The investor’s surname is Lee, he’s related to the Lee family from the Six Major Financial Conglomerates, so naturally, he has a bit of background.”

“So he’s just a fifty-year-old uncle, how could she sleep with him?”

“What’s wrong with that? Some even have to sleep with men in their sixties and seventies.” Amelia spoke mysteriously to them, “You won’t believe it, but there’s even more shocking news. Do you want to hear it?”

“Of course we do, spit it out! I’ll wait on the couch while you spill the beans,” Hannah replied eagerly.

Amelia cleared her throat, before saying: “I confronted Mia one day, telling her that she and her mother both served the same man, her face turned pale instantly, she was obviously guilty.”

“How did you come up with that idea to confront her?”

“Once I found out Mia was cuddling up to Mr. Lee, I had someone investigate him, and guess what… I found out about some of Mr. Lee’s unique preferences, so I was pretty sure about it.”

“Mr. Lee is no lightweight, who did you hire to investigate him? It couldn’t have been an average private investigator,” Victoria questioned immediately.

Amelia just coughed and laughed.

“Did you ask Arnold Johnson’s people to investigate him?” Victoria guessed instantly, as if she had a keen sense of sensitiveness.

Upon realizing her secret was uncovered, Amelia had no option but to admit, “It was a coincidence, a pure coincidence. I just asked my future brother-in-law if he knew anything about this man, and then he got me in touch with a man named Alan. Whatever I asked Alan, he told me.”

“In my opinion, it doesn’t matter how you got the information, what’s surprising is that this is so unlike you, second miss. Why didn’t you expose this to the public? This would completely ruin Mia’s career in the entertainment industry,” Hannah pointed out the main issue.

Amelia answered discontentedly, “You think I don’t want that? But I have no evidence. I begged Alan to give me some sort of proof, but he said he is only responsible for providing information, not evidence. Clearly, my brother-in-law doesn’t want me to get involved in this.”

Then, looking at Victoria, Amelia said, “Sis, why don’t you try to convince our brother-in-law to bring out some evidence? Mia will be toast then. Not to mention returning to the entertainment industry, she probably won’t even be able to hold her head up high for the rest of her life.”
