna stopped keeping us in this world, finally returning me home...

"Help, boss!!"

"I just got back, damn it!"

...Where only more problems awaited me... Haa... I want a vacation...
