It’s like it’s eating nutrient solution as if it’s rice. I was picturing it helping promote my Battle Pet Center. I sure hope it doesn’t develop any issues from overeating."

Gutan went on muttering. As the owner of a battle pet farm, he knew very well the effects of nutrient solutions. However, he didn’t expect that the flying pet which just won the fight could consume such an amount. This was beyond his expectations and commonsense.

Daphne didn’t offer an explanation to his confusion and seeing this, Gutan reluctantly chose not to press further.

There were no disagreements among them about whether to continue to fight for Gutan’s breeding farm in the future. Jia Yan needed to stay here to gain more nutrient solutions in order to continue his recovery. Daphne, despite her inscrutable demeanor, did not oppose the idea. Her aim was definitely beyond this, but they had no clue about what it was at that moment!

As these people walked out of the War Pet Arena, two net-like creatures who were in the audience previously also left their seats. They lowered their hats and their cold expressions were clear as they left the arena.

It didn’t take long for the two critters to catch up with the Mosquito’s group.

However, they didn’t try to get close, but were dragging along far behind them, using their special talents. Even Jia Yan was unable to realize that these two creatures were tracking them from such a distance. They headed towards Gutan’s Battle Pet Center without displaying any peculiar behaviors.

Midway to their destination, the lead rat monster gave a squeaky greeting to the other one. However, the one next to him showed a flicker of hesitation in his eyes...

The rat monster following him, helplessly and only after one last deep look at their leader, leapt forward hastily!

The rat monster that had been leading previously was now left behind alone.

Jia Yan and Daphne were traveling by themselves down the road.

Gutan went to that so-called Battle Pet Center to buy some nutrient solutions for the pets, also to report the scores. They both headed towards Gutan’s Beast-Battling Breeding Farm. They didn’t care much about the battling pets. This matter was no longer on the same "level" for them. Even Daphne, with her bare hands and as long as her brainwave power was present, could easily utilize her brainwave power to destroy these so-called battle pets!

Even the battling pets, concerning this city, to the entire Auster civilization, or to say more broadly, all the interstellar civilizations, are completely meaningless!

Maybe only those pursuing wealth would want such battle pets as their pets. Among these so-called battle pets, there is no way that true powerhouses would appear. Truly formidable fighting life-forms, even if they are created by various civilizations, will start to possess normal identities after demonstrating their power. Some beings with not so low intelligence could, due to their strength, acquire citizenship of their respective civilizations. This is why many civilizations have such diverse life-forms. Battle pets in battles can never be the protagonists. They are only a part of the regular entertainment.
