Chapter 332: Chapter 332: I’ll Sleep Here Tonight
Tang Yu saw him and unconsciously stepped back, her gaze guarded and frantic as she looked at him, "Why... why did you bring me here? I want to go back to Xibao’s room."
"Sleep here, I won’t touch you," Ye Sihan said as he took off his clothes and headed to the walk-in closet.
He didn’t seem worried that Tang Yu would run away.
Tang Yu stiffened, "No, I... I don’t want to sleep here, Ye Sihan, you can’t touch me."
"Shut up!" Ye Sihan halted his steps and turned to look at her, his black eyes growing cold.
Tang Yu bit her lip, her heart pounding uncontrollably.
As Ye Sihan approached, she instinctively retreated until she was against the bed and sat down with a plop.
Ye Sihan stood before her, his presence overwhelmingly oppressive, "I said I won’t touch you. If you dare resist again, I’ll chain you up until you’re dead!"
His menacing words and formidable aura froze Tang Yu in place, her pupils fixed in terror.
By the time she came to her senses and realized she could breathe, Ye Sihan had already gone to the bathroom, and the sound of water could be heard.
Tang Yu looked toward the bedroom door, wanting to leave, but not daring to.
She feared Ye Sihan would lose control and truly do what he said.
She absolutely didn’t want that...
When Ye Sihan came out of the bathroom, he saw the bundle huddled in the blankets and was somewhat satisfied.
He walked to the bed, lifted the blankets, and got in.
After lying down, he turned his face to look at Tang Yu, who was huddled on the edge of the bed with her back to him, and curbed the urge to touch her.
Tang Yu was so nervous she bit her own fingers for fear that Ye Sihan would touch her.
Her nerves were stretched like a string, ready to snap at the slightest movement from Ye Sihan.
A long time passed without a stir.
Had Ye Sihan fallen asleep?
Tang Yu quietly turned around and saw Ye Sihan lying flat with his eyes closed, appearing to be truly asleep.
So, she might be spared from harm this entire night...
Tang Yu didn’t last long before she fell asleep too.
Ye Sihan opened his eyes, turned his body, and domineeringly pulled Tang Yu into his embrace.
His hand stroked her face, his fixation bordering on madness, Ayu, you are too stubborn, and my patience has its limits.
Tang Yu slept peacefully, unaware of his terrifying threat.
When she woke up the next day, Ye Sihan was already gone from her side.
Tang Yu checked her body; her pajamas were intact, and there was nothing amiss with her body.
Ye Sihan really hadn’t touched her.
However, each following day, she was forced by Ye Sihan to sleep in the master bedroom, sharing the bed with him.
Nothing happened.
Tang Yu couldn’t understand what Ye Sihan was trying to do. Was it just to sleep?
Housekeeper Wen brought the afternoon desserts to the round table by the lawn.
He looked at the four happy little ones in the distance and then glanced at Tang Yu, saying, "With Miss Tang here, the four children couldn’t be happier. They missed you every day during the New Year holiday when you weren’t around! My heart aches to see such small children longing for you!"
Tang Yu thought, so that was why Ye Sihan had taken them abroad for a trip.
She wasn’t deaf to Housekeeper Wen’s words; he was hoping she would stay and be by the children’s side.
If everyone else felt pity, was she, as their mother, too heartless...
The four little ones couldn’t always stay at Ye Mansion; they had to go to school eventually.
That was when Tang Yu returned to her rental home.
Lying in bed that night, without Ye Sihan by her side, she didn’t have to worry about anything happening against her will.
But what could she do next?
The words of Housekeeper Wen came back to her. So, for the sake of the children, should she try to reach out to Ye Sihan?
This contact wasn’t physical but rather psychological...
Only by accepting him psychologically first would her body not reject him...
After two days of contemplation in her rental home, Tang Yu went to KING Group.
She didn’t go directly to find Ye Sihan; instead, she took deep breaths in her own office, mentally preparing herself.
On the nearby coffee table were the roses she bought.
In the past, she also bought roses for Ye Sihan, but with an entirely different sentiment...
After lunch, Ye Sihan sat in front of his desk, staring at the documents, but his mind wandered, making him irritable. He stood up and entered the inner rest room.
Leaning against the headboard, he closed his black eyes, intending to rest, but his mind wouldn’t calm down; he kept thinking of Tang Yu.
He hadn’t sought her out in two days, hoping that staying away would cool down his body.
Yet, as his body calmed down, his emotions became more irritable.
Especially when he thought of Tang Yu, the irritability would intensify.
Whenever he wanted to be rough with Tang Yu, the image of her attempting suicide in the bathroom would flash in his mind, compelling him to suppress the desires she stirred in him.
Ye Sihan’s dark eyes snapped open, stormy and tumultuous.
He glanced down at his lower abdomen, his expression turning grim, "You get excited just at the thought of her, eh..."
Ye Sihan closed his eyes, his breathing rough as he tried to force down his feelings.
But contrary to his wishes, the more he suppressed, the angrier he became.
Sensing the unusual atmosphere in the rest room, the astute Ye Sihan suddenly opened his eyes, his sinister gaze scanning the area. Yi Die, who had been about to approach, was startled, "Ye... Mr. Ye..."
"Who let you in?" Ye Sihan’s voice was so cold that it seemed to freeze the air into ice.
"Sorry, I noticed the door wasn’t closed properly, and I thought it was strange, so I came over to check. I didn’t expect to..." Yi Die’s gaze fell on Ye Sihan’s lower abdomen.
She didn’t mean to look, but it was too obvious.
They say black is slimming, but I had no idea Mr. Ye’s was this terrifying—it made her heart pound with fear.
"Get out," Ye Sihan said coldly as he withdrew his gaze.
Yi Die didn’t move, but instead stepped forward bravely, "I... I’ve liked Mr. Ye for a long time. Could you give me a chance?"
Ye Sihan opened his eyes, and his dark pupils looked over coldly and emotionlessly.
Yi Die trembled with fear, both body and soul, and lowered her head, "The first time I saw Mr. Ye, I’ve never been able to forget him. I want to see Mr. Ye all the time. This feeling has grown intensely over time; I can’t control it... Mr. Ye, I’m willing to do anything for you!"
Excitedly, she knelt on the edge of the bed, so close to the man she loved, her heart beating so fast.
Seeing Ye Sihan’s silence, she took the initiative, pulling open those black trousers.
When she saw what was hidden beneath, Yi Die gasped, stunned for a long moment, and then her face flushed.
Ye Sihan didn’t refuse. He didn’t have to have only Tang Yu, did he?
The women in this world could please him just as well.
And now, his blood was raging, needing release.
But, when Yi Die really made an effort, attending to him with her lips and tongue, not only was he not excited, but he also cooled down.
Ye Sihan’s face grew colder and colder.
Just as he was about to kick her away, there was a noise at the door that caused him to frown slightly.
He pushed Yi Die away and walked out.
There was a bunch of fiery red roses on the floor by the door.
Ye Sihan realized what had happened; panic flashed across his face as he hurried out of the office.
He bumped into Xiao Yu.
The powerful force almost knocked Xiao Yu over, and he looked at Mr. Ye, unsettled. He had never seen Mr. Ye so panicked.
"Who came in? I’m asking you who came in!" Ye Sihan roared.
"I... I didn’t see," Xiao Yu said looking toward the reception, "Who went into Mr. Ye’s office?"
"First it was Assistant Yi who went in, and then Miss Tang. Just now Miss Tang came out..." Before the receptionist finished speaking, Ye Sihan was already rushing toward the elevator, his body emanating restless fury.
Tang Yu’s mind was blank as she kept running forward, as if she had seen something terrifying and wanted to escape as quickly as possible.
Pale-faced with a disheveled and uneasy expression, she didn’t even seem to notice when she ran into people.
She ran that way, not daring to think about everything she had witnessed, convincing herself that as long as she didn’t stop, those images wouldn’t invade her mind.
Leaving KING Group, her feet still didn’t stop, and she headed straight onto the road.
There were cars flowing incessantly on the street, but she was completely oblivious to the danger.
A car, unable to halt in time, was about to hit her directly.
Just as it was about to strike Tang Yu, a strong and forceful arm violently pulled her back—
"Ah!"
"What are you doing!" Ye Sihan bellowed, holding the pale-faced Tang Yu.
Tang Yu slowly raised her gaze to his, and when her eyes met those furious, cold eyes, her pupils trembled, then two lines of tears fell from her emotionless face, "You lied to me..."
Just those three words made Ye Sihan’s blood run cold.
A sudden, piercing pain in his chest made him gasp for air.
"Let go!" Tang Yu struggled, but couldn’t shake off Ye Sihan’s grip; his hand on her wrist was like an iron chain, unyielding. "Let go!"
Ye Sihan’s dark eyes were grim, "Go bring the car around!"
Xiao Yu, who had followed, immediately called the driver.
Tang Yu felt increasingly faint, her strength waning.
Ye Sihan scooped her up in his arms and then got into the car with her.
The car left KING Group.
Tang Yu was leaning against the car door, her body curled up and shivering, her head bowed, and nausea welled up in her stomach, making her retch, "Ugh... ugh..."
"Ayu!" Ye Sihan looked on, his face turning ugly, anxiety flashing in his dark eyes.
Tang Yu didn’t throw up anything, it was a dry heave.
Ye Sihan’s touch only made her feel sicker, her face whitening, she gasped a few breaths and then passed out.
"Ayu!" Ye Sihan held her in his arms, his hands trembling slightly.
What he did wasn’t so bad, was it? To elicit such a strong reaction?
He didn’t really do anything, just let that woman touch him for a moment.
After all, it was she who had been rejecting him all this time!
Even though he thought this, it did not stop the panic inside him.
When Tang Yu woke up, she found herself lying in her rented room’s bed.
It seemed she didn’t care where she was, dead or alive; as soon as she opened her eyes, she stared blankly at the ceiling.
Like a puppet that had lost its soul.
"You’re awake," Ye Sihan said, sitting on the edge of the bed, not having left for a second.
Tang Yu’s pupils moved slightly, she sat up from the bed, and the first thing she asked was, "What’s wrong with me?"
Ye Sihan’s thin lips were tightly pursed, his dark eyes fixed on her; after a moment, he spoke, "You fainted."
"Thank you for bringing me back. I’m fine now; you can go," Tang Yu said with her gaze lowered, her voice soft and lifeless, completely emotionless.
As if nothing had happened before she fainted.
Ye Sihan, still sitting on the edge of the bed, didn’t move, and his gaze on Tang Yu remained fixed, his breathing slightly rough, "I’m sleeping here tonight."
