[Her Majesty knows about them? Then, what was that matter about being the Fairy Queen? Are they saying Her Majesty is not human as well?] Ivan and Ronald both wondered.

’I’m human and I don’t know anything about being the Fairy Queen and that’s exactly why I needed to speak with Alvis.’

"I will explain things later. For now, please excuse us, I must speak with our guest," Arabella repeated and headed to a guest room with Alvis, Rendell, and Rowan.

"Once again, I am Alvis of the Elves. I am honored and grateful to meet you, Empress Arabella, mate of the Great Primordial One," Alvis bowed politely after reintroducing himself when they were in the guest room.

Arabella wanted to tell Alvis not to bow since he was still the King of the Elves, only that his position for now was akin to a chief because of their low population.

However, she learned from Rendell and Rowan’s thoughts that even the kings of each kind must pay their respects to the Primordial Dragons and thus, even their mates.

It was because the Dragons had ruled over the long-lived races for a long time.

"I as well," Arabella responded.

"I am delighted I get to meet you first before the Overseer (Elrond) does. Thank you for accepting someone from the long-lived races as your husband," Alvis bowed again.

He figured that since Arabella was here, she was already informed about what she needed to know.

"Please, you don’t have to thank me like this. It was my own choice."

"But I must. And I am simply elated that another pair was successful. It’s hard to leave the past behind and accept our differences to be in a union like this."

Alvis replied with eyes that looked like he had seen too many had failed.

"Everyone was celebrating when we heard that the Great Primordial was accepted by his mate," he added with a smile.

"Everyone?" Arabella blinked repeatedly.

’When did they tell everyone and who did?’

She glanced at Rendell and Rowan, wordlessly asking who informed whom.

"It wasn’t us," they bowed and shook their head.

"It must have been His Majesty. He must have reported to the Overseer, the Celestial Primordial Dragon, King Elrond of Estrella," Raymond clarified.

"I see. But what does everyone mean?" Arabella inquired.

"When the Overseer received the information, all the leaders of each kind were informed. And of course, we informed all our kind and had a celebratory feast.

"Everyone was joyful about this development, and we all wish you both a happy and fruitful relationship. Everyone is looking forward to meeting you someday," Alvis related.

"Thank you. That’s overwhelming. I look forward to meeting everyone as well."

’Right. The dragons are so few and important, so these things are also announced to them,’ Arabella reminded herself.

In human terms, it was akin to receiving a marriage proposal.

So just like when her family accepted Ferdinand’s marriage proposal, it was announced to all of Valeria and Lobelius.

But this one was because she accepted to be Ferdinand’s mate, meaning to live here in Estrella in the future.

[We were all worried because of all the Primordial Dragons, he was the most disinterested in marriage and producing an heir even when the need arose.

[He didn’t find anyone interesting either even after the Oracle. But with how strong his scent and presence on her is, their relationship seems to be going well.

[He clearly cherishes her to have given her this much from the get-go.

[She won’t be able to change her mind after accepting this much mana from him. I could barely sense her being human with all his mana on her.] Alvis noted.

’Eh? Did Ferdinand give me too much?

’He does give me some of his mana every day.

’He said so my body would get used to it so there would be no problems once he would use his original body to sleep with me.’

Arabella had only ever made love with Ferdinand’s human body since doing it with him in his original body was apparently dangerous for her due to all his mana.

Exposure to too much could lead to her death, so Ferdinand was giving her some bit by bit for her to get used to it.

Only after she receives quite a lot from him to increase her mana levels and get used to his will it be possible for her to sleep with him in his original body.

Both Raymond and Alwin had warned her about it in case Ferdinand forgot out of longing and desire.

[Oh, and these are Alwin’s spells. I heard Alwin was quite rude to her before but if he had cast such spells on her, he seems to have taken a liking to her already.]

’Haha. He just caught me, so we are on a truce and had agreed to prevent the tragedy we both remember. But now, he’s not yet back,’ Arabella got depressed as she recalled Alwin was still missing.

"Oh, right. Something you told me earlier caught my interest. I would like to hear more about the Fairy Queen," Arabella wanted to know more about that.

But Alvis’ expression changed, so she quickly added, "You don’t have to if it’s a sensitive matter."

"It’s alright. I was the one who mentioned it first so you must be curious indeed.

"It’s just that thinking about her reminds me of one of my regrets. But it’s alright. It was a long time ago.

"We can speak about her."

Alvis took a deep breath to calm himself and smiled before talking about the said fairy.

"You look exactly like the late Fairy Queen.

"Except her eyes were the colors of the rainbow just like her wings.

"Ah, her hair is a different color too and she’s tiny," Alvis gave a measurement with his hand.

The Fairy Queen was just several inches tall.

’I see. So, fairies are small indeed,’ Arabella concluded.

"Would like to hear a story?"

"Yes, of course. If you are fine with it."

"The Fairy Queen and I were close friends.

"She’s akin to a sister to me.

"The fairies are kind and generous. They lived right beside our territory, and they always made our flowers bloom.

"I prefer trees, but their flowers are pleasing and invigorating to everyone."

Alvis’ eyes darted to the windows. He stared into the distance with nostalgia in his eyes.
