Overflowing Hidden Feelings: This CEO Is Hard to Please!
Chapter 890 - 890 Dont you plan to give me an explanation

Chapter 890: Don’t you plan to give me an explanation? Chapter 890: Don’t you plan to give me an explanation? Amelia Wilson saw that he didn’t respond in time and grew increasingly irate, raising her voice as she said, “Alexander Mitchell, I’m talking to you, tell me the answer right now.”

“Once your sister has calmed down, she’ll definitely tell you,” Alexander Mitchell said calmly.

Hearing this made Amelia Wilson even more frustrated and she blurted out, “My sister’s phone is switched off right now, we can’t find her at all, don’t you realize how anxious we are? You know why Victoria doesn’t want to marry Arnold Johnson, don’t you? If you know, why won’t you tell us? Could it be that you think we would hurt my sister?”

“That’s not what I mean. Some things are better explained by your sister herself. I’m also looking for your sister right now; if I find her first, I’ll definitely relay your concerns,” he reassured.

Having said that, Alexander Mitchell ended the call.

Looking at the words “Call Ended,” Amelia Wilson felt annoyance boiling up inside her, so infuriating.

“Second Miss, why don’t we go home and see if our eldest sister is back?” Younger Sister Evelyn Garcia suggested.

“I doubt our sister would go back after something like this has happened; she would want to be alone to have some quiet time. Can you think of any places our sister might go to when she needs to be alone?” Amelia Wilson asked.

Evelyn Garcia continued, “I didn’t mean our current home; I meant checking our old house. Maybe our eldest sister went there for some peace.”

“Right… right, that’s possible, I’m headed there right now,” Amelia Wilson immediately agreed.

The two drove straight to their old house, only to find, to their disappointment, that Victoria Garcia hadn’t returned there at all.

Amelia Wilson took out her phone and, with a trace of nervousness, still made the call to Arnold Johnson.

Arnold Johnson’s phone rang several times before his voice finally came through.

“Brother… Arnold…,” Amelia Wilson, nervous, forgot how to address him for a moment.

However, Arnold Johnson, upon hearing Amelia Wilson’s voice, directly said, “I’m still looking for your sister. Have you found her?”

“We went to the old house to look and haven’t found her. If… if you find my sister, please tell her we are waiting for her at home,” she said.

“Okay!”

And then, Amelia Wilson saw “Call Ended” again.

Amelia Wilson wanted to vent about something, but in the end, she said nothing.

Evelyn Garcia had also just hung up a call and told Amelia Wilson, “Harriet has no idea where she is either, she’s not answering her phone.”

“That crazy girl, she might have run off after her God at the wedding banquet,” Amelia Wilson complained without being able to help herself.

Sure enough, that was something Hannah Garcia would do.

“She shouldn’t be so thoughtless at such a critical time,” Evelyn replied.

“Are you worried someone took her?” Amelia Wilson casually commented.

Evelyn Garcia responded, “No, it’s not that. I just wish she could be with our eldest sister right now, then our sister wouldn’t have to suffer alone.”

“Sigh, you’re right. Our eldest sister really likes Arnold Johnson, how could it all suddenly come to this, it’s maddening! That Alexander Mitchell knows why and yet he won’t tell us. Let’s go find him!” Amelia Wilson declared.

“Where should we look for him?” Evelyn Garcia inquired.

“How about this, let’s split up. You go around our house to look, and if you don’t find her wait for our elder sister at home. I’ll confront Alexander Mitchell; I simply don’t believe that he won’t come home. If I don’t manage to get the truth out of him, then my name isn’t Amelia Wilson.”

After agreeing on a plan, the two split up to search.
