Mia naturally knew what Harry Collins was reminding her about, but some things couldn’t be rushed even if she wanted them to be; they had to go through a process.

“Honey, what’s the rush? These kinds of things can’t be hurried,” Mia said with a laugh. “Don’t worry, it won’t take much longer.”

Harry Collins scoffed on the other end and said goodbye before hanging up the phone.

As for Harry’s unpredictability, Mia had become accustomed to it in the days after their wedding.

In Harry Collins’ Personal Villa, Mia, clad in a Bikini, was walking out of the Swimming Pool when she faced her father-in-law Eric approaching her.

Without thinking, Mia half-draped a bath towel around herself and walked up to Eric.

“Dad, what brings you here at this time? Is there something you need?” Mia asked as she arrived in front of him, her skin still glistening with water droplets against her fair, elastic flesh.

Eric couldn’t shift his gaze away from his Daughter-in-law’s explosive figure for a while. After a bit, he gently coughed and said, “I came to discuss some matters with Parker. Is he not at home?”

“Dad, Parker isn’t at home; he should have left about ten minutes ago, said someone very important came by unexpectedly.”

Mia had barely finished speaking when Eric’s phone received a call from Harry.

The call content was that Harry had an urgent matter to deal with and that they would discuss their business when he returned.

After hanging up, Eric couldn’t help but curse, “That Naughty Boy, even daring to stand up his own father.”

Mia understood what this meant and sweetly said, “Dad, it’s rare for you to visit us, so if you don’t have any pressing matters, why not stay for lunch before you go?”

“I’ve been married into the Collins family for so long, and I haven’t properly cooked a meal for you. Today the servants are off, so I’ll make a couple of your favorite Small dishes, how does that sound?”

This meant that now it was just her and Eric left in the house.
