Chapter 132: Chapter 131 Niu Dali VS Three Big Fools [First Update] Request Subscription_1

Fighting spirit soared to the skies!

Qin Shou looked at Niu Dali with his bloodshot eyes and could only think that this guy either forgot his medicine last night or got his head squeezed by the doorframe this morning... Damn, that’s a pretty fresh and refined reason for a fight, utterly senseless... No, it was completely illogical, fighting for the sake of fighting!

With a reason like that, you could shock the Earthlings, beating the strongest reason from a Northeasterner: "What are you looking at?"

Qin Shou tugged at Niu Dali and said, "Calf, if you wanted to fight, why wait so many days?"

Niu Dali replied with a helpless expression, "How could I have known they would squat in the latrine for two days without coming out? They had diarrhea; I couldn’t take advantage of that. This kind of dodging tactic, it’s also frustrating for me."

Qin Shou imagined the grandeur of the three Big Fools with diarrhea, the sound of cannonade, and thought that if they fought at that moment... the image was too beautiful, he dared not even think about it.

Qin Shou looked at Niu Dali skeptically, seriously doubting that Niu Dali was actually afraid to start a war with them in that state.

Qin Shou said, "Calf, think it through, they have three people. If they play by themselves, it’s like playing mahjong missing a player, but if you join in, it becomes an enhanced version of ’Fight the Landlord’, three against one; can you handle it?"

Niu Dali tilted his head arrogantly and boasted, "In my eyes, nothing can block my path! Three of them... I’ll beat them all at once!"

Seeing Niu Dali’s incurable condition, Qin Shou knew he couldn’t hold back the bull, so he said, "Aren’t you afraid you might never come back?"

With a confident wave of his hand, Niu Dali responded, "We are classmates after all, they should show some mercy..."

The tone changed abruptly. Qin Shou nearly got thrown out of the metaphorical car window by Niu Dali’s sudden stop and curve. He cursed inwardly, what happened to the promised unreturnable journey? Indeed, there are too few fierce monkeys like Wukong...

However, Niu Dali was right about one thing, they were classmates, so at least they wouldn’t beat him to death...

Therefore, Qin Shou didn’t bother anymore and watched as Niu Dali marched off with his head held high and chest out.

Qin Shou sat in his seat, looking pitifully at Longhuai, asking, "Longhuai, you’re free anyway, how about we make a bet? Who do you think will win, Calf or the three Big Fools?"

Longhuai’s interest was piqued, but he quickly regained composure and cleared his throat before saying, "Betting is fine, but first you have to finish the test. Otherwise, no deal."

"Don’t be like that. Look, if I win the bet, you let me go, you help me with the answers. If you win, I will concentrate on my test, how about that?" Qin Shou said.

Longhuai rolled his eyes and responded, "Do I look like a fool to you? What benefit is that to me? Hurry up and do the test, and stop thinking about pulling stunts."

Seeing that Longhuai was indeed not as naive as he seemed, Qin Shou gave up and then asked, "What are we testing on?"

"This morning, the teacher taught us homophones with different characters. The teacher asked everyone to choose one sound, then write out nine homophones and explain them. Since the teacher is testing on this, it must be the topic. Rabbit, you can start on your test now," Longhuai said.

Upon hearing this, Qin Shou bit his pen and said, "Longhuai..."

Longhuai shook his head and looked at Qin Shou with an earnest gaze, saying, "It’s no use asking me, I won’t help you cheat."

Qin Shou shook his head and said, "Longhuai, that’s not what I meant..."

"So what are you trying to say? I know this might be a bit difficult for you, but I must remind you that if you can’t finish, I am absolutely not going to let you go. As an Immortal, the one thing I’m not short of is lifespan. We can sit here forever, look at the moon, admire the flowers or whatever... Hey... Rabbit, what are you doing?!" Longhuai was really getting into his monologue when suddenly he noticed the rabbit had jumped up, dragging a stool and staring at him.

Qin Shou said, "Shut up, understand? All I want is a piece of paper to answer the questions, why are you blathering on?"

"Uh, you want to answer the questions? You know how?" Longhuai was astonished.

Qin Shou had black lines all over his forehead. Did this guy really have no faith in his ability to answer from the beginning?

School was out, everyone else had left, only Qin Shou remained... Now, Qin Shou couldn’t wait to get back home, and what’s more, he was keen to watch the fight between Niu Dali and the Three Big Fools. Since arriving in this world, he hadn’t seen a real magic battle yet. Wouldn’t it be a huge loss if he didn’t catch this one? He believed that this battle would definitely be more thrilling than the blockbusters from M Country—and the best part was, it was the premiere and he didn’t even need a ticket! If he could bring Chang’e along, he’d have a girl with him too. Where else could he find such an opportunity?

So, Qin Shou was in a real hurry. Who had time for Longhuai’s nonsense? He raised the stool high, ready to hit Longhuai if he didn’t stop talking.

Longhuai instantly took out a piece of paper from his bosom and placed it on the table.

"Where’s the ink?" Qin Shou was speechless. Everyone else’s desk had brush and inkstone ready, but his didn’t, and yet he was expected to answer questions? What was he supposed to answer with? Could he use the brush handle to scribble? Although pretty sturdy, the handle was so thin and light that he couldn’t help but mischievously imagine: even a girl would disdain it...

At least Qin Shou disdained it. It was too thin, lacked weight, and didn’t feel right in his hands. But for now, it would have to do.

Longhuai immediately produced some ink, and after Qin Shou had dipped into it, he remembered that he didn’t know how to write with a brush...

But he quickly put that concern out of his mind. After all, it was just writing. What’s there to not understand?

Longhuai, seeing that Qin Shou didn’t even know the proper way to hold a brush, shook his head slightly. But then, looking at the rabbit’s short claws, which also seemed incapable of holding a brush properly, he gave up on giving any pointers... Now, his only curiosity was whether the rabbit could actually come up with any answers.

Just as Longhuai was zoning out, the rabbit suddenly shouted and swiftly wrote down a character.

Before Longhuai had the chance to look, the rabbit cried out, "Bring the paper!"

Longhuai looked down and his eyes instantly went dark—this damn rabbit had taken up an entire paper to write just one character—Wheel!

Longhuai said, "Rabbit, you can write smaller."

Qin Shou indignantly replied, "I know how to write smaller, do I need to exert so much effort to write it so big? Waste of energy? Hurry up with the paper, you broke my train of thought. I’ll tell the teacher you’re disturbing my studies."

Longhuai rolled his eyes; he was completely done with this shameless damn rabbit.

But it looked like this was the only way forward...

So Longhuai kept passing over paper, and Qin Shou quickly wrote one big character after another. Although he didn’t know how to write with a brush, as long as he wrote big enough and spaced out the strokes, the shapes of the characters were still recognizable.

However, one paper for each character made Longhuai feel a bit pained—not to mention, it was very inconvenient to read.

All Longhuai saw was the rabbit writing swiftly; he arranged it quickly—by the end, he had no idea what the rabbit wrote!
