"Yes, I think that’s a good idea," Arabella quickly turned around.

She immediately felt better when she was not looking at his bath.

Ferdinand guided her to his inner bedroom next.

"This is my bedroom. You can rest here while we wait for the food," Ferdinand said.

Arabella looked around his room and it was also designed simply.

"It’s simple but it’s comfortable," Ferdinand said, thinking she might not like the design because she did not comment at all.

"Yes, comfort is indeed the priority. The design is simple but elegant. It has its own charm," Arabella praised. It was to assure her husband. Of course, she was not lying either.

Ferdinand then checked the bed, seats, and couch, and when he was sure everything was clean, he said, "You may sit where you want or look around the room. I’ll just go get changed as well."

"Oh, yes. Go on. Don’t worry about me," Arabella replied, and Ferdinand then left her in his inner room.

Of course, she did not simply sit around.

She looked around the room and walked to the bedside table that had something in it.

"This was my hairpin and bracelet two years ago!"

Arabella gasped as she finally saw for herself what Alwin had told her about.

Ferdinand still had his keepsakes of her when they met when she was sixteen.

She thought he was Sir Elmir back then, and he asked for her broken hairpin when she told her maid to dispose of it.

Out of guilt for giving someone a broken hairpin, Arabella gave him one of the bracelets she was wearing.

And now, both are resting here in Ferdinand’s room in perfect condition as if the years had not passed.

They still looked good as new, and her broken hairpin was even fixed.

She could see the magic barrier around them, so she did not dare touch it.

It warmed her heart to see these again. This solidified Alwin’s claim that Ferdinand liked her way before their marriage.

Of course, she had also heard from their thoughts that all of it was true.

It was just that, seeing these still here, reminded her of how Ferdinand cherished her. It was to the point that he kept these keepsakes as treasures.

She wanted to hug Ferdinand and kiss him, but he was not back yet, so she explored his room a bit more.

She checked the balcony and it also receives a lot of sunlight, just like hers.

When Ferdinand was not back yet, she sat on his bed. Her bed was much softer than his, but his bed was wider.

She noticed that one of the books in the bookshelf near his bed seemed to have been read recently since it was not fully put back properly, probably so he could continue reading it.

Arabella pulled it out and decided to read it, curious about what kind of books Ferdinand would read in his free time, for them to be placed in his bedroom.

"This is!!!"

Arabella blushed as she skimmed through the book.

It was one of the "educational books" she had heard from Ferdinand’s thoughts that Raymond had been procuring for him from who knows where.

"What else had he been reading about aside from this?"

Arabella glanced at the door, and since Ferdinand was still nowhere, she pulled out more books from one layer of the shelf to another.

All the books were related to love, marriage, and how to please a woman, not just on dates but also in bed.

She thought there would be other books here; every single one she pulled out to check was all about those.

Her face was red as she continued to check from one book to another.

Somehow, the contents escalated from simply dating to marriage and various acts in bed.

"No wonder he learned so quickly, even if he said it was his first time. He had read this much about it," Arabella said as she checked more books.

Somehow, her curiosity was killing her since the acts in the books kept escalating, and she wanted to know what Ferdinand’s other fantasies she did not know about.

However, when she opened one of the books in the bottom shelf, she paled when she saw something she had never experienced before.

Something she would likely never want to try or experience.

"This is what they call a..."

She could not even say it.

"Don’t tell me! Does Ferdinand want to do this too?!!"

Arabella gasped in shock at the thought.

She skimmed through the pages, and there were instructions on how to do it so the partner would get used to it first, and it would not hurt.

The illustrations on it look like the couple was enjoying, but no way in hell.

With her ability, she had heard of various explicit things, and this was one of those.

She had heard of some who had experienced it, and they paled the instant it was mentioned.

She did hear about some men who preferred to be with other men doing it and enjoying it, but the ladies she had heard it from, as far as she knew, it hurt like hell.

’No way am I ever doing something so painful! Is Ferdinand planning to do this to me, too? It is included in his bookshelf, so he must have read it too, right? Is this one of his fantasies?! But I don’t think I could ever do it!’

Especially not with Ferdinand’s size. She might just die.

Arabella suddenly wondered if she had been making the right decisions in this life, too.

What if she and Ferdinand were compatible in most things but not when it came to sex?

Arabella gulped nervously at the thought.
