“Don’t worry, I won’t cause you trouble. I’ve already taken the pill, and I’ll take another one in a few hours to be even safer,” Amelia said calmly yet with a hint of guilt.

She didn’t know why she felt guilty.

But one thing was crystal clear to her that until she was ready to welcome a child, she would not allow any accidents, like the last time.
