Chapter 336: Chapter 336: The Person You Like is Me
Milk tea must be selling well; there were a lot of people queuing at the door.
Standing at the back of the line, Tang Yu realized that Ye Sihan was also there to buy milk tea.
Before long, several young people had also joined the queue behind them.
Tang Yu was followed by a couple who noticed the tall and imposing figure of Ye Sihan and the petite, stunning woman he was protectively holding.
"So handsome, she must be his girlfriend," the woman whispered.
"Don’t look," the man said, covering her eyes.
"Then I’ll look at the beauty. The woman looks so familiar, doesn’t she?" the woman murmured again.
Tang Yu knew that even though she was not famous, her face as the second female lead in that popular drama was definitely familiar to many people.
Her body was hugged even tighter, her face almost pressed into Ye Sihan’s broad chest.
Then, Ye Sihan turned his head, sweeping his gaze over the couple behind them.
The couple, as if cleaved by a sharp blade, were frightened into silence, looking away.
What a terrifying gaze! Definitely not some big star!!
At last, it was Ye Sihan’s turn to order milk tea.
For about a minute, Tang Yu lifted her head from his chest and saw Ye Sihan staring coldly and indifferently at the list of milk tea options on the display.
As if frozen in place.
The staff member, a bit intimidated by his aura, asked cautiously, "Have you decided?"
"The signature one," he said.
"We have four kinds of signature milk teas; which one would you like?" the staff member asked again.
Ye Sihan looked down at Tang Yu, "Which one do you want to drink?"
"...Any is fine," said Tang Yu.
"Strawberry flavor," Ye Sihan said.
"Cold or hot?" the staff member asked.
"Hot," Ye Sihan said.
"Sweetness?" the staff member asked.
"What are the options?" Ye Sihan inquired.
"Regular sugar, half sugar, less sugar, no sugar," the staff member replied.
"Is regular sugar very sweet?" Ye Sihan asked.
"Some people like it; if you don’t like it too sweet, you can go for less sugar."
"Half sugar," Ye Sihan decided.
"Would you like to add any toppings?" the staff member inquired further.
Ye Sihan, thinking the order was finished and ready to pay, looked somewhat stiff. After hearing the staff list a few toppings, he chose crushed almonds.
The order took a full five minutes.
The couple behind them didn’t dare to make a peep, afraid to receive another metaphorical slice.
While waiting off to the side, Ye Sihan stood with his back to the milk tea shop, shielding Tang Yu securely in front of him.
From behind him, it looked as if he was alone.
Tang Yu hadn’t expected Ye Sihan to come and queue up for milk tea. In fact, even when she was out and about, she still felt enveloped by a shadow that wouldn’t disperse.
And Ye Sihan’s actions had nothing to do with her.
If she were by herself, she would have actually been thankful to him.
Once they had their milk tea in hand, they left the shop.
Tang Yu held the milk tea in one hand, while Ye Sihan pulled her with his other hand, leading her towards a store she might be interested in.
"Is it good?" Ye Sihan asked.
"Mhm," Tang Yu nodded.
"What does it taste like?" Ye Sihan asked again.
Before Tang Yu could answer, she saw Ye Sihan’s face move closer, biting her straw to sip the milk tea inside.
His dark eyes lifted, locking gazes at close range, while her expression appeared somewhat sluggish.
"A bit sweet," Ye Sihan straightened up.
Tang Yu looked down, not speaking.
"Let’s go find a place to sit."
In the elegant and quiet café by the street, Tang Yu sat by the window holding an unfinished milk tea, while Ye Sihan ordered himself a coffee and got Tang Yu a dessert.
Yet Tang Yu just kept staring at the streetscape, completely entranced.
"Ayu."
Tang Yu turned her face to meet Ye Sihan’s deep black eyes, "...What is it?"
"Feeling any better?"
"I am." Tang Yu replied, then picked up the little spoon in front of her and took a bite of the dessert.
However, her answer did not make Ye Sihan’s mood any better.
Ever since they left the house, no matter what he bought her, clothes, food, expensive or cheap, her expression remained composed.
What on earth does she want?
After a few bites of the dessert, Tang Yu put down the spoon, "Shall we go back? I’m tired."
"We’ll go back after eating."
"I’m not hungry."
"I am." Ye Sihan’s expression grew cold.
Tang Yu then fell silent.
They went to a high-end restaurant, which unlike before, was not cleared out and already had several tables occupied.
They didn’t go to a quiet private room either, just chose a spot near the floor-to-ceiling windows among the regular tables.
From the second floor, the pedestrians below were visible.
As well as the various neon lights on the streets.
The table was mostly filled with Tang Yu’s favorite dishes, but she had no appetite.
Having no appetite didn’t mean she was allowed not to eat, she had to eat anyway. Halfway through, her complexion drastically changed and she hastily ran to the washroom.
Upon entering the washroom, she immediately started throwing up into the sink.
"Ugh... Ugh..." She vomited everything she had eaten that night, even what she had for lunch came up.
Ye Sihan quickly caught Tang Yu’s collapsing body, his expression tense, "Ayu?"
Tang Yu looked at him weakly, then pulled away from his embrace and forced herself to stand upright, "I’m fine, I might have eaten too much."
Ye Sihan’s face turned stern, "Can you stop this now?"
"What?"
"You didn’t eat much, why are you throwing up? Are you doing this for my benefit?" Ye Sihan suppressed his irritation.
"I’m not, it’s just that my stomach feels upset." Tang Yu stepped back, still afraid of him.
"We’re going to the hospital." Ye Sihan grabbed her wrist and pulled her out of the washroom.
"I don’t want to go to the hospital, I’m fine." The hostility emanating from Ye Sihan made Tang Yu extremely anxious. She ran in front of him and threw herself into his arms, "I’m really better now, let’s not go to the hospital. Let’s go eat again, okay? I won’t throw up this time..."
Ye Sihan stood frozen, his breathing slightly rough.
Tang Yu’s proactive embrace seemed to have a strong magic, making him unable to move an inch.
Even though she was in his arms, it felt as if she was very far away, unreachable no matter how he tried.
What was this momentary panic about?
So when they got back home, Ye Sihan pressed Tang Yu against the wall beside the door and possessed her deeply.
Only then did he feel at ease.
"Ah... Ah..." Tang Yu arched her slender neck, covered in kiss marks, as if she were nailed to the wall, enduring the savagery of a beast.
"What exactly are you unhappy about, huh?" Ye Sihan poured all his strength into Tang Yu’s body—
"Ah! Mmm!" Tang Yu violently shook her head.
"Have I ever done this with another woman? Don’t say I let her touch me, even if I slept with her, you could only watch!"
"Eh ah!" Tang Yu gasped for air, her throat emitting sounds of breakdown and despair.
It wouldn’t happen again, never again, it doesn’t matter, any of it!
I shouldn’t care, I don’t deserve to, I’m overreaching myself, please let me go!
"The person you like is me, right?" Ye Sihan’s body fully pressed down—
"Ah!" Tang Yu couldn’t catch her breath, let alone speak.
The two faces, so close together, with his heavy breaths spilling onto her face.
"Answer me." Ye Sihan demanded obsessively, wanting to hear the answer come from her mouth.
